This wonderful barn conversion is situated on the edge of a village, near Abersoch and sleeps four people in two bedrooms.
Y Betws is a delightful single-storey barn conversion situated within the grounds of the owners' home, on the edge of the village of Llanengan, one mile from Abersoch. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one twin, together with a bathroom. The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there's off road parking for two cars, a patio with furniture and shared use of lawned gardens. Y Betws is a great base for exploring the area.
Amenities: LPG central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent, please bring your own towels and beach towels. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Patio with furniture, plus shared use of lawned gardens. One well-behaved dog welcome, please bring own dog bed, blankets and towels. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, restaurants and beach 1 mile, pub 5 mins walk. Note: There is one external step from the rear patio down to the shared lawned garden area. Note: No stag/hen parties, or similar.

Town: The attractive harbour village of Abersoch is situated on the Llyn Peninsula. The village, situated between two glorious bays, is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales and important sailing regattas are held there throughout the summer months. Numerous shops cater for the tourist as well as pubs, restaurants and cafes. There are also opportunities for golfers as there is a course just outside the village and horse riding facilities are also available nearby.
