子供達の実家のよう！

海が目の前に広がっていること！屋上に上がるとさらに感動的な景色です奥さんがとてもお話ししやすいです＾＾看板犬マロンちゃん(だったかな？)も癒しですリノベーションした部屋の作りが面白くて、子供達は自分たちの小部屋でそれぞれ楽しんでいました

良くなかった訳ではないですが、リノベーションしたお部屋の作り的に、エアコンの風がすぐには小部屋に行き渡らないので、扇風機もあると良いかも知れません

可愛い島での心安らぐ民泊

愛想の良いオーナーさん。海辺のロケーション。動物と触れ合える環境。

敷布団は中高年には若干薄いかな？寒い日はシャワーだけでは厳しいかも。

Je n’ai passé qu’une nuit mais aurais apprécié y rester plus longtemps pour profiter du calme de l’endroit

L’emplacement, au calme, la chambre traditionnelle, la possibilité d’accompagner ce que j’avais apporté pour dîner d’une bonne bière pression L’accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire qui m’a amenée jusqu’au ferry le lundi matin pour rejoindre Onomichi.

Il faut préciser qu’il n’y a pas de bus le dimanche - j’ai du prendre un taxi pour arriver jusqu’à la Guest House (pas très grave mais il vaut mieux le savoir, et ce n’est peut-être pas bien signalé sur le site)

楽しかった！

海が一望できるロケーション。オーナーさんも気さくでいろんなお話をしてくださり、子供にもとても優しくて、子供が「また来よう」と着いてすぐに言ってました笑。子供の遊べるおもちゃもたくさんあって、水回りも清潔、本当にファミリーには最高のゲストハウスですよ。夜は星空が綺麗でした！向島(尾道の観光地の反対側)にあるゲストハウスなので、静かで自然が好きな人には居心地が最高です。海水浴場が目の前にあるので次回は夏に行きたいですね。アクセスには車が便利でやとおもいます。車で数分で美味しいお食事処もあります。

特にはないですが、車あった方が良いかなってくらいです。いわゆる「The観光」だけしたいなら駅近のホテルを選ばはったらよいかなと思います。

Außergewöhnliche Schlafgelegenheit, die die Kinder grandios fanden: erinnerte an ein Kapselhotel, nur viel geräumiger! Toller Ausblick aufs Meer, mega freundliche Besitzerin, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, Spielsachen für die Kinder

Noch schöner wäre natürlich ein privates Bad gewesen.

Nice environments. Onomichi City is quiet and peaceful. Noodle shop was good. The owner was very friendly and responsive.

The beach in walking distance is contaminated and can not swim. It was unfortunate and reduced our enjoyment. The Cat Alley is basically deserted. 80% of shops were down. Information on the web was exaggerated.

Great experience

Free bikes available for a bike trip around the island. We had a bike failure, but owner fixed it in no time!

It is hard to think of anything. The only thing that I remember is that we had to put covers on duvets and pillows.

Lovely beach home in a quiet, beautiful area.

It is in a quiet corner of the island and the view from our room was amazing. The owner was very helpful and provided us everything we needed.

No food options around. Settled for cup noodles.

After travelling for more than 5hours from Kyoto, I felt comforted by the cozy interior and everywhere is sparkly clean. Extremely grateful to the host for being so interactive and helpful. She is very friendly and initiative, which really makes my solo trip a whole lot better because of her warmth and kindness. I slept at the upper bunk bed and I love that there’s a little window that faces the sea. The area is quiet and peaceful, though there’s not much stores nearby, you can ride a bicycle to get food or other supplies and also enjoy the great sceneries around. Owner was so nice to offer departure transport to the ferry station too.

Once you reached Onomichi, you have to take the ferry (5-10mins) to reach the island where the guesthouse is located. Was waiting for the bus until I realised that it stops running before evening, so I went to look for a taxi instead.

Happy stay

Located near a beach, can watch sunrise in the morning! very comfortable common areas, we can listen to light music and relax! on site parking, but only a few parking space. The host is very friendly.

Ocean views and great service at a great price.

Location is right on the coast of a small island with unobstructed ocean views. The Manager is very helpful and even picked me up from the ferry terminal at the beginning of my stay and dropped me off at the end. Price was excellent.

It’s in a quiet residential area with very limited restaurant and shopping options unless you can walk 1-2 km or take a taxi. Personally I didn’t mind walking a couple km across a quiet, scenic island in the evening to go to a restaurant (it’s safe and very pleasant), and taxis are affordable, but be aware and plan accordingly.

comfortable stay with warm host

host was very nice, warm and welcoming. they picked us up and sent us off after checkout. we cooked dinner and host kindly offered to wash dishes for us, we were quite tired from cycling during the day so it was great relief. there was also a massage chair and i felt good to use for my sore muscles. we booked the two tatami rooms and they were comfortable. we were able to see the sunrise the next day as well, nice view of the water nearby.

Amazing view in the morning

Staff was so friendly, quiet hours, excellent view for what we paid, futon mattresses so classic Japanese experience, but might be a bit rough for older folks who might like fluffy beds

Wow, right on the water! I watched a heron fishing right out our room window. The host is very welcoming

I was surprised by the towel charge, and the accommodation is more like a B&B than a hotel.

Very relaxed stay near the sea.

The property is clean, cozy and right on the sea. The view from our room looked directly out on the ocean, so we could see the sea birds flying around. The proprietor is super friendly! Breakfast was excellent value for money.

Nothing to not like. Just be aware that there is a shower, not a bath.

Exceptional

Fantastic location - this is the most beautiful view from a hotel room I've had :)! Wake up early to see the sunrise from the rooftop terrace! The location is so quiet, you can hear the crickets outside at night. The beach is a couple of minutes' walk - clean and warm water in August. I wholeheartedly recommend this bed and breakfast :).
