Having stayed in many different spots visiting family who live on the Island, this is our favorite. Quiet street, lovely updated cottage was just perfect and situated on a spacious lot. Open kitchen, living room, dining room with lots of windows especially appreciated. Best to bring a hotspot if you require consistent WiFi.

This little home is exactly what we needed, and simple but had everything we needed. It was very very clean when we arrived and the kids loved the huge backyard. 1 minute drive to the grocery store but still private. The owners are very attentive to guest requests and are consistently upgrading the property to make it perfect. Can't say enough good about this place.

Everything was excellent. From the moment we walked in it felt like home. We will stay there again.

I'm not the pickiest person but the cottage had a weird odor which I'm assuming was probably the mildew. That was my biggest concern. Everything else was cute. Not luxurious, if that's what someone is going for, definitely an older cottage atmosphere. It did have all the amenities like microwave, TV, blue ray, internet, washer/dryer, ironing board etc. Regular coffee maker, not a Kuerig though but I brought mine. Pots and pans etc. It also has a couple of beach chairs, binoculars, good books, and most amazing thing I ever saw was a serious telescope. Great for star gazing!
Overall I would've rated it higher had it not been for the odor.
