Una estadía en Augsburg como si fuera tu casa

La ubicación es buena. El apartamento es muy agradable, con todo lo que se necesita para una estadía confortable. Muy importante a recalcar es la BUENA disposición de la Sra Natalia (propietaria) para ayudar al huésped en lo que esté a su alcance. Gracias.

No hubo objeciones de ningún tipo. Tal vez, la entrada al edificio no se ve claramente porque se enciende por sensor al estar cerca y desde la acera (de noche) podría no ubicarse bien. El acceso es un poco confuso pero nada que no se pueda resolver fácilmente. El inconveniente básico es el estacionamiento cercano; no utilizamos el espacio de PKW porque no nos dimos cuenta hasta el final de la estadía, tal vez haya sido un tema de interpretación.

Es ist den Preis nicht wert.

Dekoration in der Wohnung ist sehr schoen. Die Mattraze in Schlafzimmer war sehr angenehm. Der Kuehlschrank war schoen sauber. Wir hatten genug Badetuecher.

Die Wohnung und das ganze Gebaeude richen an Schimmel, so viel, wir mussten alle unsere Kleider/textile Utensilien nach dem Retour gut waschen, wegen dem Geruch (obwohl wir als per Anleitung alles staendig gelueftet haben). Die Kuechengeraete waren nicht sauber (Mikrowelle, Pfannen, Toepfe); die Kuecheaustattung (Esstisch) ist nicht fuer 4 geeignet, die Messer waren uebarhaupt nicht scharf (ausser Brotmesser, der war halbwegs in Ordnung). Toilette ist sehr klein, unangenehm sich hinzusetzen (unter einem komischen winkel gebaut). Schalfsofa im anderen Zimmer ist unangenehm fuer schlafen. Wir waren dort ende Maerz, und drausen war zwischen 5-12 Grad - obwohl die Wohnung mit Infrarotheizung ausgestattet ist war drinnen immer kalt - den Kindern war es so kalt wir muessten ein Tag frueher abreisen (Fliesen in der Kueche und Toilette sind in diesen Momenten wirklich kalt). Viel zu viele Anleitunge und Regeln die ueberall aufgehaengt sind (die man auch per Email mit der Bestaetigung kriegt). Es gibt keine Kleiderschraenke nur Haenger. Die Lage ist nicht zentral, es ist eher in eine nicht so schoene Gegend, nah dem Hauptbahnhof. Man ist aber zu Fuss in 35 Min im Zentrum.

Gute Lage, ruhig, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Öffis in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar, fixer Parkplatz war sehr von Vorteil 😀

Hübsch eingerichtet - leider dauerhaft starker modriger Geruch

Geschmackvolle Einrichtung; Lage zum Stadtzentrum mit Straßenbahn richtig gut und schnell zu erreichen; vorhandener Parkplatz;

Leider ein sehr starker modriger Geruch in der ganzen Wohnung. Holzmöbel, Boden und einige Polstermöbel dünsten einen, für uns unerträglichen, muffigen und gesundheitsschädlichen Geruch aus. Trotz diverser Stoßlüftungen. Wir haben uns dort nur zum Schlafen (notgedrungen) aufhalten können. Die Küche konnten wir deshalb auch nicht benutzen. (Rauchmelder waren inaktiv)

Lovely clean and bright flat. Well equipped. Good communication with owners. Some nice touches such as slippers. Close to supermarket, tram stop, restaurants (mainly Turkish).

Disappointing

I didn't find 3 big towels! The house was quiete cold! I have call them and the answer was: I'm 500 km away,i can't help you! They didn't Say i'm Sorry for that situation! Instead the accuse me to have still 1 small towel! THAT'S INCREDIBLE!

Great flat!

Very nice host, it was super easy to communicate. The apartment is comfortable and quiet, located in a nice area, a short walk from the center. Highly recommend!

Exceptional

The apartments are very convenient, close to shops, pharmacies, transport interchanges. Convenient transport accessibility, to the city center 4 stops by tram or 15 minutes walk. The apartment had everything you need, the kitchen is well equipped with utensils, Cutlery. There is a washing machine and dishwasher. We were very comfortable and convenient to stay in the apartment, thank you for the hospitality of Eugene and Natalia, they always helped in all matters and gave the necessary advice and tips.

Helpful and amazing host. Provided all our needs including phone charcher and transportation to the train station. My sister and I recommand this appartment to everybody. Our stay was amazing. Thank very much to our host and hostes.
