Clean, Good view, Good staff, Amazing overall

Staff was top-level, they even made it possible for us to check-in earlier because our flight was very early and we were exhausted. Instead of 3pm they let us in slightly after the noon. Room and hotel overall are very clean and good looking. Also other staff, security and help staff are amazing.

Location is a bit far off, you will need to go by taxi / Grab, you can't really walk since there is a big highway cutting you from the city.

Enjoy the stay with family. Kids love the place.

The apartment is well designed, decorated, spacious, has good view, great facilities and security system is great. Air conditioning is well. Location is good. Convenient store at ground floor to get regular staff. Staffs are helpful, nice behavior and well mannered. Highly recommend for family living.

There is no breakfast facilities. Restaurants are bit far away - 10 to 15 minutes car drive. Shop at ground floor should have more food items to eat ( break fast & light dinner). Each apartment should have a instructions board to know how about getting required services.

Fantastic Family Stay

Easy to check in and out. Friendly staff who were helpful. Little mart downstairs and a convenient area to get picked up and dropped off by the Grab. Infinity pool was great and staff very friendly. Would highly Recommend

The infinity pool on top floor would have been good if we had access with children.

We were happy staying as it was clean & close to everything

It was spacious and loved having 2 bathrooms, washing machine

The toilet roll holder was falling off the wall and it was not in the right place to use while on the toilet, and there was not enough toilet paper. Need instructions on how to work washing machine dryer also with the tv, we couldn’t get it to work. Not enough swimming towels, we’re told to go back to our room and get our towels that we had used for showering.

OK, selesa. Keselamatan ketat.

1. Kolam renang tidak mesra muslim/muslimah DAN tidak konsisten. Tidak membenarkan tshirt lycra, tapi pada satu masa lain saya melihat ada pengguna memakai tshirt cotton masuk ke dalam kolam. 2. Perlu ada ruang tertutup jika benar-benar mahu pengguna keluar dalam keadaan kering, sedangkan bilik air cuma perlu melintas sedikit sahaja.

Kan IKKE anbefales!

Der var en fin lille butik ved hotellet, med fine priser. Poolen på 8. Etage var ok, dog fandt børnene pludselig toiletpapir på bunden af poolen- knap så lækkert.

Bestillingen på booking kunne ikke ændres, og bestilte pga. poolen med udsigt. Efter jeg havde bestilt, kom der en besked om at det kostede at komme op til udsigtspoolen. Tænkte ok, det gik- når nu jeg ikke kunne afbestille. Da vi ankom viste det sig at børn under 12 ikke må komme derop. Dvs 2 af mine 3 børn ikke kunne komme med. (Der gælder så åbenbart også andre regler for dem det bor der fast- deres børn må gerne.) Da vi så næste dag er ved børnepoolen/poolen på 8. Sal, er jacuzzien og dampbadet under reparation…. Det samme med regn bassinet…. Det lyder meget mærkeligt, når personalet på 48. Etage så kan oplyse at jacuzzien ikke har virket i 5 mdr. Så er det ihvertfald ikke en pludselig opstået ting, men bare noget der bevidst ikke bliver lavet. Så har haft booket et hotel under falske forudsætninger. Der er heller ikke restaurant eller lign. Selvom der er vist andet på billeder og på skilte rundt om på hotellet. På værelset var tingene meget slidte, skruer der stak ud fra fastskruede køkkenlåger, ingen gryder eller lign. Næsten ingen tallerkener, ihvertfald ikke nok til en familie på 5. Der var brændemærke på en stol osv. Der var kun 3 håndklæder, fik de sidste to ca. 10 timer efter jeg skrev at de manglede. Min mand blev mødt af flere personaler der på det kraftigste forlangte at se nøglekort og bevis på at han måtte være der, det blev oplevet som meget ubehøvlet.

Misleading advertising

The shower

The check-in is too late! 3 pm. But I knew it because it was in the information. I left my things and went out to make the most of the afternoon. I returned to the hotel around 7 pm and thought I should see the magnificent pool on the 48th floor with its incredible view, as advertised in the hotel information on booking. I went up and saw people in the water, so I went back to the room and put on swim shorts. Upon returning to the 48th floor, the door was closed, and a person opened it and asked what I needed. I told him I was a guest and would use the pool, which is when my discomfort and anger began. The young man told me I had to pay a ticket, something that is not mentioned anywhere in the advertising and information provided by booking about this hotel. In my case, I would be in Kuala Lumpur for less than 24 hours, and about 12 hours in the hotel. I chose that hotel because in the reviews (sometimes created by hotel staff), it said that the sunset in the pool with the Petronas Towers in the background was a must-see, so I was convinced... but it turned out that despite paying $55 for about 12 hours in the hotel, I couldn't use the only place for which I chose that hotel, as I could get a bed and a bathroom anywhere else for very little money. Very upset, especially because the young man who charged for the ticket immediately called someone from security in my presence, as if I were an intruder. I went down to the reception and expressed my displeasure to the staff. I understand they are not to blame for these rules, but I told them that the advertising was deceptive and that booking does not mention that you have to pay a ticket to use the pool, in addition to the fact that in the 8 photos of the room, the last one is precisely of the hotel pool THAT THEY CHARGE EXTRA to use. The staff checked my reservation and confirmed that my annoyance made sense since I paid for something that, in the end, was not included, and I had to pay extra to use it.

Very satisfied

The room was super comfortable.. plus have all the things i need ( washer dryer , iron , fridge , microwave) . I will surely coming back at this suites expecially by V&C ... the staff was really helpful .. kudos to them ! The view was amazing , the pool also ...

I need to pay for the rooftop pool .. other than that everything was perfect

Ubytovanie bolo nádherné, výhľad z izby bol nezabudnuteľný, bazén na 48 poschodí bol super s krásnym výhľadom len škoda že tam nebol žiadny bar pri ňom

Jediné mínus vidím v tom že prvý deň nešla tepla voda v sprche a za celé 4 dni nám ani raz neboli upratať izbu, neviem teda či len zabudli alebo to tam tak chodí že pri krátkom pobyte sa neupratuje…

Overall is good, but shouldn’t hotel guest should pay for the swimming pool entry fees

Room is very clean, just nice for 2 persons.

The hotel staffs work very slow, when we check out , we still need to wait for almost 15 minutes 😑 just for the deposit refund. And besides the room cleanliness, unfortunately need to pay RM 12 for the 48th floor swimming pool entry 😑😑 if not can get the KLCC significant view 😑

Vraiment pas correcte du tout

Le seul point positif, YouTube sur la télé !

Pas d’eau chaude, la nuit il faisait beaucoup trop chaud, la chambre était très sale,il n’y a pas d’aspirateur chez vous ou quoi ? Le lit était dur comme des ressorts d’amortisseurs.. les locaux couloir étaient cassés au plafond.. et emplacement trop loin du centre à pied. Les photos sont trompeuses sur le site on a l’impression que tout est beau propre et organisé et une chambre plutôt grande, alors qu’en réalité c’est sale, et tout petit, nous avons eu l’impression d’étouffer. Comparé à notre première expérience INCROYABLE au KLCC star suite, nous sommes plus que déçu.

Bad customer service

I requested to extend my stay for another day. However there was no room available. I was charged extra 50 bucks for checking out at 12.30 and was not informed earlier. Poor customer sevice. Not happy. Plus aircond was not cold and 20 bucks for parking a day is ridiculous.

Have an excellent stay for 2 nights. Very recommended

I like the location of the room located for us as we request for city view. And the view was amazing at night. Have a convenient store which is very convenient for us to buy some essentials and food.

Very bad experience

Security is nice and helpful polite to answering my question. Location is good.

Our last check out time is at 12.00 noon, but the wifi & hair dryer is out of service at 10am!!!!! Halo is it estimate us quickly check out?? Very bad very disappointed, this is my first time have face this things, even 3 star hotel also not like your. Also while check in I'm very angry to your counter staff, I check in at 4pm, she told me need to wait for making up room, I'm not early check in but on that time I'm also okay for waiting awile at lobby, but not 5.30pm!!! I'm waiting up to 1 hour 30 minutes at lobby alone, very tiring & boring. She told me will inform me for finishing make up room, but still need me to asking after waiting 1 hour 30 minutes......

Nothing it was clean.

I did not like the place was not as clean as it looks. They gave us one key for the room which was difficult because we were 2 guests. We had to go up and down to open. it was not stated on the booking app. When we checked in the first room we got was so dirty that we couldn’t check in on it.

Roof's pool is not included in the price of accommodation. Coffee machines are not working for 2 days. Hotel is too far from public transportation. No shampoo, no tissue, no slippers.
