2 Blocks. 440 steps to the sand, store, coffee /pizza shop and fine dining at Venus a new restaurant . Read the reviews, we work really hard to make you feel at home while we maintaining our property using professional cleaners, we love this home and location. 2023-Brand new appliances and flooring. The home is settled in a super neighborhood with no real traffic as it sits in a Court. First level has two bedrooms (one king bed, with a large deck, one twin and one queen bed in the other bedroom downstairs) one bathroom, second level has Living room, dinning room and kitchen. Master suite with master bathroom and huge closets. Master bathroom. 3 Decks, largest one is on the second level but a deck on each level. The main deck has a gas barbecue. New tile flooring in the bathrooms. Vaulted 20 ft. ceilings in living room. Custom furnishings and lights. Sit on the back deck to watch sunsets in late summer and fall. On a clear day you can hear the waves crashing. This beach home is near 70 wineries & tasting rooms. Fun for all! Wine Tasting, Coffee shop, fabulous Restaurant, general store, surfing, sunbathing and staying in a beautiful custom home for your comfort. This Beautiful Beach home includes outside shower.

Our family of six (3 generations ages 9 to 76) spent four nights in this beautiful home. The house has the space we needed and is configured in a way to provide both privacy and together time. Check-in was a breeze, the house was very clean and exactly as shown in the VRBO listing. The owner/agent was very helpful and accommodating. He sent detailed instructions for the door locks, check in and out, and care of the home. This was much appreciated. The house is on three levels and there are also stairs to the front door, so it is a consideration if there are mobility issues for any renters. Still, the rise on the stairs is gentle and did not present issues even for the oldest member of our party who has had a knee replacement. The area is beautiful. It is a short walk to the beach and a couple of restaurants. It's a short drive to other Aptos restaurants. We went to Monterey Bay Aquarium as well as to Santa Cruz Beach and Boardwalk. We walked on the Cliff trail in Santa Cruz. Altogether, it was a really nice getaway- and this rental was a perfect place for us to stay.

How wonderful it was to be on the coast! The house is walking distance to the beach and a quick drive to Seascape golf! The layout of the house offered privacy for the 3 of us and the kitchen was quite well stocked with pots, pans, toaster, etc. to make meals. The neighborhood is tight and we did hear some partying but nothing that kept us up. Overall, it was a fabulous stay! Thank you David!

This is a wonderful house in a great location. Very spacious and stocked with anything you would need. Beautifully decorated with such a "homey" feel. The balconies throughout offer a peaceful place for coffee in the morning with privacy and space. Beautiful landscaping & the "fence" of tall bamboo is gorgeous off the large balcony from the main floor with plenty of seating, shade & a BBQ. Home is very clean and well maintained. Location is perfect for those wanting to adventure in any direction of the coast. Owners are amazing!!! Very attentive and quick to respond to any questions I had. Thank you guys for having my sister and I stay in your lovely home. BTW the mattresses are super comfy! Thanks you guys for caring about your guests.

It has a great tropical feel with privacy. My family loved how comfortable the 3 level home was, with the kids having there own private area. We love walking five minutes to and from the beach and local restaurants it was very convenient. The Margaritaville sign inspired us to go there for our first night and was a lot of fun.

We had a wonderful stay. Property was clean and spacious. 5 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of ice made by the freezer. Nice grill for cooking. We had a great stay.

We found this amazing house while looking for a place to stay visiting family in CA and celebrating my dad's 75th birthday. We found the house extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our five days. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies along with a really nice gas grill that we used for dinner one night. The location is great with access to the beach, a coffee shop, a mini mart and a couple cool restaurants. The house is also very close to several shopping areas including a supermarket, drug store, liquor stores and many more. We will definitely consider returning on our next trip!

We loved staying at the property. The house was very well equiped and very comfortable to stay at. David reached out to us several times to make sure everything was just right. On top of the great place to stay, it was about a 5 minute walk to the beach!

Good location & short walk to beach. Nice large windows across entire wall of dining & family room allowing for a lot of natural light & fresh air. Good amenities with kitchen & pantry well stocked. master bedroom bed was comfortable. Nicer bath towels, unlike some places w/thin flimsy ones. Place was clean but there were ant traps everywhere, so was a tip off they could be a problem. Some appeared 2 days in a row on master bath counter.

The house was very welcoming - comfortably furnished, well-stocked with cooking supplies, with generous congregation spaces both outside and inside and amenably sized room. The location of the house was the best - within a few minutes walk of the beach, and the beach had a long expanse for walking; and within a short drive of hiking and other activities. We loved it. And the manager was great.

Location was incredible - between Monterey & Santa Cruz, and so close to the beach. The home was very clean & had plenty of room for my family of 6. The communication with the owner was also awesome - he answered every question very quickly & even fought for us to get our deposit back quickly. David (owner) was on top of all the details - such as towels on the beds & even Poo-Pourri in the bath rooms. Thanks, David, for a great week!

Lovely home 5-10 min walk from the beach. We really appreciated the warm private outdoor shower and the kids toys. Fresh linens and extra cozy blankets, variety of mattresses and pillows to suit everyone’s preferences. Well equipped kitchen and excellent communication and hospitality. Very clean but one guest had trouble with their very sensitive dust allergies with all the silk plants.
