This 2-story 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo is one of the larger 2 bedrooms in Seascape Beach Resort. 2 private balconies from the living area & the master bedroom offer bluff top ocean views. Located between the south bluff & the main lodge allows for easy access to the pools & spas & is in close proximity to the walking path down to the beach. Explore the many amenities at the resort or venture off the grounds to discover the lovely towns of Aptos, Capitola and Santa Cruz nearby.
The Space:
Step into the first floor of this second story condo where you will find a half bath, kitchen, living room and patio. The remodeled kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances to include an electric oven range, stovetop, large microwave, full-sized refrigerator & dishwasher. For your convenience it also offers a toaster and a drip coffee pot with coffee and supplies to get your vacation started off right. In the dining area you will find a large dining table with seating for 6. The living area has cross seating with two couches and a long coffee table perfect for games or snacks and includes a large TV, gas fireplace, and a private balcony with patio seating to enjoy the distant ocean view. Ascend the stairs to find a stackable washer and dryer in the hallway, alongside a bathroom with generous counter space and a walk-in shower. Two upstairs bedrooms each offer queen beds. The master bedroom includes a full bathroom with a step-in tub/shower and removable shower head and boasts a private balcony, with views of the tree lined bluffs and ocean beyond. This two-story condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

Great location and clean property. Pool and beach access perfect for a family. Kitchen small but user friendly. Beds fine just wish one of the rooms had two beds for children or teens. Overall an excellent condo to stay for a few days. Will come again!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and roomy. Communication with manager was easy and prompt. Some upkeep is needed. Would suggest repairing the loose pieces of wood on and around the stairs. We had no soap in one of the bathrooms upstairs and the other bathroom's dispenser was empty.

This property is much better than what the listing shows. The 1st level gives a small family plenty of space to gather. The 2 bedrooms on the 2nd level are spacious. The bed mattresses can be better but that would be an extra, not an expectation. It’s difficult to please my wife on cleanliness. She didn’t feel the usual “yuck” when in comes to short term rental properties.
The entire property is well maintained. The pool was heated so the kids loved swimming even with the 65 degree coastal weather. There’s a distant view of the ocean off the balcony. Lots of grass space for kids to run around and play.
We are very happy and you get the value with this property. I will book again.

Have stayed in other units that were all much more comfortably furnished. Fireplace didn’t work and property management said the repair person was coming after our stay! Only one night stand in master bedroom. To bad for the other person in terms of a simple place to put a glass of water let alone charge your phone. Outdoor furniture is rusted and looks like old classroom school chairs.
The property is awesome, this unit is lacking!

4. There is a hole in the living room ceiling with a bucket underneath with some water in it. There was a bucket under one sink in the bathroom where the leak originated.
If you want to cook, bring your own condiments including salt and pepper.

This property was very clean, a little dark inside, and furnished well except for lacking a blow dryer which would have been nice. It was comfortable and an easy walk to the beach. Jen was wonderful to work with. I probably would not rent this again as I like a brighter interior. A few more lamps would probably help.

Our family of 4 had the most amazing stay at this seascape home. Jen had all we needed for our couple days. Her place is tastefully updated with a great kitchen, living space with great views and the 2 BR 2 1/2 bath layout was so appreciated by our family who have stayed at seascape before in a 1 BR that felt so small and dark in comparison. It was so nice to sit on the deck and enjoy this view -and we had great weather to ring in the new year! We walked the beach, swam in the pool and played sports on the open grassy grounds. Highly recommend!
