About this house rental

Ideally situated on the beachfront in Lorikeet Drive with private beach access onto Peregian's pristine beach.
Only a ten minute walk to the Peregian village, with its restaurants, patisseries, fashion houses and patrolled beach. A Fifteen minute drive along the coast takes you to Hastings Street Noosa.

The house accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms over two levels and sleeps 6 comfortably, with 2 Queen Beds, and 2 King Single Beds. Living areas are found on both levels which open through bi-folds onto extensive decking (upper level) and covered areas (lower level).
The kitchen is fully equipped.

We enjoyed our stay particularly the proximity to the beach. The house is very well equipped and comfortable. It’s close to Peregian Village but not too close, so little traffic to contend with. We loved the sound of the ocean.

Although it rained heavily for most of our stay, we all had our space when needed and loads of space on the deck and in the lounge area to catch up as a family.

We had a lovely time at Hawthorne. It was great being so close to the beach, only a short walk away. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The kids enjoyed playing and running around in the well kept garden.

Lovely home and we enjoyed our stay but I was so annoyed that I was only advised that I would need to bring linen or pay a lot extra after paying 50% deposit. Although I could have had full refund within a few days it is such a hassle to do so and as such I feel I was misled and hence disappointed.

Very clean and maintained property. Well equipped kitchen. Everything thought of, eg. netflix, board games, phone charger, even a landline to receive calls. This is a great property for a family holiday once the bad weather is over. I would think fly screens to the windows at the rear of the property would be in order, so as to take in the beautiful sea breezes especially after dark. Great communication from Janelle, the host. A couple of issues that were promptly responded to by Janelle. Janelle was very fair and considerate, we could not fault her communication and appreciate her understanding.

Had the most wonderful relaxing week. Location fantastic. House is lovely and has everything you need. Owners lovely to deal with. Was great to be able to walk straight out onto the dunes and beach. Our dog loved being able to come away with us as well. We will definitely be back.

The property was clean and had everything you could possibly need/want for your stay. Walking distance to shops, literally walk out of back yard, and over a crest and on to the beach. Location was so quiet and comfortable we didn't want to leave. Would highly recommend to anyone that's considering a get away to the sunshine coast.

Hawthorne is a lovely house that backs directly onto Peregian Beach. The neighbourhood is so friendly and the contiguous back yards are simply stunning. The home is pet friendly, people friendly, and so well equipped. With a pet sand always gets into a beach house, but the house is equipped with a Dyson! No worries! All of the extras make this a truely lively beach house. Thank you.

This has been my 2nd stay at Hawthorne, and it did not disappoint. The house was lovely and spotlessly clean, and the location was peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. My dog enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the local bird life, and she loved her daily beach walks. Another wonderful holiday!
