Lovely home from home stay and the welcome hamper was splendid

Meadow Barn is decorated beautifully throughout, very clean and the owner has thought of everything you could possibly need. Really exceptional property, would highly recommend

I would highly recommend Meadow Barn. We had a really lovely break.

The cottage was very well-equipped and included some really thoughtful extras. It is in an excellent location for the coast and other attractions. It is particularly good for dog owners with walks directly from the property.

The sofa was fine but not the most comfortable.

A lovely cottage; pictures don't do it justice!

Beautiful cottage in a quiet spot close to many sightseeing locations. Quality fixtures and fittings and very comfortable and well equipped. Lovely welcome basket and great host.

The towels were very small!

If you want somewhere to stay in this area of Dorset, I would highly recommended Meadow Barn.

Comfortable and cosy, well equipped accommodation. Ideal for those who want to cook, and not always eat out. Being crazy about my coffee, to see a Nespresso machine, was very welcome. Positioned central for our requirements. Down a quiet lane, with a riverside walk (in better weather), so safe for walking the dog. A lot of love and care had been put in by the host to make guests feel welcome, including provisions for your four legged friend.

Parking is outside the front of the barn. With a large vehicle, it is not easy to tuck yourself in, so you are not blocking the lane. For our purposes, the addition of a clock would be helpful. As someone who prefers to cook rather than go out for every meal, cupboard room to put ingredients, would be an advantage.

Highly recommend - you won't regret choosing Meadow Barn for your stay!

The location is perfect for all local places of interest, Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, Corfe Castle etc. The facilities at the accommodation were excellent. So much was provided, the hosts thought of everything!!

Nothing!!! Everything was absolutely brilliant. Nothing I could fault at all.

Beautifully presented cottage located in the heart of lovely Dorset!

A beautifully presented little cottage/barn conversion! Lovely little village with good public footpaths and in the heart of lovely Dorset! We booked for Tankfest at Bovington! It was a lovely 20 minute stroll from the cottage on a public footpath to the entrance of the museum! I don’t think we could’ve gotten any closer really! Great to avoid the traffic and have a few pints without the need to drive!

Nothing really! Maybe a 9am checkout is a bit early with kids after a busy weekend?

Superb

We liked the country setting of the barn. Tucked away down a quiet lane near a farm and walks straight from the door to fields. Perfect for our dogs. The pub was a 5 minute walk and shops for provisions within 5 min drive. We knew it was going to be a wet week so we had taken plenty of dog towels but the host had extra. We loved the log burner and underfloor heating which made our winter break really cosy plus a utility room with tumble dryer and washing machine. The host had decorated the barn for Xmas and left us some wine, chocolates and doggy treats. They really thought of everything. Thank you

There is nothing negative to say about this place - it’s really great but the addition of a side table would make a drink in front of the tv easier 😀

Great place to stay

all the little things had been taken into account eg a sowing kit alongside the first aid kit and the information book included lots of great places to eat out but also one’s that delivered to the house

Perfect in every way!

Beautiful location! We had everything we needed and more! Clean to the highest standard! The beds were amazingly comfortable! We felt totally at home, and we'll definitely be going back!

We loved every minute of our time in Wool. The barn was so much more than a place to stay!
