Luxury 2 Bed apartment situated in Golf Resort Torrequebrada. Set within beautiful maintained lush tropical gardens, a choice of 4 swimming pools including children's pool along with a safe & secure play area set within the complex. There are also WC facilities located near the swimming pools.
The apartment boasts panoramic views of Torrequebrada Golf course with sea, mountain & luxurious villas yet is only a short walk to the local beach at Los Remos, a supermarket & restaurants. Alternatively take a 10 minute leisurely stroll to "The Meeting Point" bar/restaurant located in Avenida Las Palmeras where you will find a Mercadona supermarket, several shops & restaurants.
On entering the apartment you will find a fully equipped modern kitchen with a washing machine & dishwasher which overlooks the lounge area. Directly in front of the kitchen you will find a very spacious 32 sq.mt modern lounge with a large double sliding door leading on to a good size terrace with rattan furniture, table & chairs for alfresco dinning & outside lighting. The lounge has a fireplace, dinning area with a table & four chairs, a large corner sofa with a modern TV unit & 50" flat screen TV offering several international channels including UK & WiFi. Off the hallway you have a spacious fully tiled bathroom with a Jacuzzi style bath, overhead shower, heated towel rail & storage cupboard. There are two bedrooms both with double wardrobes. The main bedroom has a king size bed with its own private terrace which catches the morning sun & is an ideal place to take breakfast.

We stayed for 9 nights in a really lovely apartment. It was clean , comfortable and very well equipped . We throughly enjoyed the balcony and its vista . Many thanks go to the owner .

My wife and I stayed from June 21 for two weeks. Communications with the host Michael were brilliant, he was so helpful and answered all our queries. On arrival at the apartment we were met by a really nice man called Clifton who showed us around the apartment and gave us information on the area. The apartment is a good size and very clean it’s also set in a very nice quiet area and located on a very secure, well manicured complex. We used the nearest pool to the apartment which only ever had a few people round it. Michael provides a couple of chairs and beds for pool use. There is very good WiFi and air con in the apartment and also quite a few TV channels but very limited British ones…so remember your Netflix/Amazon password. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and a couple of nearish supermarkets, both supermarkets are about a twelve to fifteen minute walk away…downhill …but it’s harder walking all the way back uphill loaded with shopping…we didn’t mind as we ate so much whilst out it kept us fit, however there are plenty of cabs around to make that trip easier and they’re not expensive....ladies bring sensible shoes for walking…or buy some here as my wife kept doing lol. If you do venture out further the bus service is brilliant and really cheap especially if you get the bus card . We loved it and have rebooked…it’s an ideal holiday if you don’t want that hotel vibe, noise and sunbed wars…to us youngish 60 yr olds it was perfect.

overall, it was a really nice stay at the apartment. Very clean and exactly how the pictures looked like on the website. The communication with the owner were perfect and very professionell.

The apartment is really look like what you see in VBRO.
Beautifull and very quiet place .The área is very safe. The privative parking was also appréciate .A car location is usefull to visit Andalusia and to go everyday at the beach and grocery

What can I say! Michael is an absolute legend, he has literally thought of everything to make your stay perfect, and he doesn’t mind answering 101 questions! The apartment is gorgeous so clean and spacious. The balcony leading from the front room is spacious and my daughter spent most of her evenings lounging there loving the wifi!
The TV had Netflix and Prime so you just need to log on and away you go. This might seem odd but after quite a few busy days and nights it was nice to just chill out. The kitchen is very well equipped including tea bags and coffee! The bathroom has a shower over tub and is also a jacuzzi. The bedrooms have the most amazing wardrobes plenty of storage space and hangers!
There’s a first aid kit, storage containers for food, beautiful set of knives, an amazing cooker and Michael even had ice cubes ready for us plus a bottle of bunny to welcome us! Oh and we had our own cupboard in the garage which is near the pool, inside are deck chairs, sun loungers, water guns and balls, we recently added to the collection so enjoy whoever is lucky enough to grab this apartment.
The nearest shop is down the hill 15 minute walk east enough, Uber operates in the area and costs around £4 to get from shop to home however, I would recommend using Glovo app to do a shop and have it delivered to you, as it’s fantastic!
The beach is literally on your doorstep not far at all. Lots of places to eat, beautiful park nearby and marina.

Excellent apartment
The apartment was everything we could have expected. Spotlessly clean and well equipped throughout, from kitchenware, Bath and shower room to lovely balcony.

Beautifully Appointed Apartment
From contact before booking until the end of our stay, the owner, Michael’s communication has been excellent and helpful. The apartment is beautifully finished, well equipped and furnished. We particularly liked the comfortable sofa and chairs on the main balcony, which has an amazing panoramic view of the grounds, the beautiful Torrequebrada Golf course and the distant sea. There is also a balcony off of the main bedroom which catches the morning sun rise and which is also well furnished. The photos do not do the apartment justice. A really comfortable bed as well as a quiet environment are very important to us and the apartment met both of those requirements. Check in is personalised by the friendly and helpful Clifton, who is local to the property. The apartment is about 15 minutes walk from the nearest beach, main bus routes and some good beachside restaurants. The many restaurants and bars around Santa Ana beach are about 25 mins walk mainly downhill going and only around €8 in a cab if you don’t fancy the stroll back! The large clean and pretty town of Arroyo de La Miel with its many good restaurants and bars ( and a large Friday market) is about 30 minutes walk uphill, again only about €8 in a cab. ( you can catch the train here which runs every 20 minutes between Fuengirola in the West to Central Malaga in the East ). Michael’s apartment has two secure underground parking space easily reached from the apartment. With a car you can quickly reach the larger beaches and lovely Chinguitos along the Los Boliches coast which are just 10 minutes drive.
There are two swimming pools visible from the balcony and four within the resort. The grounds are well maintained and very secure.
If you want a quiet, very comfortable and beautiful place to stay, with hosts who really care about their guests , look no further.

Lovely, well equipped apartment with stunning views.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Michaels apartment. It was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Clifton, who met us at check-in was so helpful and very easy to communicate with during our stay.
We loved Benaldamena as a whole and would definitely come back to Michaels place! Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect
This apartment has everything we needed for a perfect holiday. It is beautifully furnished, a large private terrace with distant sea views, very comfortable beds in the bedrooms, and a great shower in the bathroom. It is easy walking distance to many great restaurants and we also managed to squeeze in days out to Benalmadena Pueblo, Mijas Pueblo and Marbella. Thank you Michael for the use of your great apartment

Fantastic Apartment
Stayed for 3 weeks in this lovely, confortable and well equiped apartment - a real home from home. The balcony was fab with long views to the sea and we sat out most days in the afternoon sun even though it was November. Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous stay
Just returned from a lovely ,11 weeks stay at this apartment, absolutely loved it.Comfortable and well appointed apartment well located in a very beautiful and quiet area, close to the sea a few minutes walk, the real sea and mountain view from the balcony ... splendid! When we arrived we were met by Clifton , on site contact, he was so lovely, showed us around the apartment and gave us suggestions of where to go in the area. The apartment was sparkling clean and felt very homely. Excellent WiFi speed
Michael kept in touch during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed.
Would highly recommend, and definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Fabulous Apartment

Fabulous!
The apartment was simply stunning, everything and far more than we expected. Not only is the accommodation spacious, it was immaculately clean and extremely well equipped. We enjoy cooking on holiday so it made life easy as it had everything! The sofa and beds were very comfortable and plenty of choice on the tv for our daughter when required.
The balcony is again, very spacious with very comfortable seating. It was wonderful having breakfast and most of our evening meals out there especially as the boiling hot sunshine at this time of year doesn’t directly hit the terrace. The view was also lovely looking over the beautifully kept tropical gardens, pools, golf course and sea.
The pools were great, clean and set within the wonderful gardens. Never over crowded and regularly checked by security.
It was a nice walk towards the main strip of Benalmadena and we also walked to the main Park which is full of birds and wildlife. We hired a car so we visited Mijas and old town Marbella which is always a must when in this area, both fabulous places.
We had a great holiday and would certainly recommend Michaels apartment. Michael was 100% attentive from the booking stage, pre, during and post holiday! His representative was super too! We couldn’t have felt more welcome, nothing would have been too much to ask. This is a well respected property.
We would definitely stay here again in the future.

2 weeks in the sun
The apartment is everything and more than expected. The balcony to the rear of the apartment gets the sun from sunrise till around 1.30pm which was nice to start your day.

Beautiful apartment
This apartment is fantastic, it's home from home, has everything that you would need & more. Keith was there to.meet us when we arrived & showed us all that we needed to know & was there if we needed anything during our stay. From booking to checking out of this property was flawless, I would like to thank Michael for such a lovely apartment it made our holiday all the more special, we will definitely return in the future.

Great apartment and great complex
The apartment is lovely, modern, clean, bright and has everything that you will need. The kitchen is fantastic and you want for nothing. The beds are lovely and comfy with the added bonus of a fan above the bed. The complex is kept immaculate and the pools are lovely.
The only reason it didn't score 5 stars is that it did not get any sun what so ever on the main balcony.

Heaven away from home
Me and my friend spent a week here and had the nicest time. The apartment was spotless and had everything you could need. Communication with Micheal and Keith was always very professional and helpful. Can’t fault the experience. We went for a relaxed week- and this was the perfect place for it. It is about 30 min walk to the beach (which is hilly, but we enjoyed the work out, haha) and the choice of pools is great. I would recommend to anyone.

Wonderful Location in Benalmadena
The 3 weeks we stayed at Michael's apartment were perfect. When we checked in the required amenities were already there. It is approximately a 15 minute walk to the local Mercando but I must warn you it is an uphill walk back to apartment. We used this opportunity to get some exercise. It is a 30 minute walk into Benalmadena where you will find any manor of stores restaurant's boardwalk along the beach. We had a great time weather was perfect and we will definitely be balk

You are defo not left wanting with this large and beautiful apartment. The owner has provided every comfort necessary and with its stylish and contemporary decor it was a delight to stay in. Life is Good
Amazing condo, location was great for restaurants, grocery shoppinng and the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy trying new recipes. Because the weather was a bit chilly we didn't get to enjoy the 2 large balconies as much as we wanted. Wonderful to have had indoor parking facilities. Would highly recommend this place.

Great spacious apartment
We stayed in this apartment for four weeks and it is very quiet and has a well equipped full kitchen, also very clean and spacious with a lovely balcony over-looking the golf club. It is ideal for a family.
We found Michael the owner fantastic to deal with, nothing was too much trouble and Keith who does the meet and greet was also great and he also has a taxi service.

A home from home
Immaculate apartment with everything we needed for a lovely, relaxing holiday. The kitchen and bathroom were very well appointed. As we went in August we were very grateful for the excellent air conditioning (very quiet and efficient).
The view from the balcony was stunning and the area was always quiet and peaceful. We went to the pool every day (we had the choice of 2) and they were never crowded.
Our teenage daughter found the wifi to be excellent.
The owner Michael was very helpful when we booked the holiday and quick to respond to any questions we had. When we arrived we were met by Keith who showed us into the apartment and explained all of the facilities. We found that Keith was also helpful and very professional.
We couldn't have asked for more from a holiday apartment and will definitely return again.

Well maintained apartment in a lovely complex
A lovely modern apartment in a quiet gated complex so felt secure. Very clean and excellent customer service from the owner. Easy enough to walk to beach if you wished and a well stocked supermarket although a steep walk back up but taxis were available reasonably cheaply (although we felt the walk did us good!). Although we did not hire a car there was secure underground parking. I would recommend this apartment and would go again.

A lovely apartment in a quiet part of town in beautiful gardens
The property was of a very high standard and very well equipped. A lovely terrace with seating to relax in overlooking gardens and golf course area. Although not far to walk down to beach area it took longer walking back up as the road up is windy and steep (we didn't mind this). Although we did not rent a car it would be useful to visit local attractions, go to the supermarket etc. Everything went smoothly and we had a lovely relaxing time staying here and would return if going to this area again.

Truly wonderful apartment in great location with fantastic views
Fantastic 2 bedroom apartment in a great location with wonderful views across the golf valley to the sea
Apartment is of the highest standard, extremely spacious living area , kitchen and bathroom,
Fully fitted wardrobes in both bedrooms with main bedroom leading to a sun trap balcony .
Only a 15 minute walk down to the beach so great location as so peaceful and tranquil around the apartment
Swimming pools in the grounds were of the highest, cleanest standards as were the immaculate shared gardens .
Apartment has the most beautiful marble floors and a state of the art kitchen .
Micheal the owner was a true gentleman and perfect host , nothing was to much trouble, he had gone to huge great lengths to make this a wonderful experience for all to share .
Underground parking was and is a huge plus in the heat of the summer and direct elevator access to the apartment another big plus.
Would have no hesitation in returning / recommending Micheal's apartment and believe me we have extremely high standards!!
