About this lodge

The Lusa Nita Retreat is a high-end custom lodge with large windows and tall ceilings. The 2800 sq. ft. lodge accommodates 12 guests, within 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths. Master suite #1 is spacious with a rock fireplace, TV and spa amenities including a Steam Room, Sauna Room, Pedestal Tub and dual sinks.

A large bunk room (Bedroom #3) is furnished with 2 Queen beds and 2 Full beds. The gourmet kitchen features a large gas stove top with granite counters and 4-high-back bar stools. The 10-person dining table is next to the kitchen area and outside is another large dining table and entertaining area.

The outdoor covered deck is spacious with comfortable seating, dining table (12 seats), rock fireplace, Gas Grill, Charcoal Grill, and TV. The amenities are very high-end and will impress with stone and level 5 granite accents -- perfect for entertaining and relaxing. Also, in addition to the great deck area and patio spaces, the outdoor areas include a fire pit and a toss game. A lower rock patio has a 7-person Hot Tub with a grilling area, including a gas grill and a charcoal grill. The lodge is equipped with 5 TVs, one in each of the 3 bedrooms, one in the Great Room and another outside above the fireplace.

Lusa Nita Retreat includes complimentary WiFi and Direct TV. We provide 30 pieces of firewood and the gas grill and charcoal grill is ready to go.

The Lusa Nita Retreat is conveniently located in Timber Creek Trails, close to the Timber Creek Trails Shopping Center. Here you will find great dining, a microbrewery, Escape Game, and specialty shops with ice cream, coffee and pastries. Broken Bow Lake and the Beavers Bend Resort Park areas are close by. Hochatown, with all its tourist attractions, is within 1 mile. The Lusa Nita Retreat is located adjacent to the Ouachita National Forest.

We had 4 adults, 4 kids from 6-13 and this hoise was perfect. Kids lived the bunk room, the master bedroom and bathroom - amazing! The adults enjoyed the steam shower and sauna, and the outdoor space was perfect amd relaxing!

The cabin and amenities were fantastic! The location was perfect for enjoying Hochatown as well as the lake. Such a charming and convenient place to find some fun. We will definitely return!

The outdoor decks (upper and lower) are expansive and provide ample room to sit around a huge table to eat and puzzle or watch TV around a fireplace -- and still be included with those playing corn hole or horseshoes (provided) outside and those on the first level deck with the hot tub and room to lay out in the sun. Super cool outdoor water with hot and cold too! Indoors is also gorgeous with plenty of room for large groups to meet, eat, and be together. Killer sauna and steam shower in the master bath too! This is our 2nd time to stay here and we LOVE this place. It's also close to town and other experiences (259 can get crowded but it's worth it).

We had a wonderful time! The cabin was beautiful and enough space for everyone! The bathrooms where beautiful and enough!! The kitchen is a great chefs dream!! Every detail was thought of and no expense spared but it was worth it!

The property is as beautiful as it is presented in the photos. The staff was responsive when we ran out of garbage bags they brought some to us right away. The kitchen is well stocked with both spices and utensils and pots and pans. Multiple TVs with cable and apps on them for you to sign into your account. It's a perfect spot for my family to meet in the middle. We will definitely be back

My family and I stayed (six adults/3 couples & one 2.5 year old) very comfortably in this gorgeous home as we celebrated my dad's 60th birthday. The property was well maintained and we loved the location to all the nearby attractions. An added bonus- our GPS worked the entire time and it was not hard to find the home at all. The community areas inside & out are very spacious and offer plenty of room and space to enjoy! Bathrooms were great and shower pressure was perfect. The mattresses in the two guest bedrooms are a little more on the firm side, but it didn't take away from our time in the cabin. I highly recommend this stay! Lastly, it was our first time in Broken Bow, but definitely won't be the last. Thank you!

This is a fabulous property that fit 11 of us comfortably. ATV trails we easily accessible from the property. Very close to restaurants, Hochatown, etc! Highly recommend this rental!

My husband and I and my parents drove up from the Dallas area and my brother and his family drove from Iowa. We all met at the cabin to celebrate my 50th birthday. The cabin was amazing and we took full advantage of all the amenities. We made several dinners in the fabulous kitchen, sat in the outdoor hot tub, sat in the sauna in the master bathroom and spent a lot of time out on the back patio. Everyone loved the cabin and enjoyed the activities in the Broken Bow area. We would love to come back and stay there again.

We just got home from our Memorial Day vacation to Broken Bow. This cabin was a lot of fun with family and friends. The good: Great outdoor area/patio The kitchen is well stocked with supplies (knives are super dull though. I sharpened some of them throughout our stay.) The propane grill is good (cooks unevenly throughout but once you figure out the hotspots, it's all good) The Master bath is awesome. Steam shower, sauna, music, metal tub.... just great overall. The speakers throughout the house are a nice touch that I didn't see mentioned in the description. The bunk room was great for the kids and they loved the Xbox. (double-edged sword with the video games on vacation, of course). The bad: Many of the TV channels are not purchased. None of the music channels were available. (Spotify/Pandora work just fine with the wifi though). The Egg charcoal grill is broken Septic is very smelly in the mornings when the sprayers are on. Not sure if they had chlorine tablets in there or not. Hottub had some electrical issues but they came and fixed them along with the alarm system for the house. However, all the hot tub valves were still stuck closed. Just needs some good TLC to be perfect. The house was clean but not immaculate as previous guests stated. The management company probably would have fixed any issue that we had, we just didn't want to call about little things. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay, but there was some room for improvement with preparing the house for guests that can be taken in the future. Would recommend and would rent again in the future.

This Hochatown rental is high end in every way! Beautiful wood ceilings, luxury appliances, King sized beds in the adult rooms, a master bathroom complete w/sauna, steam room shower that could hold the entire 12 people allowed in this retreat, a stand alone copper tub, etc. And each room has a fan and individual temperature controls. This house also has ample outdoor spaces and decks that have been outfitted w/comfortable seating and a fireplace for warmth and ambience. We loved using the fire pit to make s’mores while also playing a game of corn hole. We were lucky enough to get a nice rain while @ Lusa Nita retreat and to hear the sound of the rain on the metal roof was medicine for the soul. The house is surrounded by beautiful wooded areas and mature pine trees. We enjoyed watching and listening to the melodic sound of various birds, as well as the very noisy New Guinea fowls that paid a visit. Or crew of 8 cooked every meal during our 3 & 1/2 day stay and were pleased that the kitchen was well equipped. It had a 6 burner gas stove top and 2 ovens, along w/a warming drawer. And the layout of the house is open which makes cooking even more enjoyable. This house is a 10 out of 10 and will exceed your expectations!

From the time I came up over the hill and saw the big blue doors I was wowed! Inside was immaculate. I lost my husband a month before our trip and we talked about cancelling but I am so glad we didn't. It was a wonderful time of healing for my children and me. The back deck with the huge table, fireplace and TV was our favorite thing. It rained the whole time we were there, but we were still able to stay outside. It will be our new annual trip destination.
