This was the absolute perfect house! You can tell so much love has gone into every aspect of this beautiful house. We had such a great time! There was so much room to spread out, it was so clean and the downstairs was perfect for the teenagers to play pool and relax away from the adults. Our family has a cottage at Blogetts Landing and it was a quick drive right over to the lake. The owner of the home was so sweet and was very easy to reach. We actually extended our stay and she was so accommodating to that! Our family can not wait to return! Highly recommend!

My family and I recently finished a week long stay at this property and we were absolutely blown away by it.
It is incredibly clean and well laid out. There were plenty of space and bedrooms for our group to sleep.
The kitchen is very spacious and modern, it easily allowed us to cook and clean up.
We've been vacationing in the Sunapee area for a few years now and this is easily the best property we've had the opportunity to rent.

Very nice, cozy, and clean home with amazing views. Kitchen was really, really well stocked. Extremely fast and reliable internet for those that had work/studies to complete. Easy check-in and straightforward instructions for our stay. We will definitely rent this home again.

This house is built to be an easy place for a family to gather. The various sizes and grouping of both bedrooms and shared spaces make it very flexible. The kitchen is the best equipped kitchen I have ever had in a VRBO! It's clear that the owners actually cook, and it's both well stocked and well laid out.
The communications were great: extremely specific and clear rules, which makes it easy to be good guests/renters. The house has a really welcoming feel.

Plenty of room for 8 adults to spread out, or not, as they wished. The 20+ year old contingent of our family loved having the downstairs to themselves. Two of us worked remotely for 2 weeks with zero internet issues (even with gamers playing at the same time). We never tired of the view during our morning coffee on the deck or evening cocktails on the patio . The house was immaculate and well appointed. The owner was extremely responsive.

This is a gorgeous house. The vaulted ceilings and expansive windows in the main living and eating area create a beautiful, welcoming space. Eating meals at the main table while you look out at panoramic mountain scenery is a joy. There are three large living/seating areas: the main floor, the top floor overlooking the main floor, and the lower level with TV and pool table, which can be closed off from the main floor for privacy and quiet. The 2 bedrooms on the top floor, master on the main floor, and 2 on the lower level are nicely separated so if you have different groups/families staying at the house you can have considerable privacy and not bother each other. In our case, we had a couple staying downstairs that needed to work for part of the time they were there, while kids played upstairs, and they had no problem doing so. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and utensils and the appliances are in good condition.
Outside, the large porch (plus a smaller one off the master bedroom) and very large patio with numerous chairs and a fire pit are great for lounging around, if you’re staying during a season that accommodates that. The landscaping is immaculate, with lovely flowers surrounding the patio. Our kids enjoyed playing in the large yard. While this property is part of a development, the houses are separated by distance and thick trees, and you’ll feel very private and secluded while staying here.
The owner, Linda, is very responsive to any issues that arise. We had some minor things come up with a circuit breaker that wouldn’t reset and a smoke alarm that went off unexpectedly, and she had the property management company stop by very quickly to fix it.
Is it perfect? No. Some of the beds, particularly the one in the large bedroom downstairs and those in the kid’s room upstairs, are overly stiff, and the living room sofa sheds feathers at a prodigious rate. The wifi signal can’t consistently reach the top floor bedrooms. In really hot weather (we stayed there during the summer), the top floor bedrooms get a bit stuffy, though there are fans available (no A/C). On the whole, these are minor issues and we’d wholeheartedly recommend this property for those looking for a large, comfortable, and beautiful place to stay in the Sunapee area.

We really enjoyed our long winter weekend at Linda's modern post and beam house. Proximity to Sunapee was key! Large living/gathering spaces and convenient bed set-ups made this work really well for our group. The huge and well-equipped playroom downstairs was a plus for the kids! Communication with Linda was open and easy. Thank you!

First let me say that Linda, the owner, was incredibly responsive and a pleasure to work with. We were 2 families celebrating a 50th birthday and she gave us great recommendations on places to hike and swim, where to buy groceries, and restaurant ideas. Thank you, Linda!
The house itself is beautiful: large well appointed rooms, comfortable furniture, a fabulous walk-out basement rec room, a patio/fire pit that looked out over the vista and was wonderfully inviting, lots of comfy books for book reading or card playing, and a kitchen that made cooking for 16 easy. There was even a table large enough to seat us all. I loved that Linda supplied high end sheets and soft towels for guests to use. That plus the welcome package of paper products, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc showed how thoughtful Linda is for her guests’ well-being.
The house is neither on a lake or a ski mountain but is a quick easy ride to both. New London is just a couple miles away and there are cute stores and yummy restaurants to explore.
We very much hope to stay there again.

Our stay at Linda's was absolutely wonderful. Such incredible views right from the living room! Her home is big, bright, and beautiful and provided all of the amenities we needed to feel comfortable. Check-in was a breeze and although we didn't need it we had Linda's number in case we had any questions. The place was easy to find and conveniently close to the town of New London for groceries and Lake Sunapee for swimming and fun. I would certainly recommend her home to anyone coming to the area in the summertime, and would happily stay here again in the future! Thank you Linda :)

The property was great! Very spacious and had everything we needed for a low key fun weekend on the lake! Linda was very responsive and clear with her instructions for check-in/check-our and any and all details we needed to know about for our stay. The lake was only 10ish minutes away and was perfect! Thank you Linda!

This is a great house with an amazing view! It was accommodating to our group offering group areas and areas for privacy. This should get the highest rating that VRBO is able to place on a property. We loved it so much we are ready to book this house for more events!

We were an extended family of 12, ranging in age from 12 to much, much older. We had a wonderful time. there was room and privacy for everyone. The great room has not only a great view, but is set up with crowds in mind. Huge table, and everyone close to the cooks. We had mind boggling game events that everyone felt a part of because of the size and configuration of the room. A great experience.

The house was great for our group of families! House was extremely well prepped, clean and accommodating. Everything to cook in the kitchen, wood for the fireplace, blankets for the beds and toys for the kids. Linda was very responsive and helpful. We rented for an extended period and all was in place to have trash removal, snow plow and general check-ins. The yard was fun for sledding and in a great location to Mt. Sunapee and a few restaurants/grocery store. Large living room great for family gatherings while cooking a meal. Then the basement with the pool table, couch and TV for hanging out. Overall, great stay, great host, and great property.

Every year we get together for a Ski gathering. We have rented several in the area. This home was one of the best we have rented.
It has everything. From the well equipped kitchen, the grand dining table, the family room w/ a pool table, plenty of bedrooms and baths to the majestic views. Just out the back door is snowshoeing and the neighborhood is a good place for a walk/hike.
It looks like a New Home! Very neat and clean. We loved it!

We couldn't have picked a better house for our long weekend up at Sunapee! The location is great--only ¼ mile off the highway, 15 minutes from Mount Sunapee, and close to a few good restaurants.
The house itself was perfect for our group of adults and teens. Bedrooms on 3 different floors, as well as 3 separate, spacious gathering areas. The teens loved having their own space on the lower level with a tv, pool table and comfy couches. Plenty of space for us all to watch football down there!
Wonderful fireplace on the main level and the owner supplied ample wood. Due to a storm, we decided to stay in one of the days and had the fire going all day. Between that and the beautiful views, we were quite happy to be "stuck" inside!
Comfortable beds and well-stocked kitchen.
The owner was quick to respond to a couple of questions I had before arrival. She also reached out to me the morning we were leaving and generously extended our departure time due to the weather.
Great experience. We will definitely be back!
