We were a group of 10. 6 adults 4 children. Plenty of open spaces for our gathering. Dining area for 10 was great for all to eat together and for family games in the evenings. Sunset views were amazing. Kids enjoyed making smores. We all had a great time and hope to be back again

This property is absolutely beautiful and our stay was nothing short of exceptional! Location was close enough to New London but the home and view gave us the feeling that we were miles away in a peaceful paradise setting. We will definitely choose this property again should we ever have the opportunity.

Our family of 7 adults LOVED our stay at this gorgeous & spacious “barn”. The host was always a text away and responded quickly. Truly a 10 out of 10 experience.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with our family. We have stayed at other properties in the area and this home is without a doubt one of the best. Large bedrooms, lots of natural light , very clean, huge yard, and well located for all the activities in the New London/Lake Sunapee area.
Dianna and Tim were great host! We were greeted with decorations celebrating our daughter’s graduation, as well as pancake mix paired with local maple syrup that we used for a family breakfast. Truly next level service.
Thanks for allowing us to relax and create long lasting family memories.
Pete and Laurie.

Everything about the property was great. The home was extremely clean, with all linens and towels provided. The kitchen has everything you would need to make a full meal. The game room was so fun for the kids. The homeowners answered all questions we had super fast. Highly recommend this property!

Could not ask for anything more! Dianna & Tim absolute great host. Pictures don't even do justice to the gorgeous views! Two master bedrooms both super comfy king beds. The linens are great along with the bath towels! The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to enjoy cooking. Location was perfectly located within a short drive to either Vermont or Massachusetts. The local town, New London-super cute has a great breakfast restaurant, and bakery-The Blue Loon. Also, has several good restaurants. Five star plus.

Holiday Getaway
We had a wonderful family vacation at the barn over the New Year holiday. Our hosts were very thoughtful and responsive. The home is inviting, comfortable, clean and designed so people can relax and enjoy themselves. It is nice and close to skiing as well. Even though we wished for more a bit more snow, we all enjoyed our stay.

Awesome Rental! The owner's purposeful, thought-out, rental property is evident by the spacious, clean, organized space in every room including a separate washer/dryer room, game room (ping pong table), and patio. Every extra item (top quality) provided such as linens, towels, soaps, kitchen items, and even a laundry basket. Plenty of seating throughout for entertaining many guests as well as available parking spaces. Location perfectly situated facing the summer sunset over the mountains within farmland/orchids but also easily accessible to the highway, Lake Sunapee (Blodgett Landing side), and New London (5 minute drive). We watched the sunset while the deer and turkeys roamed through the fields all the while staying warm by the toasty fire on the patio. Owners very responsive to our every need. Peace and tranquility at its finest!

Awesome family vacation!
We had the best week staying at the barn! I would highly recommend staying here! The most amazing views, you couldn't beat the sunsets!! The nearby lakes were beautiful, not crowded and so peaceful. We had a blast playing corn hole, ping pong and smores at night by the fire. They even had the utensils to make them!
This place has everything you need from cookware to fresh linens etc.
My family has stayed at a few different places in New Hampshire and this by far is the best!!
