Great location close to the metro. Very comfortable bed and a great shower. I accidentally locked the hosts out of their house (sorry once again 😁) and they were very nice about it.
Very minor but an ironing board would have been useful (though I imagine if I asked the hosts in advance they would have had something available to use).

The bed was really comfortable and the owner was very friendly. The location was very good as well, near the metro and tram lines, so you can easily access everywhere.

It was more than a Studio it was a small 3-room Apartment. The small apartment was spacious and clean. Adequate faciities were available to store and reheat meals or if you wanted to make a small meal that was possible.
Even though I had informed the host on May 25th of my arrival time and he said the time was ok, a last minute message on the day before my arrival (june 12) on a mulitple country vacation with a lot travelling was just too last minute. Informing me the day before of a secret location for the key didn't work for me as my mobile phone was not working at the point but fortunately, I had all my info printed out. I had no prior information about the secret location of the key. I rang the door bell several times and no one was home. I was left standing in the street thinking I was scammed of my money. In my broken French I asked a teenage boy to call the host, then I was informed about the location of the key. The host was only there one night (the night of my arrival) and the next morning. Only one (1) roll of toilet paper was provided for my 4 days and on the last day it ran out- there was no one there and I had no toilet paper!!! While the accommodation was nice, the person to person hospitality just wasn't there and in that regard the stay was disappointing.

Very nice and cozy apartment with a great connection to the most Brussels attractions. Tram is just behind the corner and Metro is just couple of minutes away. Owner is very nice and provide you all necessary and helpful information for your stay.

Quiet place, close to the market and boulangerie, close to metro station. Host is very helpful and polite. Fine place if you want to do jogging - it's almost next to Park de Laeken, 2 km and you'll get to Atomium

We rebooked this because we enjoyed this place last time, so most of this review will be the same as the previous one.
The place is charming and the host very welcoming and friendly. They've got plenty of tips for places to visit!
-Kitchen: Exactly like on the photos and it worked fine. Plenty of fancy dishes/cups/glasses to use. They thought of every detail, including basic condiments and coffee/cooking oil.
-Living room: The sofa bed is huge, comfortable but very firm. Plenty of pillows! Nice, bright apartment with sunlight. Ear plugs are recommended for those sleeping in this room (see below).
-Bedroom: Separate, so enough privacy when sharing with colleagues. Huge and the bed was very soft.
-Bathroom: Has everything you need and is spacious, heats up well with the radiator.
-Neighbourhood: Safe but not great, like most areas around the metro stations. Around the corner is an amazing bakery with long opening times, and a small shopping street with anything you might need. The market is really nearby.
Note: It's an apartment in the top floor, above the private apartment of the hosts. You share the same entrance and stairs. But we never felt invaded in our privacy, and contact can easily be avoided if you're shy.
-Vibrating floors and sofa bed! The building literally vibrates during the day (much less at night) whenever the tram drives past, and you can even feel it while on the sofa bed. If you don't mind or can sleep in the bedroom, you'll be fine.
-We knew there wouldn't be a lift, but the stairs are too narrow to carry suitcases over. The host had no problem with us leaving our luggage downstairs.

near a metro station, the hosts were super kind and flexible. the room is a loft in the family residence. the bed was super comfortable, but there were only 3 towels and the pull-out couch was a bit small.
fits 4 easily, but the pull-out couch isn't super comfortable. 15 drive minutes from airport, but over an hour using public transport.

Very good location, easy access by metro. Nice neighborhood. Also the host was very helpful and friendly, giving us some tips and allowing us to leave our bags before check-in time.
The flat was very clean and comfortable
It was a bit cold and heating was not working properly

The place is charming and the host very welcoming and friendly. They've got plenty of tips for places to visit!
-Kitchen: Exactly like on the photos and it worked fine. Plenty of fancy dishes/cups/glasses to use. They thought of every detail, including basic condiments and coffee/tea. Just some kitchen towels (paper) would've been a nice extra.
-Living room: The sofa bed is huge, comfortable but very firm. Plenty of pillows! Nice, bright apartment with sunlight. Very interesting and varied collection of books on the shelves.
-Bedroom: Separate, so enough privacy when sharing with colleagues. Huge and the bed was very soft.
-Bathroom: Has everything you need and is spacious, heats up well with the radiator.
-Neighbourhood: Safe but not great, like most areas around the metro stations. Around the corner is an amazing bakery with long opening times, and a shopping street with anything you might need (the trendy burger place could use some support; they're great!).
-Vibrating floors and sofa bed! The building literally shakes during the day (much less at night) whenever the tram drives past, and you can even feel it while on the sofa bed. If you don't mind or can sleep in the bedroom, you'll be fine.
-The people living across love looking inside and gossiping about this apartment with their neighbours...so we kept the curtains closed most days.
-We knew there wouldn't be a lift, but the stairs are too narrow to carry suitcases over. The host had no problem with us leaving our luggage downstairs.

I loved the bathroom and generallly the whole apartment.

The location was perfect for my needs and those of my family. Laeken Park is at a walking distance, all kind of transport is at hand. The hosts are very nice people and responded kindly to different requests we had during our long stay.
We didn't expect and need anything better than what we got.

More than a studio, it is a small apartment, very bright, clean and comfortable. Located on the second floor without an elevator, it is a floor through apartment with large windows with double pane glasses that makes the city sound almost non existent. The rooms are spacious, there is plenty of storage. The bed is extremely comfortable. Everything is functional and the owners are generous and attentive to the smallest detail: jarres with chocolates, biscuits and candies are put at the disposal of the guests, and so is a large variety of bathroom and kitchen supplies.
The neighborhood is not the nicest of Brussels, but it offers plenty of shops and it is very well served by all means of transport to reach other parts of the city.

KIND HOST, COFFEE AND MINI CAKES OFFERED, GOOD SHOWER PRODUCTS, COMFORTABLE BED, PLEASANT DECORATION, TRAM AND METRO STATION VERY CLOSE.
TOO NARROW STAIRCASE THAT MAKES IT HARD TO CARRY ONE'S SUITCASE ONTO THE SECOND FLOOR

The studio is really beautiful and clean, the bed is confortable and the bathroom is pretty big, with a new shower.
The hosts are really kind and welcoming, absolutely suggested
