This was an excellent apartment. We enjoyed our stay

This is a beautiful apartment. Modern decor, very clean and comfortable beds. Communication with host was excellent. The bus stop is close to apartment which made it easy to get to waterfront and train station.

Excellent, beautiful, immaculate flat.

Beautiful place. Very clean. Wireless charger was brilliant idea to have available.

Flat was very hot. Fans provided so not sure what else the host can do. No washing up liquid for things that don't normally go in the dishwasher.

It was super hot weather and was tricky to cool the apartment down. Also I didn’t find the spare sheets until I was leaving - some helpful information on where to find things and recommendations for local restaurants would be great

Exceeds expectations

Beautiful, spacious, very well furnished new apartment with all the amenities you can imagine! The neighborhood is peaceful. Station is about 5 minutes walk. There is a bus stop also close by. We had a wonderful stay.Highly recommended!

Perfect. the best .. highly recommended.

We knew it was gonna look good but didn’t know that it was not just good… it’s great! This is a very new apartment with full facilities. the owner is helpful and very nice. Apartment design is awesome with high ceiling. Living-room and kitchen is very good. Dish washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, dry and washing machine, microwave, oven, refrigerator, curve TV, wifi and more. my daughter enjoyed a kids playground. Bedrooms are huge and bed are comfortable. Everything was very cleaned and well prepared, We love this place e so much. location is little away from the city but it’s good and easy for us. We don’t like living in city center anyway. Nothing to complain. Perfect and highly recommended!.

We had the perfect location to access the Vaudois arena and the apartment itself was a great place to stay in as a famil

The apartment was decorated very nicely and had different areas to sit in.

Amazing loft in the centre of Lausanne

Passable

Checkin (getting hold of the key) was very easy and the appartment was clean. There is one pretty bedroom.

One of the bedrooms does not have any windows. Well there is one, but it cannot be opened and it faces the living room, meaning you have very little privacy in this second bedroom (the little shutters don't prevent anyone from being able to see into the bedroom when the light is on). Besides the lack of privacy there is no air circulation in the room (no windows!), meaning it will get very hot and stuffy, especially in summer), so you will have to leave the door open, eliminating the little privacy you had left in the room. The appartment is definetly not suited for 6 people. Sure, you can sleep on the couch, but then there is no place to sit anymore! Once you use the couch as a bed, the appartment becomes very uncomfortable, because there is literally no place to sit anymore! Besides the couch there is one living room chair, two very uncomfortable bar stools and the four chairs from the dining table. We repeatedly found ourselves sitting on the floor. As mentioned already, the dining table only has four chairs. While the chairs are huge, the table is tiny. There is no way to fit more than four people at that table. If you are more than four people, you will not be enjoying a comfortable meal together or being able to play a board game or anything in this appartment. Do not book this appartment if you are more than 4 people! One last thing: The downstairs neighbor is very noise senstive and most of all, he is very aggressive!! We really are not noisy people, we do not talk in loud voices nor do we stomp the ground. And yet, he came to ring the doorbell twice, once on friday evening at 9 p.m. and again on saturday evening at 8 p.m. when we were simply playing a board game at our tiny table. It was the weekend, it was still early in the evening, and we were not playing any loud music or anything. When we opened the door he was very aggressive, he was complaining about noise and seemed ready to punch us.

Very clear instructions given for check in. Very clean and spacious apartment. Good location to nearby supermarket and restaurants just round the corner. About 15 min drive to town centre.

Superb flat

The flat is superb, very modern decorated with taste. High ceiling and lot of light very pleasant to stay in. Fully equipped kitchen and the garden in close proximity is a bonus. The parking is closed and secure.

Lausanne Trip

Well-designed new apartment with high ceiling height. Everything you need is available, from several parking spaces to individual parking spaces in the underground car park. The kitchen was fully equipped (including a Nespresso machine) and the sofa was ultra comfortable. Electric shutters and lift.

The house seems to be very badly soundproofed (despite the new building?) / TV did not work (I am a technician myself, that was due to the special remote control) / The WiFi and the Internet connection was only mediocre, the Sonos system is nice to have, but…too many WLAN sources in the House were „disturb“ music streaming via Sonos with the own WLAN Network (a matter of setting, but didn't want to change anything) therefore constant interruptions, did not work. But when it worked - the Sound was great!

A very pleasant apartment, well furnished and comfortable.

The location is quite practical: the drive to the city center is short and easy and it is just as easy to leave town for a drive to the mountains or around the lake.

The instructions for self check-in were written by someone who was familiar with the routine and somewhat confusing for someone who wasn‘t.

Perfect location, 2 min walk to the train station. Great train connections. 2xCoop, 1xMigros and 3 Gyms within 3min walk. The apartment has washing machine and tumbler (clothe hanging for laundry currently missing), kitchen is nice and it has a nespresso machine.

The car park in the building was a definite bonus. Easy access to public transport and plenty of super. market within walking distance.
