Very disappointed 😞

It wasn't far from the ocean.

Don't let the pictures of this place fool you. It looks nothing like what they have posted at all. Cabinet doors were broke there were cockroaches ALIVE throughout the entire place. There were cockroaches that had gotten frozen in the rubber seal around the freezer door. The washing machine and dryer were disgusting and I wouldn't have washed my pets bedding there. They say to not allow your pets on the furniture or you'll get charged a fee! There was pet hair all over everything!!! They make it seem as though this is fresh clean environment for you, your family and your pets which it is not. I would love to see the owner of this place actually stay there for an extended stay and enjoy staying there. This place was absolutely horrible and they should be ashamed of themselves for not keeping it up and keeping it clean. Oh and if you are wanting something where you can cook to save yourself some money this isn't the place. Any of the kitchen utensils, cooking essential items were disgusting. They quoted there was a microwave which was not true at all. If you are thinking about this place and thinking you will save some money, spend the couple extra hundred and go elsewhere!!!!

Totally unsatisfied and disgusted

The only good thing about this place was how close it was to the beach.

There were holes in the walls the house was dusty and dirty and there were roaches there was no cleaning services at all the TV that hangs in the kitchen above the sink was burned at the censor so it wouldn't turn on. The door code was wrong and it took us almost an hour to get ahold of someone to give us the right code. Then was told we had to leave by 10 or 11am for a cleaning crew to show up and the unit beside us had 2 to 3 different tenants move in and out and there was no clean up crew they literally scare you into cleaning the house so you don't have to pay a cleaning fee. It was not worth 513 dollars to stay there not at all. They didn't even have hand soap or dish washing soap didn't apply any linens and expected the most for what we got if I could get a full refund I would but the House was such a disappointment plus now we have to watch out for if we brought cockroaches home if I were you I would not stay here cause this place blows.

I didn’t stay and I need my money back

Nothing we looked at the room and there were roaches and mold everywhere we tried to call and they never came out and we waiting around our only full day waiting for them so I got no vacation and then had to find another hotel both nights

Look above I did not like anything it was absolutely horrible and I want my money back

Worse place I’ve ever stayed

Filthy, has roaches, TVs didn’t work customer service was horrible all they did was lie No pots or pans no sheets on the filthy beds you have to pay extra for that!! Mold was everywhere!!! Talk to Jennifer and Lisa and they were suppose to send people out several times but one time their maintenance guy showed up looks like he is on drugs. Asked to move to the room over and they wanted to charge me a 150.00 cleaning service but had to move back the next day!! This place is a joke. They never once tried to accommodate us. The pictures below are hole in bathroom wall!! Mold. The roach on the countertop! If I could load all the pictures and the back and forth text messages from Jennifer and Lisa I would. What a nightmare

BAD!! Would not recommend to anyone, unless you like really dirty places

It was very dirty! The cleaning ladies came and looked at the place and said they had to go get cleaning supplies and never returned. The tub had black feet prints in it when we got there and we put a towel down and wore shoes. The floors were so dirty when my grandson walked bare foot on the floor his feet were black!!! Would not recommend this place to anyone and it smelled like smoke as well. There was nothing good about the trip we ended up leaving 1 day early. We just could not handle it no more.

Location was great

Beds sucked, floors were dirty and the fridge door handle was broken off. The comforter on one of the beds had some kind of stains on them and they had some bug problems

Disappointing

The location was great. Wasn’t a far walk at all.

There was absolutely nothing here. We opted out of the linen package so we expected that but we did not expect to need so much. There was no toilet paper, no extra trash bags or anything to wash dishes with.

The only thing that I liked was the proximity to the beach. I was embarrassed in front of my family I am extremely disappointed. I am dissatisfied and I feel as if I'm owed something. I can say that the staff was willing and ready to accommodate me for my inconvenience which was based on the cleanliness and safety hazards that were presented in the original Wendy Hill Villa A.

Beach access, good working appliances in kitchen.

Paid 70$ for a linens package. Got 2 towels no wash clothes. 5 pillows no pillow cases one fitted sheet for 3 beds 3 blankets. Dryer heating element was broken. Also Wi-Fi kept turning off and wouldnt reconnect had to use our hotspots to have internet.

walking distance from the beach, great location and the kitchenette was decent

1) there was a big whole in the wall in the bathroom that exposed the pipes and all the mold 2)the tenants next door fought every single night 3) there were so many dead nats and the dishes that were provided were not cleaned. lastly the one of the beds were broken and the linen provided was not cleaned.

Great location but needs work

The location is amazing!!! The cost was the cheapest in the area.

There is a reason it was so inexpensive. You do not pay Motel 6 prices and expect the Four Season experience. The place is neglected and in need of minor repairs. Lights in the bathroom, hallway, second bedroom are out. The fan doesn’t work in the second bedroom. There are holes in the walls and the ceiling above the shower is atrocious. Everything is old and several things are broken. Do not sit on the chairs at the dining table. But again, you get what you pay for.

Life @ the Beach

Property was located within a short walk to the beach. Nice stretch for the legs before hitting the waves. Enjoyed net flicks hookup in the master bedroom.

Property needs to be updated. Touch up painting on baseboards and hole in the bathroom wall. Ceiling in bathroom definitely needs repair over shower. TV in bedroom to right would not turn on. Chairs in dining room need to be stabilized before someone falls. I wish I had known you needed photos below. I would have been glad to share the repairs that would be helpful for those staying in this condo.

Windy Villa A

Location was close to beach close to shops.

Pillows were very dirty ( blood stain on one and others were yellow stained from some ones slobber .) Coffee maker dirty. Bathroom were full of nats , had to be on the look out when eating inside for the nats. Staff was not accessible except through emails, called several times, never could talk to anyone about questions. Overall not a place I plan on staying with again.

It could have been better.

Location is great and it's a nice set up. It could really be a nice place if it was properly maintained.

The house is in desperate need of TLC. Some surfaces including the walls were visibly dirty. The bottom the kitchen cabinets were rotted. The beds were not comfortable and there were gnats in every room. I also found a used mask in one bedroom. The maintenance was just unacceptable and my family did not feel comfortable staying another night.
