The design of the hotel is nice
Mix C just in front of the hotel really nice mall
You have to pay for the gym (but it’s not too expensive)
The people who clean the rooms never smiled and I felt bad all the time I ask for something (toilet paper etc)
The smell on the corridor out of the room

Beautiful and fun decor, clean, updated facilities. Nice friendly and efficient customer service. Located close to Koreatown. Fast wifi. A ton of common space to lounge, watch tv, play games, and they also have a bar/restaurant with good food.
Worst thing is that it is hard to find, and most taxi drivers don’t know where it is. Would be helpful to have bigger brighter signage that guides the way from the street. You also have to walk about five minutes to get off of the hotel grounds and onto the street so it’s inconvenient for coming and going.

great new hotel. cleanliness, facilities, value, location are all excellent.
walking out to the restaurants and super markets at night is a bit of a long walk and not super convenient but tolerable.

Very arty deco throughout the hotel - lots of spaces for interaction. Staff were very helpful. I like the books on bookshelf - classics.
Nothing much. Hv no time to explore the surroundings.

The artsy decoration in the lobby looks nice, even if cheap.
The staff at the reception claimed that we only paid breakfast for one person, which I’m not even sure is doable, given that we booked a room for two. Nevertheless, we were charged for extra breakfast. On top, there is no gym at the hotel, although their page on this website claims there is one.

Need to provide tea/green tea satches and a food plate in the room.

Room is comfy and clean.
Nothing.

Super close to a metro station, which facilitates my travel around Shanghai. Staff was truly friendly, even though they would communicate with limited English, but just enough for basic requirements. One of the staff was even supportive enough to walk me to the metro station, so thankful for this!
None! I'm probably quite easy going person.

I loved the reception area, quite open ideal to have meetings if you are coming with more people, they have many sofas and tables where to sit. Plus the restaurant area is next to it, quite opened, fresh and contemporary design. The rooms are perfect for solo travellers, super super clean, is probably the top 3 most cleaned hotels I have been in China. Excellent layout, efficient and intuitive, with brand new furniture following the fresh trendy style of the hotel.
There were three things I extremely dislike from the hotel, I came to this hotel to get a good sleep and rest. Unfortunately, the AC ventilation vents was always sounding despite the fact I disconnect the AC, there was always a rumbling sound coming from the ceiling quite annoying that kept me awake till 1 am when my body just naturally exhausted fell asleep. The second thing was that my window blinder was broken, I was not able to close the curtain of my window not pressing the button or manually, so at 5:30 when the sun came out I woke up... I only was able to get 5 hours of sleep at most. Lastly, there is no gym and the restaurant breakfast is small if you compare with Shanghai standards, a lot of people in the comments talk about the delicious breakfast, I quite don't understand, the breakfast is fine, you get plenty to choose in a small area, but it is not a big buffet, just a long stand with heated up food, coffee machine, couple of juices. All good, but nothing fancy, no cook that makes you noodles, or omelets, nothing of that.

One of the best hotels in Shanghai The price/quality ratio is one of the best in the city. Of course, someone may be bothered by the size of the room. The great spacious modern lobby where you can quietly read, watch TV and have a drink - all complemented by English-speaking staff
The hotel is almost hidden by a shopping complex-quite difficult to get to-it lacks directions in the complex ..TV channel selection (lack of English speaking programs)..

Hotel was clean and modern, rooms were the right size for a city break. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast and food was really nice. Close to the airport and train station for travelling in and out of the city. Great value for money!! Will be staying again when I am next in Shanghai for sure!
Dinner menu and bar could open later, however the hotel were accommodating and helped us order in food which was great. This was also delivered to the room by the hotel robot which was really fun!

I love the decorations, wonderful books to enjoy, and delicious breakfast!
When we first arrived we had issues finding it from the metro station. You need to walk through the mall and we got a little lost.

It is the same as the pictures they have in the offer, small room but enough. Bed was comfortable and it was very clean!
Although it’s closed to the subway, we came at night and the mall between the subway and the hotel was closed so we had to walk a lot to get there. For next time we know, it’ll be easier.

Check in was fast, simple and the staff was amazing, clean room. Loved the place, would stay again if in Shanghai, China. One of the best places I stayed at compared to many hotels.
There is two ways to get into the hotel, through Mixc mall go to hop floor by Zara and go one more floor to Pizza Hut, there is a door on the right side of it and exit is, walk to the escalator down, go right and keep walking and hotel should be on the left side. Another way to get in is to get through Hongxin Rd and walk up. There is a little golf curt that goes up and down.
