* WE ARE PRIVATE OWNER/MANAGERS Crown Towers, luxury two bedroom apartment.Features spacious living and dining area, equipped with modern appliances, three flat screen TVs all with their own FOXTEL, two large bathrooms and balcony. Overlooking the lagoon style pool and ocean views. Tastefully furnished and air conditioned.
No other Surfers high rise surpasses the facilities of this 4 1/2 star resort. It highlights a vast and impressively decorated atrium lobby. It also boasts an award winning Thai restaurant, Coffee shop, Bar & a la carte restaurant. Outside, the resort offers and astounding lagoon pool with superb bbq area surrounded by lush tropical gardens.
Further attractions include a pirate themed childrens' pool, gymnasium, indoor heated pool, spa, sauna and games room. (Please note we have a minimum 3 night stay)

The 2 bedroom apartment was very comfortable, clean and tidy. Very spacious with plenty of room to accommodate our family of four. Aircon in living area and master bedroom and ceiling fans in 2nd bedroom came in handy especially during the hot and humid days and nights. Great views overlooking the ocean and resort pool. Fully functional and equipped kitchen/meals area. Laundry facilities were fantastic, washer and dryer which was important for us with small kids. Outdoor resort pool was spectacular and also included an indoor pool area for night swimming, which my little ones absolutely loved and made the most of during our stay. Location was perfect close to all amenities. Public transportation was easily accessible to theme parks and main shopping strips and restaurants. Host was always great with communication and giving us clear, detailed and easy to understand check in/check out instructions upon arrival. Easy check in/check out. No issues at all!!!! Our family had a fantastic time staying at Mantra Crown Towers. We definitely look forward to returning and staying in this apartment again in the future. 👌

Really fairly priced and amazing location close to beach and shops; everything in walking distance. Spacious rooms and living area. Fantastic to have the kitchen as well. Will definitely stay again!

The apartment is in original condition which shows in a couple of cracked tiles, degraded patina, and older cupboards. Having said that if it doesn't bother you then the location is great and the apartment is very spacious. We had a hiccup with accessing the keys but with a quick phone call it was all sorted. The apartment was relatively clean but there was somones socks behind the door suggesting the cleaner did not close the bedroom door to vacuum and some small splatters on a wall. Regardless, we had a great time.

Great location, property was clean had everything a holiday needs will stay with this group again. No issues at all and loved the facilitys it had as a bonus great for both familys and couples/ friends and the host was helpful when i had any questions even before i arrived

The owner and real estate agent missed our booking. We arrived after 4pm to an unmade, unclean apartment. We vacated for a couple hours, but still were unable to settle in as the cleaner was still there. After another upset call from me to the owner expaining we were still unable to use the apartment we were given a part refund to our first nights cost to compensate for the inconvenience caused. I was a bit miffed when the cleaner arrived 10 minutes before our check out time to srart cleaning the apartment for the following guests.

Great sized apartment with everything you need. Clean and tidy. Nice views. Facilities eg pools are AMAZING. And close to Cavil st, town and beach (1 stop on Tram). Tram station & convenience store on the corner. Decent price also.

Large 2 bed apartment. Great sized rooms. Cleaning was passable but there were some parts that got missed. Couldn't figure out how to get TV in 2nd bedroom or microwave working. No buttons seemed to do anything and no instructions to assist. Great location close to beach, restaurants and trams/buses.

This apartment was a great size for our family of four. A king size bed, air con, door to balcony, foxtel tv and an ensuite for the master; two singles and ceiling fan in kids room. Kids also had their own bathroom. Large lounge, dining area. Great ocean views from the balcony. We ate out there all the time. Aesthetic is a bit old but we were more than happy to overlook it for the great space, hotel facilities and awesome location. One block to the beach, 10 minute walk into Cavill ave. Thai restaurant in resort is great too. Kiosk by the pool made the kids pancakes each day and hot chips after their swim in the afternoon. We’ll be back.

Spacious accommodation, great facilities for both kids & adults - big outdoor pool with plenty of sun and sun baking, kids pool with slide & pirate ship, indoor heated pool, 2 spas (1 indoor & 1 outdoor), little kids play equipment, games room on level 2, gym. Close to light rail stop, 5 minute walk to shops & restaurants, across the road from QT and 2 minute walk to beach. Parking included.

Size of the apartment was great for 6 of us & location was spot on. The only disappointment was arriving and having to clean! The table tops were dusty, had to vacuum and the outside area table & chairs were super dirty.

Not bad stay but now have sour taste left in my mouth extra changes for broken curtain what was not broken while we stayed and then to add to insult clams we stunk out apartment with cooking did not know bacon and egg leave a bad smell last meal cooked

The apartment was ideal for our family of 5(2 adults, 3 kids under 5). Location is great, we didn't need to hire a car, but there is that option just across the road. Easy walking distance to beach, shops and Caville Ave. The apartment is on level 18, great ocean and river views. Carpet throughout other than wet areas was really nice. Beds are firm but nice, byo beach towels and kitchen items like cooking oil, sauce etc. There are 3 great pools, the kids loved the heated kind D's pool and waterslide. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend you book this place....

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious 2 bedroom apartment, close to shops and the beach, the kids absolutely loved the pool facilities. Which kept them wanting to go back daily. We thank the owners for making this apartment a good experience especially by the fact we have avoided surfers paradise in the past.
