Great house in a perfect location

It was perfect for us. It was spacious and very clean. The air conditioner helped for when it got hot. The kitchen has everything you need. The best was the deck where ate every meal. It is walking distance to the ocean, trails for hiking and restaurants. Great house

Really enjoyed our stay. Felt very welcomed by the community and the host. Everything was clean and comfortable and our host was responsive to all our questions. He went above and beyond to help us learn our way around make the most of our stay.

Cozy house close to the waterfront. We were lucky enough to meet the host, who was very nice! Breakfast on the terrace with a beautiful view! And the sights of nature are nearby! We can only recommend it!

Beautiful and relaxing

Located away from the hustle and bustle of the the city. Close walk to waterfalls, especially Poco do Bacalhau (this is where my son proposed to his now fiancé). Short drive to Ribeira do Ferreiro falls. Short walk to the ocean (there is not a sand beach but you can lie on the dock and get into the ocean). The owners, Tony & Jackie, went above and beyond for our family and very accommodating - can’t thank them enough for everything!

Nothing but keep in mind there are no big style grocery stores in Faja Grande; for that you’ll have to drive into Santa Cruz. The small market in the area was extremely limited on what they carry.

i would give it a ten unless the mattresses issue..

Big apartment. best location. kitchen was well equipped and the washer and dryer machines helped us. The house was clean and shower was really good.

Beds are not comfortable:(

located on the most beautiful part of the island. 5 min walk to waterfalls and 2 minutes to the beach. close to the only shop.

Wonderful peaceful location away from it all! Ocean views and ocean sounds ☺️

Great location and views! Apartment is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. Washing and drying facilities which is great. AC and hearing are provided as well as outside furniture.

Flores island has a lot of moisture due to the climate. The apartment could use a dehumidifier, but the AC and opening windows did help reduce the moisture.

Great stay at Casa Fagundes!

Perfect, spacious place with an amazing view. Totally recommend it :) I will definitely come back there yet!

Exceptional

The location of this property is perfect, there is a beautiful sea view from the sun terrace. I couldn’t fault the comfortable beds or well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The outside area is comfortable.

We got to Casa Fagundes and found out a lovley home, it is in a quite remote village but it was close to the beautiful spots on the island, we got there and were amazed by the view you can see the ocian breaking on the volcanic rock on one side and see the high mountains on the other. the apartment itself is warm and cozy and feels like a warm home, it has a huge kitchen and big bedrooms, a big plus the apartemt is fairly close to the only mini market in the village.

when we arrived to the apartment we discovered in order to get in the street you need to go through a narrow entrence where we were a bit affraid on the car, also in the last day we felt a bit rushed to check out but besides that there was great hospitality

House is very nice and very well located close to the ocean and to a small shop. House is very comfortable and hosts are nice. We very much appreciated water, bread, milk and bottle of wine prepared for us :-) Highly recommended.
