We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

My family of 6 adults stayed 4 nights in this spacious home. It is in a quiet location with easy access to downtown Beaverton and Portland. Close to Copper Mountain nature park that has trails. Also home is just 1 1/2 hours from beautiful Oregon beaches. It met our needs and was close to the wedding venue and events.
House was clean, neat and decorated very nicely. Nice to have extras like shampoo, conditioner, soap and hairdryer in bathrooms. Kitchen was stocked well with paper towels, soap, garbage bags. Did not use the laundry but it is available with laundry pods provided. Clean up was easy. Only had to take garbage out. All in all a great experience.

Really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Beautiful patio to enjoy the sunshine. Near wine country, also near lots of dining options.

This was a really comfortable house for our group. Plenty of space to spread out and the beds were great.

Our trip was to visit family and included remote work. The property was great for that.
A couple items to note:
The driveway is very steep and then stairs to the door. This would not be a good choice for anyone with a mobility issue.
The property is in a residential area with nothing in walking distance. If you want to take a morning walk for coffee, this is not the place.
This is an issue with us, not the property. We looked at distances on Google Maps, but not the actual route. We are not used to congestion on bridges. A thirteen mile trip routinely took 45 minutes.
The property was fine for our purposes and we would not hesitate to stay again.

We rented this house while our house is remodeled. It has everything we need for an extended stay. We'll be coming back for another month soon.

The house and property were wonderful. The Fireplace wouldn't work but the team was friendly and responsive. Great location close to our family. Host Fees were a little high compared to other properties, but overall, we would come back again.

This home is absolutely perfect for a family getaway. We were in town for our son’s wedding and this house comfortably accommodated our family. It is furnished beautifully and was even stocked with coffee already! The location is very pretty. I have nothing but good things to say about the home and the interaction with the owner/manager. Thanks for helping make our trip more enjoyable!

Wonderful stay, place was very clean and also a very quiet neighborhood. The only thing that I could find wrong is that the driveway is very steep

This property was everything it said it would be and more! It was the perfect spot for us to do 3 different day trips: Canon Beach, Mt Hood, and Silver Falls. Highly recommend!!!

Very nice home in residential area that is well equipped and comfortable. Have to drive to shops and restaurants, but not too far. Check in and check out were easy with clear instructions. Will stay there again if visiting the area in the future.

I had booked a different unit in Beaverton with the same management company because it was closer to family. About 2 hours prior to check in, I was notified that the unit I had booked had a plumbing emergency and was no longer available. The property manager booked us in this unit instead and honored the price for the first property, which was significantly lower than this unit. A bit more inconvenient and had to rearrange plans a bit bit very accommodating. Property is great, especially the back yard. Only two complaints: (1) because of the last minute changes, I did not review in advance the check out procedures re garbage, linens, etc. But, I reviewed the manual at the unit and it contained NO mention of what to do with garbage or linens. So, I just left it in the wastebasket and linens on the bed. After the fact, I reviewed the policy on their actual site, which had instructions for both that we did not follow. Rules in the manual should match rules on the website. (2) this unit houses 8 people. Buy, the cooking items are barlely enough to accommodate 2-3 people. 1 medium pot, 2 tiny pots. 2 medium fry pans. Comically small colander. Aside from cooking items, all other dishes, glasses, utensils, are very good.

Great Beaverton House
We were looking for a small house for our family to stay while we were visiting family in the area. This house was very comfortable and easy. The decorations are nice enough that it may not be great for little children but it was perfect for our family of five.

Great property
This house was centrally located for day trips to the gorge, ocean, snow and downtown PDX. It is comfortable for 4 adults and was neat as a pin. Check in/out and communications were seamless. I would absolutely book it again!

Great house in Beaverton, would stay again!
We booked this house at the last minute because our original reservation was cancelled. We were looking for a house in Beaverton for a couple of days. We're originally from Beaverton./Aloha so we know the area well. We really like the neighborhood (we looked at a property to purchase in this area once upon a time). If you're in town to visit wineries, it's a good location. I wouldn't pick this location if you're looking to go to Portland via car but you can get downtown via MAX just fine.
The house was very clean, very well stocked, and has a great yard. The driveway is steep (not an issue for us) and there are stairs to the front door so I would not recommend this property for folks with mobility issues.
We will definitely rent this property again if the need arises.

A home away from home
This home was perfect for our time in Beaverton. Our group used all three bedrooms, and appreciated the different living spaces and spacious kitchen as well. The master bed was incredibly comfortable, and our kids slept happily on the convertible couch in the same room. The walk-in closet worked so well for storing our many suitcases out of the way. I can't think of anything else that we could have possibly needed! Thank you!

Excellent Experience
Stayed a long weekend at this house and loved every aspect
Owners were great on communication and we felt like if we would have needed anything that it would have been easy to get ahold of them
However nothing was needed everything about the house and accommodations went perfectly we were very pleased
If ever in this area again I would definitely try to book the same place, thank you!

I really enjoyed my stay. It was more than I expected because I found home away from home. Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer.

Wonderful house!
The house was spacious and nice. It was a great accommodation for our stay there. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint. The mattresses were a little outdated, but still comfortable for what we needed.

Sweet house, nice neighborhood
This home is clean and nicely decorated. It came well stocked with blankets and towels and kitchen amenities. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure in the showers. King bed is super comfy. The other beds are a bit hard and squeak a lot when rolling over.

5 Star Stay
Recently we stayed for a week at the Cooper Mountain Retreat. We absolutely loved everything about our stay: smooth check-in, comfy beds, beautiful neighborhood, spacious rooms, cozy blankets, etc. Being able to cook our own meals was a huge advantage. Love all the little extras-games, coffee, microwave popcorn, and cold water bottles in the fridge. The dog barking next door was mildly annoying in the mornings but that's out of the homeowners' control. It would have been nice to have one more tv in the house as the main one in the living room tended to be a little glitchy(in the grand scheme of things a minor issue). Trevor was great to deal with and very quick to respond to questions or concerns. We will gladly stay again in the Cooper Mountain Retreat.

Clean and Comfortable
This was an excellent property with a friendly and helpful manager. Nicely decorated and comfortable with good amenities. Quiet neighbourhood.
Only cons:
It had a vague smoke/must smell when you came in and the windows had been closed but it quickly dissipated when you opened a window. We let Corey know and he was very responsive.
There is a dog next door that was barking. any time we left the deck and went into the yard. Obviously out of the owners control but something to be aware of.
Great stay and lovely property.
