unlikely to return!

No hot water. Very dodgy area. Felt unsafe at night and was warned to be careful by two different locals.

Luis the manager is the sweetest man and made our stay 100% better! great for any stay for the loan depot stadium

Luis is the best!! we stayed for the world baseball classic and I would 100% stay for this event again

close to the stadium and Luis the manager parked us for free and made sure our car was safe until the last car left.

In the hood, Uber wouldn’t pick up at the location due to the area. Property is a dump, bare minimum and dated.

Bedbugs!

The kitchen had all the essentials and we could park in the street

The building is quite old, there was a very strong smell in the restroom that made using it very difficult. The bed is very small, although there is another single bed in the room that you can use. I strongly suspect the bed had fleas or bedbugs as I woke up with several bites every day. We had to treat all our clothes and suitcases when we went back just in case we brought some bugs with us. The location was OK, but you can't walk anywhere and have to take an Uber or drive We couldn't communicate with the hosts as they spoke Spanish and we didn't

I had to check out from a hotel in from Ft Lauderdale at 11:00 am, to proceed to Miami at Marlins Apt and I was accommodated earlier than 3pm. Thanks very much

we loved this place, louis and martin such a nice person. building is clean and everything are perfect!! ı stayed very luxury hotel but believe me this place comfortable than the luxery hotel.

Great water pressure, nice firm bed, great price, within walking distance to loanDepot Park (Miami Marlins). Luis was helpful

The air conditioning excelente The bedroom had a towel on the night stand not very nice. The dresser one of the drawers was broken The beds were good I believe that this apparent needs some touches in the bedroom area to look acceptable The desk had no chair for you to seat on it

The only value I saw was the location

Apartment outdated from the 50's, infested with roaches and moths, terrible mattresses, they did not clean before our arrival, disabled fire detector, unsafe lock on front door, host does not wear mask, pictures of infestation sent to booking.com
