Pleasant

it’s affordable and very close to Little Havana. and the check in is very easy

it’s not very clean, and the window is not fully closed so you might hear cars passing at night.

Miami stay

Good fast internet, close to airpot and restaurants.

Very tired and advertised washing machine was actually shared and had to be paid for, windows in lounge and bathroom did not close so had to keep air con on 24/7. Bathroom windows in particular were open wider than would've liked and had to prop chair against door to feel this made apt secure.

Property was clean. The area was nice to be in. Close laundry mat

It wasn’t what we were looking for. we were under the impression that there was a full kitchen and living room and a closed bedroom and washer machine. instead it had stove top burners on a bakers rack and a mini fridge a sink and microwave a toaster and coffee machine. So we weren’t able to prepare the food we needed for our 9 day stay. Instead we were in a studio apartment. the tv faced the closet and didn’t move to reposition for better viewing. No washer machine. The address was completely different than what we signed up for. The area we wanted to be in ended up being 17mins away from the property. No extra linens as told there will be.

this place cozy and comfortable and a great price for the area

easy access and clean. the extra bed was made and ready when we arrived. Had extra blankets and pillows available.

the neighborhood is busy and loud at times.

HORRIBLE. FALSE ADVERTISMENT: NOT A 1BR BUT A STUDIO, NO FREE PARKING. WRONG ADDRESS

I did not get the keys until 7 hours later. I had to send my ID and a bank statement Booking had to get involved. This is booking is false advertiment. This is not what I paid for. The address is not even the same. This place is on Euclid and is not 1br but a studio with bunk beds and a queen bed. No Wifi and no free parking. We had to pay $15 a night to park on 7th and Washington. No hand towels. Don't waste your time.

DO NOT RENT!!!!!

There is nothing to like about this rental. The owner wouldn’t let me stay there because I refused to send her a copy of my banking statement, a picture of my drivers license and picture of my credit card I paid with. I communicated with the owner and bookings.com and offered to meet on the spot to show my identification(s). The owner refused and refused to let us stay unless I sent her my personal information. On top of that she tried to take the money for the rental knowing she wasn’t going to let us stay.

Bookings.com made no attempt to remedy the situation. In fact, the bookings.com customer service kept hanging up on me because they stated there was nothing they could do. The owner kept texting me outside of the portal even though I asked them to stop contacting me. I am not using bookings.com ever again and since have shared my awfully bizarre and unfortunate experience with everyone.

DONT STAY HERE!!!!

false advertising you will see by pictures of mice eating our food to broke windows that don't close and no tv or internet like advertised. Left early and asked for refund with no response

Wonderful, good bed and sofa. Nice appartement.

We had to wait outside for an hour. Before being able to get in, but our stay was worth it. We didn’t have breakfast, but could run errands in the nearby Publix supermarket. After the cruise I sent several mails to stay 4 more days, but unfortunately non of them have been answered.

property was clean and ok! enough space!

No hand soap, no garbage bags, NOTHING in this property! ☹️
