SUMMARY
Linda is an exquisite two level, two bedroom, two bath vacation rental that combines contemporary construction with Santa Fe flair. This home shares a lot with two other Two Casitas rentals, Bella (one bedroom) and Bonita (three bedroom). Book all three homes for a large group that requires three separate homes.

LIVING AREA KITCHEN, AND DINING
The living room is centered around a large gas fireplace. The open floor plan offers a large space for your group to gather. The kitchen is fully equipped for a home chef, and the dining table seats six. A sleeper sofa is available for additional guests.

BED AND BATH
The spacious primary bedroom upstairs includes an ensuite bath and a small private balcony overlooking the mountains. Both bedrooms have king beds.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Linda has a small front patio with outdoor seating for four. Please note that the patio is not enclosed/

My family and I just stayed at the property for 3 nights, and would stay again. The property was super clean, nicely furnished (great bedding) and very comfortable/private for a family of 5. Ideal location that was a leisurely walk to the plaza, and super easy to access the drive to Ski Santa Fe. Check in and out was super easy and great communication.

Had issues with a/c, but it was user error. After speaking to someone they told us to point the remote towards the unit. I'd add that to your instructions book. Also the unit was out of coffee filters. We used paper towels. Not sure if you meant to provide them or not.

One suggestion I would make is to put window covering over the upstairs bathroom. Because the window is not frosted, my wife was uncomfortable. Also, the parking situation was a bit confusing. We had two vehicles, one of which would fit the garage. I never knew if I could park in the driveway or needed to park on the street. You might be a little more specific. We would definitely stay in the property again!!!

We loved everything about our stay in this home; it was so easy to arrive and get into the home and easy to depart--since those days are typically long and stressful travel days, that was a huge plus for us. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and we were able to walk out to dinners each evening. Our first visit to Santa Fe will not be our last and we hope to rent this home again next spring!

We had a wonderful experience with two casitas. Not only was the place amazing but the attention to detail leading up to our travel date was extremely refreshing. I was emailed and texted so I knew all the details and who to reach out to if we needed anything. We walked in to a snack and bottle of wine welcoming us into a beautiful home which is a wonderful way to start your vacation. Not to mention this company gives back to their surrounding communities as I won this package at an auction in Colorado which is always important to me to support those who support others. We will be back and we will be using Two Casitas!

Great property! Well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the fireplace. We did find the property lacking in a coat closet or hooks or someway, other than kitchen chairs or couch to get rid of all of our coats. We loved having the smart TV. Thank you for our welcome gift-so thoughtful- thank you for an immaculate property. A little sign on the wall saying LINDA would have decreased a couple moments of confusion (no big deal!) We will be back!

Need a hair dryer in both bathrooms. Get rid of metal utensils. Already ruining the non stick pans. We put all the plastic utensils in holder on top of countertop so hopefully next round of people use those. Needs a cutting board to protect counters. Also need some basic kitchen cleaners to clean after cooking.

Everything was just as described. The condo is in a peaceful neighborhood about a 10 minute walk to the Plaza. Despite being that close, we slept with the windows open upstairs and it was quiet - just birds chirping in the morning.

We had two teenage girls with us, so they used the upstairs bedroom/bathroom, which worked great. The house also would be great for two couples. The downstairs had a nice set up and Two Casitas left us a nice little welcome gift! We could walk to the plaza and to Canyon Road. Other places were a quick and easy drive, such as the Dale Ball trails and Museum Hill. House was very clean and had everything we needed for the week.

Great Santa Fe Stay

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. We were welcomed by a gift basket and some wine. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and cooking utensils. The management responded quickly to questions and when the air conditioner was not functioning, they came to fix it promptly (even on a Sunday). The beds were very comfortable which is very important to my husband who has a bad back. The only small complaint we had was that the stairs are built from stone pieces which poked at our heals if we slid our feet to the back of the stair. I would suggest wearing socks around the house. The house was in close proximity to the center of town but was in a quiet neighborhood so it was not noisy at night when you were trying to sleep. All in all, we had a great trip and enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

We met my in-laws halfway between LA and Dallas in Santa Fe. Due to covid we hadn’t seen them in over a year. This was the perfect meeting place!! It had two master suites with private bathrooms and plenty of comfortable seating. We walked into the square each day and ate lunch outdoors while it was warm in the sun. We brought our dog who was very comfortable with the fenced in space and park right across the street. The place was absolutely beautiful and amazingly clean! Highly recommend!!
