Looking for a deluxe vacation rental that's just a short walk to the beach and "downtown" Tybee, and has a swimming pool, too? Then look no further. This modern condominium is located within easy walking distance of the beach, Tybee's Pier and Pavilion, shops and restaurants. The complex also features designated parking, elevators to all floors, and private balconies. This unit features luxurious appointments including hardwood, ceramic tile and carpet flooring, granite counter tops and deluxe appliances.

All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees). Reservations canceled within 15 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount, including all taxes, fees, and rental deposits.

We had a great stay in this unit. It felt roomy for the 5 of us. The walk to the beach was short so we enjoyed some sand and the easy walk to restaurants and shops. The place was clean and kitchen well equipped.

Condo had most everything that we needed. Bedrooms were on the small side but it worked for us. I wish there had been beach towels and beach chairs for us to use. Kitchen had everything we needed.

The pool was very small. The VRBO site looked much bigger!! The outside shower was beside the garbage and way too smelly to get all sand off!! One of the provided beach chair was broken when we opened it. Not enough towels and no hair dryer but it was sufficient for our needs as we only stayed 2 nights!!

It was a nice location and property. The elevator was broken down the first 2 full days we were there and we had a hard time getting my daughter to our room. If not for that it would have been great.

We have actually have stayed in this condo before a couple of years ago. The location really couldn’t be better, right across from the famous breakfast club. The condo it self was clean and cared for but does need a little TLC, nothing that would stop me renting it again. The only thing that was subpar and was the one of the main reasons I rented the condo was it had a roof top pool. It was supposedly closed due to the COVID restrictions. No where in my paperwork or website does it say that the pool was closed. One door to the pool was locked and had a sign that said pool closed, while the other was unlocked with no sign. The side we used did not have a sign or locked door. We didn’t understand why the pool would be closed since there isn’t any mandate for such and the hotel pools where all open. All in all we had a great time and will be back again sooner or later.

The condo was very nice with modern finishes. Everything you need for your stay. The parking was very tight and the pool was very small. It was close to the beach and the pier. We enjoyed our visit and we were very comfortable in the condo.

Attention to detail

Overall condo was good. However it’s the attention to detail that is lacking. Top drawer in dresser in MB is broke and almost fell on me. The MB mattress was heavily indebted and uncomfortable. Ice machine would not dispense ice. Could use another chair or two on the patio. Linens were clean and plentiful, bathrooms were clean. Details: cabinet drawer handles need to be tightened, lampshades need to be fixed. It’s the details.

Condo was very clean, updated and well maintained. The door code lock was great so we didn’t have to keep track of a key. The condo was one block from the beach but sat behind Hotel Tybee and the pier so the area was very busy. We ended up walking several blocks to the left where the beach was less crowded.

Captain’s Watch spring break fun

Captain’s Watch spring break fun

We enjoyed a return to Tybee Island and Savannah after several years. This condo is centrally located near the south end of the island and near all shops and restaurants. The beach and water were a bit cold and windy but that didn’t stop our enjoyment of the week. It was great to find lodging with multiple beds and baths for our teenagers. The keypad number system was really great, no lost keys and easy accessibility for the teens, too.

Nice size for 6 people. Only a long block from the ocean and a block from the shops and restaurants. Only issue was the lights from hotel next door. Some room darkening shades would be nice. That said we will probably stay there again.
