Welcome to our modern beach studio condo, located in the gorgeous beach town of Mission Beach, San Diego, just steps away from the sand and boardwalk. This delightful vacation home offers a fun and relaxing retreat, perfect for those seeking beachside bliss. Enjoy the convenience of being close to wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, and bars, while also having the famous Belmont Park, with it's thrilling rides and entertainment, just 1/4 mile south. Embrace the coastal ambiance, make memories on the sun-kissed shores of Mission Beach, and indulge in all the best restaurants and entertainment at one of San Diego's premier tourist destinations.

Inside the condo:
Welcome to our cozy studio condo, offering approximately 275 sq feet of comfortable living space with a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience. The sleeping arrangements include one full-size bed nestled in a loft, accessed by a ladder, as well as a spacious full-size futon. While it's ideally suited for 2 adults, the condo can easily accommodate up to 4 guests if desired. Step outside to the shared outdoor BBQ and patio area, where you can savor outdoor meals and make lasting memories in a charming setting. It's ESSENTIAL to note THERE IS NO AC. While AC is not needed most of the time, occasionally, it does get hot. For these times, we do have a small portable air-conditioning unit that can be used to help cool the air down.

Parking:
Please note that our property does not offer onsite parking. Guests are encouraged to park on Mission Blvd, but they should be mindful not to park in designated areas during street sweeping times. Additionally, we want to inform our guests that most public parking lots in Mission Beach do not permit overnight parking, and any vehicles parked illegally are subject to towing, with fines and towing fees being the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. Parking can be particularly challenging during peak seasons such as summer, spring break, and holidays. While we do not provide onsite parking, street parking is available, and guests can utilize the parking at Belmont Park, though please be aware that overnight parking is not allowed in the Belmont Park parking lot. There is overnight parking located in the lot across from Belmont Park on the bayside. However, for added convenience, we do offer a parking spot just a block away from the unit, available for an additional charge. If you are interested in securing this parking spot, kindly let us know in advance, and we'll be happy to arrange it for you, but it is on a first come first serve basis so it could be occupied.

The bed was comfortable but location was not. The loft is next to a window and the area heats up quickly and gets bright early. Id assume that’s all summer. Other than that it’s as advertised. Location is excellent, and the host was responsive. I wish I would have known about the properties foot wash station to get the sand off earlier and that they had a few beach supplies e.g. beach blanket, towels, chairs, umbrella.

I took a four day getaway by myself, and this was the perfect location and property for me. Despite this unit, not having views of the beach, I could hear the waves when my window was open. The location couldn’t have been better for my needs! I rented a bike and rode on the boardwalk up to Pacific beach and around the area. I rented a car and was able to park at the lot across from Belmont Park overnight. It was a short walk to that parking lot, and was convenient since there is virtually no other parking around. I did not use the loft bed though it seemed like it was comfortable. I used the futon for a bed which was comfortable. The overhead fan and the floor fan helped to keep the air flow and cool when it got warm in the unit. The noise level was low, and the other tenants followed the quiet time hours, which was nice. Nichole was extremely helpful and responsive when I reached out to her for needs. I highly recommend staying at one of these properties if you are visiting San Diego and want to be by the beach in an affordable place!

Location was great. The condo was great! The only downfall was the email we received stating what all was wrong with the condo prior and most weren’t even true so the stay was delightful!!

The unit was odd, but we found the loft bed, so comfortable, and being so close to Mission Beach was really fun! I feel as though for the cost the unit could’ve been a little more stocked, like there is a coffee machine and coffee filters, but no coffee. Overall really fun to say, and the area could not have been better. Even the neighbors were very friendly.

This condo is exactly as advertised. It may not have an ocean view but it certainly has the best location. The patio is wonderful to sit and people watch and enjoy the ocean. Our son really enjoyed having Belmont only be a couple of blocks away. I would highly recommend this location!

The resident upstairs very load and not sure if they was playing a video game or what but they was running and Jumping all night , sounded like they was coming through the floor and it disrupted sleep ...but loved the property.

The condo was clean and modern but my fan light kept coming on and off for the first two nights. I called the owner on the first night and it finally got fixed on my last night there. It would of been nice to get a good nights rest on all three nights. The location was great.

This studio was good for keeping us close to the beach. There isnt a view of the besch from the studio, but there is a nice area to lounge snd watch the boardwalk. It has many modern and stylish features, especially the shower.

This is such a cute little studio. It was perfect for my husband and I. Very close to Belmont and all the activities. So easy to access on arrival, updated modern room. We don’t need a whole lot of space as we like to be out doing things so it was perfect.

Stayed three nights in this studio with 3 girls total and worked great! Location was perfect for us and super close to the beach for walks/dining. While we didn’t end up doing any cooking there was plenty of room in the fridge for snacks/drinks and the kitchen seemed well equipped. Host was friendly and response, easy check in and out process as well.

Pros: -Location -looks nice on the inside -full kitchen and garbage disposal -smart tv in good spot Cons: -faint scent of garbage occasionally wafts in -flies come in if you leave the door open to get what little air you can -less air flow than king tut's tomb with no ac and a ceiling fan that belongs in a retirement home for ceiling fans -back alley entrance. Guard your bumbum -only beach amenity is towels -worst shower head In north America -good luck finding a spot to get comfortable in. The bed and futon are not comfy -ladder to get into the bed is designed to kill. Do not approach it with wet feet or lack of consideration -there used to be a functioning washing machine that's still there taunting you -if children stay in the unit above you, you may develop murderous intent -san diegans are convinced that it's their job to share their music with you, but this goes for any unit in this area Overall an ok stay, but would find accommodations in the area that suit my needs better.

The pictures in VRBO were misleading. The room is in the back of other beach accessible units. The door to the entrance had 2 inch openings above and below the door . Ants came in through the door. It was very loud from the street. You could hear everyone who walked by and cars driving up. The walls were thin. You can hear people walk above you. The windows appeared accessible to unwanted viewers. We were not sure if people could see in the windows.
