The best place in Mamaia/Constanca

Amazing place and even more amazing manager! Probably most helpful person in Romania :) and not only concerning the hotel, but everything! You feel there like a guest or a friend and not like some annoying customer... The hotel has delightful location - between Mamaia Beach and 2 lakes. It's almost car-free zone, but when you have room booked you can enter (you have to tell that to the guard by the barrier) and park your car in front of the building (after unpacking your luggage, manager shows you a spot for your car at the parking lot on the backside of the hotel building). Room has nice and modern design, beds are comfortable, bathroom is quite big and clean. There's also an AC, tv, minifridge and an electric kettle. There's also a nice terrace (we had the room with the view on the promenade). We will be back for sure

Apa caldă nu a fost toată ziua până spre seară,pe motiv că se instalează pe acoperiș panouri fotovoltaice și se lucrează! Apoi seara și pe timpul nopții au avut eveniment privat la restaurantul de la parter și a bubuit muzica pana spre dimineața și gălăgie, asa că nu s-a putut dormi! Clădirea în sine e mult spus hotel,e mai degrabă salon ptr nunti cu cazare ptr invitați.

Exceptional

The room was big and comfortable.There was a fridge and a kettle to prepare yourself a cup of tea or coffee ( your own ) in the room. The hotel garden The location is on the street where Mamaia Holiday Village starts where there are plenty of restuarants and holiday attractions ( fun park ).

Great area, close to restaurants and the beach

The hotel has a restaurant as well, 2 nights they had events until 3 in the morning and it was hard to sleep

The price is okay, BUT....

It was clean and good price.

I booked a room with balkony to seaview and get a rubbish room with no chair for the table. Door and furniture partly wear off.....

I found different woman hair in my bed, the furniture was old and painted, in some areas (furniture And walls, bathroom door) some places were hit And the material was missing. They said that there is free private parking but there wasn’t. They told us to park the car somewhere in front of the hotel, near a kids park Which was a So called parking Spot but not for the clients of the hotel, but for anyone. If you park on the grass, the police will come And give you a ticket for that. Also, the parking Spot was full, of course And no Spot available.

Old and very used hotel, dont believe the pictures

The staff was very kind and helpful.

The hotel has been reconditioned few years ago, but not 100% or not with quality equipment. In the bathroom the sanitary facilities were very used and rusty. The bad old and very used. The cleaning was superficial.

Exceptional

We've got a clean large room with a huge sharable balcony. The design of the room is enhanced by huge windows, practically the entire wall is a walking window. The staff was very helpful and the quality of the meals was over our expectations.

shared balcony with no privacy, faulty balcony doors, sheets were a little iffy (not so clean).

Good stay. Friendly staff. Not expensive

The staff was always friendly, smiley and helpful. When we arrived the lady from the reception help my daughter carry her luggage. We rented an apartment with 2 rooms. They were not very large and not in the best shape but good enough for us. The staff told us the hotel will be renovated next month. The rooms were warm and the beds comfortable and clean. The location was near a park and Tabacarie Lake and at 15 min walk from Mamaia beach. Parking was free on the street were hotel was, and in late October we had enough free parking places.
