Familia en París

La distribución del piso estaba muy bien, viajamos en familia y nos acomodamos súper... cercano al metro y otros medios de transporte. Genial!

Acceso solo por escaleras y para subir las maletas incómodo, pedimos un completo para el traslado al aeropuerto y no nos dieron respuesta pero por lo demás todo bien

Not so amazing, beware,disappointing, few positives apart from the location

The beds were comfortable,the shower was powerful and the location was amazing

The kitchen table leg was broken off,we realised that as soon as we put groceries on it. The sofa cushions were ripped. It says its a sofa bed,a very thin foam mattress and the room is so smal,im not sure how youd'd manage with the table. The toilet seat was not attached properly with only one fixing it moved a lot. Tap in the bathroom was not on properly at the base, it moved in the sink. The toaster blew up on the first use. The bedroom 1 heater was hanging off the wall. Bedroom 2, the fan moved so much you thought it would fall on top of you, clearly had tried to fix it with some grey silicone type material. Bedroom 3 the lights by the kids bunk beds were hanging off,holes around them,dangerous for small children,one did not work at all,bedside table drawer was broken,window damaged. For the money paid it was not worth it. I advised the management company and they belittled it. The lights are dangerous, and a child could get hurt. They did not take it seriously. The flat was not very well cleaned either. It says no groups,parties etc...we were a family, with children age appropriate for the beds. It has to be better maintained for the money It charges. The location is amazing, area of Le Marais I would highly recommend 👌

Not the best communication - it would have been better to be informed prior to getting to the Apartment -about collecting a door Key rather than meeting the Host .

We had a comfortable stay with two families and five young kids.

Easy check-in. Apartment was clean and comfortable.

Not very well stocked. Could use more cleaning supplies, salt & pepper, things like that. The couch was a piece of trash. €200 cleaning fee is excessive. The apartment is tiny; it can’t take more than an hour for a couple of people to clean the whole place.

The apartment was well maintained and situated at a convenient location. We had a pleasant stay!

The apartment was clean, well maintained, and located in a very convenient location (across from bus stop and close to stores and restaurants). At night, it was bit loud from neighbors and the restaurant across the street, but there was a nice vibe at this location.

It is located on a second level of a building with a very narrow staircase, which was not clearly specified on the description. Also, several ceiling fans seemed to be falling apart and could use some repair.

Fabulous spot in Paris.

Great location and clean apartment. We had a extended family of 10 sleeping comfortably. Good access to Metro and lots of nice restaurants and supermarkets close by.

Disappointing

modern & excellent location

electricity repeatedly cut out which shut all the heating off & no functional electricity in the house. no assistance from urban flat staff - promised electrician who never turned up, until thirty minutes before we checked out. apartment definitely not fit for 10 people, squeezed with 7 of us.

Very comfortable large flat in the Marais giving onto a courtyard. Nice and calm. Ideal for 8

Comfortable beds, nicely decorated, ideally situated very calm.

Chewing gum stuck on the wall by the children’s bunk bed and clumps of hair in the base of the two bunk beds; dishwasher water was closed off..
