Welcome to Villa Grenada 34, Lauderdale By The Sea's new five star luxury 4 bedroom (private pool) vacation home. If you are looking for a first class property, in an ideal beach area setting, look no further. Situated two short blocks from the beach and downtown restaurant area (offering fine restaurants such as Aruba Cafe, The Village Grille, 101 Ocean, etc.) you are truly able to walk everywhere.

Situated amongst four brand new construction properties (all completed in 2011), all of which presenting the same floor plan, Villa Grenada offers Four Bedrooms with Three Full and One Half Bathroom(s). Entering on the ground floor, you are greeted by an open foyer with beautiful marble flooring throughout, as well as a downstairs bathroom. The large and extremely open chef's style kitchen is truly breathtaking and is equipped with everything one would desire while on vacation: Granite counters with custom wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, not to mention a double wide refrigerator and freezer. The elevated granite kitchen counter is extremely wide and spacious, offering dining four. The formal dining table offers seating for six. The living room offers a spacious leather sectional sofa with ottoman and area rug. The entertainment center offers a 46 inch lcd television with dvd player.

The second floor offers a spacious and extremely private master suite, equipped with a king size bed, two night stands, a full size dresser and a plasma television with entertainment center. The master bedroom also offers two eight foot French doors which lead to a small balcony overlooking the rear yard. The master bathroom resembles that of a luxury spa, offering a full size Jacuzzi bath, a separate walk in shower, two marble vanity sinks and a private enclosed room with a toilet and separate bidet. Bedroom two offers a king size bed, two night stands and a full size dresser. There are two eight foot French doors which lead to a fantastic twenty foot wide covered balcony terrace. The en suite bathroom offers a custom walk in shower and a marble vanity sink. Also located on the second floor is a computer work station area, as well as a walk in laundry room equipped with a full size washer and dryer with sink.

Bedroom three is located on the third floor and offers a queen size bed, two night stands and a dresser, as well as a stunning, open balcony / terrace with city and partial ocean views. Bedroom four offers two twin beds with a night stand and dresser, as well as a large and open balcony / terrace. The third floor bathroom offers a custom walk in shower with a marble vanity sink.

This home is ideal for individuals and families in search of a relaxing getaway with the convenient accessibility to everything Lauderdale By The Sea and greater Fort Lauderdale has to offer. The home is fully equipped with satellite television and wireless internet service. The home also provides additional linens, pillows and towels. An air mattress and pack-n-play are available upon request.

The location was great and the villa was very spacious. Management was extremely helpful and kept in very good touch, making sure we had everything we needed and responded to all of our needs immediately. With that said, I was disappointed in how very bare bones the place was with very cheap and limited things inside. Everything was clearly worn and there was nothing that wowed me about anything. We had to buy a lot of our own things and what was supplied was very cheap. I was expecting more of a luxury type of feel and this was not it.

A truly great stay in a nicely refreshed condo. Plenty of space the amenities were top notch everything was clean. The pool and back yard area was a little oasis. The condo is located in a great area, close to shops, the grocery store, and the beach. The communication from the management company is how it should be done. Our stay could not have been better. Thank you!

Villa Granada 34 was lovely and spacious. Lots of amenities such as beach towels, chairs, etc were included. Starter products such as TP, soap, shampoo were sufficient. Check-in and check-out were simple. We had no issues that required us to contact management but they did check in to make sure everything was ok. Best of all was the location of the property. An easy walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and Publix. We were able to leave the car in the on-site parking and walk everywhere. We will definitely plan on coming back.

The townhome is located in great area, close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Very clean and spacious. The pool is a huge plus. This was our third visit and we are confident we will return!

This was our 4th time staying in these properties , and while we enjoyed our visit , we found the house to be run down and lacking important renovations . There was a leak in the master bedroom throughout the stay, and we also had to have the refrigerator and air conditioning to be checked and repaired. Small details like the painting job, show a lack of care and detail, which is a shame considering it is a beautiful home. The couch in the living room is extremely uncomfortable, and the bedroom pillows very thin. The sheets in one of the bedroom had an odd smell upon arrival and we had to re wash. The house overall is very comfortable for a large party and is in an excellent location . The staff is attentive to helping with whatever is needed. We look forward to returning next year and hope the necessary renovations will take place . Thank you,

We had such a wonderful time. We have 4 kids (14,15,17,18) and this place was perfect! Walking distance to great food and shopping. We were within an 8 minutes walk to the beach. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was in a great location to the beach and restaurants and was very comfortable. The property management team was easy to work with and did a great job for us. My husband and I have been coming to LAUDERDALE by the Sea for 30 years. We used to have a place to stay owned by the company where he worked. It was sold so now we have been renting using VRBO. THEY ARE GREAT, SO HELPFUL, AND WHEN WE HAD QUESTIONS SOMEONE CAME TO’ US TO HELP!! I can not say enough GOOD THINGS!! We stayed two weeks and part of our family came for 5 days. We all had a great time walking to the beach, restaurants, or just hanging out at the pool!!!

Once again we had a awesome time. Great location (near everything we wanted to do). Place was roomy enough (8 guys) very clean and If there were any problems, Forrest was a phone call away. Tanya is incredible! I've dealt with her the last 3 years and she makes the entire process as easy as as pie. Will definitely work with her again.

This house was fantastic! Each family had their own personal bedroom and bathroom with a balcony. The kitchen and living area were very spacious. It is on a quiet street just one block away from shops, basketball/tennis courts and four blocks from the beach. The private, backyard pool was just icing on the cake!

This property was very close to the beach and restaurants. It also had lots of towels, beach towels and soap/detergent. However, I wish that I would have taken the previous reviews about seating into consideration. The living room only has a couch that seats 4 people, while the house sleeps 8 people. There is a dining table between the kitchen and living area, but dining room chairs are not very comfortable for watching movies.

Property did not have enough living room furniture. One small couch was not enough for our family of 5. We had to use dining room chairs to sit on. Most walls were bare. The property definitely could use a refresher. The property showed different furniture on internet.

This rental was perfect for our group of three adult couples. The bedrooms allowed for privacy on the second and third floor while the ground flood provided a great space for cooking and gathering when it rained. The pool and yard were great! Everything was very clean and communication with management was easy and quick! The house is on a quiet street but walking distance to restaurants, stores, shops and the beach. Would definitely stay again!

It was not comfortable at all. There were only 5 of us and there was not enough seating for us to sit in living room. We used dining room chairs until we brought down another very uncomfortable futon from the master bedroom. I reached out to management company to say the website showed different pics and was told owner threw them out due to wear and tear. I feel the owner and management company showed an inaccurate description of property. The home needed many improvements. Also, pool is an extra $35.00 if you want it heated.

We had a great time. We enjoyed being walking distance to the beach and Lauderdale by the sea. We swam a ton. The building is concrete so the nearby restaurants at night can be heard outside but you can't hear it inside. It was nice having a garage and a spot on the driveway and not having to worry about parking. The inside and pool were clean. We appreciated having the grill. There's not a lot of seating inside or on the balcony. There are only the kitchen chairs, a couch and a love seat in one bedroom. Thanks for a great place!

We took 8 days from the COVID-19 worries, to just relax. Loved our private pool and easy walk to the beach. Loved all the outdoor dining walking distance. Plenty of room at the house and very equipped with anything you might need. Had a great time.

This was a beautiful unit to stay in and everything is very close within walking distance, Publix, Beach etc. I would have liked for the bathroom windows to have had more coverage a little to revealing for my liking but overall the stay was just right.

Had a great stay! Very close to LBTS “downtown”, angling and the beach. Lots to do without even getting in your car. Private pool was perfect. Property also has a lot of amenities that aren’t listed. Would stay again.
