If you are looking for a first class vacation property, in an ideal beach area setting, look no further.This property truly has it all! Situated two short blocks from the beach and downtown restaurant area (offering fine restaurants such as Aruba Cafe, The Village Grille, 101 Ocean, etc.) you are truly able to walk everywhere within the picturesque, seaside community, of Lauderdale by the Sea! There is no need for a car. Situated amongst four brand new construction properties (completed in 2011), all of which offer the same floor plan, Villa Grenada offers Four Bedrooms (two of which are considered master suites w/King Beds and full size, en suite, bathrooms) with Three Full and One Half Bathroom(s). Entering on the ground floor, you are greeted by an open foyer with beautiful marble flooring throughout, as well as a downstairs bathroom. The vacation management company, By The Sea Vacation Villas, is located two short blocks from the home.
The large and extremely open chef's style kitchen is truly breathtaking and is equipped with everything one would desire while on vacation: Granite counters with custom wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, not to mention a double wide refrigerator and freezer. The elevated granite kitchen counter is extremely wide and spacious, offering dining four. The formal dining table offers seating for six. The living room offers a spacious leather sectional sofa with ottoman and area rug. The entertainment center offers a 46 inch lcd television with dvd player. The living room offers a double set of french doors with instant access to the rear yard and pool.
The rear yard is spacious and is privately fenced all around. The private pool is new and is the perfect size and design for the rear space. There is an outdoor dining table with seating for six (6) as well as pool side chaise lounge chairs.
The second floor offers a spacious and extremely private master suite, equipped with a king size bed, two night stands, a full size dresser and a plasma television with entertainment center. The master bedroom also offers two eight foot French doors which lead to a small balcony overlooking the rear yard. The master bathroom resembles that of a luxury spa, offering a full size Jacuzzi bath, a separate walk in shower, two marble vanity sinks and a private enclosed room with a toilet and separate bidet. Bedroom two offers a king size bed, two night stands and a full size dresser. There are two eight foot French doors which lead to a fantastic twenty foot wide covered balcony terrace. The en suite bathroom offers a custom walk in shower and a marble vanity sink. Also located on the second floor is a computer work station area, as well as a walk in laundry room equipped with a full size washer and dryer with sink.
Bedroom three is located on the third floor and offers two twin size beds, two night stands and a dresser, as well as a stunning, open balcony / terrace with city and partial ocean views. We absolutely enjoyed staying in the Villa Margarita! There was so much space we didn't even need to use a bedroom! The Master bedroom and bathroom was spacious, and a perfect set up. With having teenagers and their friends with us, the three floors were perfect. The teenagers got their own floor and we never heard them! LOL. It's a perfect location to the shops and beach, And for the most part has everything you need in the home. We are always happy here.

This was by far the best house we have ever rented. Our vacation was with our grandchildren-mostly teenagers and a 9 year old. The teens would do a “walk-through” with FaceTime, showing their friends the whole house. We were close enough to the beach to walk but with beach towels, drinks, chairs and umbrellas, it was a heavy load. Our house contact let us know that carts were available for a rafter ride to the beach. What a wonderful benefit! My husband and I would go to the beach early in the morning and then the teens would catch a ride after they woke up (which was much later)! Each bedroom has a balcony that the kids would sit and watch the traffic pass by. They would do this every night and just enjoy each others company. It was great to have chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels available at the house. We would normally have to buy them and leave them when we returned home because we were flying. There were chairs and umbrellas available to rent by the beach but we just took ours since they were available. The master bedroom was very nice and comfortable. We didn't hear any of the rowdiness of the teens after we went to bed. I could go on and on but I just want to say that we had a very fun vacation in this nice house and the house contacts were great to give hints and helps. Thank you for a memorable vacation.

Perfect two weeks in Lauderdale by the Sea. Home was perfect and spotless. Location was close/walkable to everything. Was nice to have our own pool. Communication with By the Sea Vacation Villas was spot on! Always answered within minutes. Would definitely book again!

A beautiful, spacious house with room for a large family to spread out. The easy walk to El Prado Park beach was perfect, even for a young child. The restaurants were also a short walk from the house. The house lied up to the appearance on the listing. Vacations By the Sea frequently checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. We had a great time!

A spacious clean home with fabulous restaurants, shopping, and the beach all within walking distance. Very amenable hosts are always available to help you with anything you need. The home was well stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, and everything you needed at your fingertips. The beds were super comfortable. Great place to stay!!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Family of four with the grand parents. Location is walking distance from restaurants, groceries and beach. The house is really spacious, well furnished and the pool area is great.

The location near the beach and restaurants was perfect. The house was just the size we needed with 4 bedrooms. In unit full kitchen and laundry were a plus. Customer support was outstanding and prompt. The pool was perfect. We would definitely consider renting again.

Location is amazing. Only real issue I had with rental is having to do so much for cleaning before leaving after vacation was over I thought that was included in the rental. Pots and pans can also be upgraded a bit.

We have family here and needed a place to use to explore South Florida as well as to chill. Villa Margarita provided that as well as comfort and amenities to relax like we would at home.

The house was perfect for my husband and I and our 3 adult children along with their 3 friends. Short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants as well in walking distance. The pool is small but still worked out perfectly for us. If I could do anything over I would have added cleaning service at least once or twice. The vacuum they had didn’t pick up any dirt so I had to try and use the small vac. Also the frying pans could used replaced as they were in pretty warn out shape. My only other complaint is the master bedroom was always hot due to the sun beating in. I kept the blinds and curtain closed and that helped a little. These are minor things I would complain about. We would stay here again. Everyone loved the place and the location.

Family vacation
We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the beach, stores, and several wonderful restaurants. The house was fully equipped and we didn't need a thing. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, and even a beach cart which was so handy for hauling our gear. The pool was so refreshing with 2 lounge chairs and a table with 6 chairs for outdoor dining or just hanging out sipping on your morning coffee. Tanya was available to answer any questions or address any concerns. Also, the house was spotless when we arrived!! Our family vacation was a success and we can't wait to come back!

This is a spacious and immaculately maintained property. The home has great ammenities, lots of natural light, and is conveniently located near beachside restaurants, shops, and attractions. While it is close to attractions, it also accomplishes a sense of privacy, including a private backyard area with a nice swimming pool. The property is professionally managed and the team was very responsive and accomodating with any questions or needs. I'd highly recommend this property.

Wonderful time in LBTS!
A dream location for vacation! So close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and even the farmers market on Sundays. We loved relaxing in the pool after the beach and having the playground right across the street.

Great location
We loved staying at Fort Launderdale By The Sea. The home was walking distance to amazing restaurants, bars, live music, the pier and the beach. The layout of the home was perfect for two families. We had a few maintenance issues, and I’m confident the manager would have fixed them if we had reached out since they had incredible communication the entire time, but we chose to either fix them ourselves or ignore them while we used the space because it wasn’t too big of a deal. We did let them know the issues when we were checking out so they’d have the chance to fix them before the next guest. All in all, we’d definitely return.

Lovely Home in a Prime Location
We loved our stay at Villa Margarita! Nicely appointed home, with comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, a fantastic pool/ backyard area, and everything in working order. The best part is that it's in walking distance to everything (beach, grocery, farmer's market, restaurants) and a short uber ride to other areas (Las Olas or Pompano).

Our teenage boys utilized the pool and basketball court down the street every day.
The house was well equipped with everything we needed and so much more! It had plenty of towels and all of the beach equipment was so nice. There were chairs, umbrella, coolers, beach towels, beach toys, boogie boards and top it all off - a couple of wagons to haul everything with.
Property managers were very responsive. Within a minute or two.
A couple of things that are important to note. These are not negative comments - we just were not aware when we booked the property because the description was not clear.
1. The property is a duplex and the pool areas butt up to each other. Noise inside the house was not a problem.
2. The property has 3 floors - the first floor is the living space with a small bathroom. The second floor is 2 king bedrooms with full baths in each along with laundry room on this floor. The third floor is 2 double twin bedrooms with a full bath.
We just wanted to note this because if you have small children, you may not be sleeping on the same floor as them. Or if you have difficulty with stairs this might not be a good choice for you.
We didn't mind it because our teenagers were on a separate floor and we couldn't hear them when parents went to sleep.

Would I stay here again? Absolutely without hesitation. You will not be disappointed.

Great location, lots of room!
Lots of room in this lovely unit very close to everything you could possibly want. We chose the property for the location which was exactly as we had hoped - walking distance to everything we wanted to do.
The few times we needed to contact the property manager replies were prompt and the only time we needed maintenance (a minor issue) someone arrived nearly instantly.
Property was clean and well-stocked with all of the basics for the beach which was important to us since we had flown in for this trip.

We hated to leave.
Just a few things to note - not negatives just points of potential interest. Pool and pool area are on the small side but adequate. TV is all “Internet” TV - Netflix and the like. No local antenna or local channels. This only came up for us because we arrived the same day of a potential storm but the Internet, of course, had the info we needed and property manager also kept us up to date on the latest weather conditions.
Overall this was a great stay and if we are ever back this way we wouldn’t hesitate to rent this or one of the “twin” properties again.
We are also looking at potential investment properties in the area and I also wouldn’t hesitate to use this management company to manage my own rentals!

Lauderdale by the sea is a fun location with plenty of activity and a beautiful beach. Loved that each room had its own outdoor space and the kitchen was perfect. Perfect location! Perfect oasis!
We had never been to Fort Lauderdale and were so pleased with the location of this property. The house itself is wonderful! The amenities that it offers with an open concept kitchen, dining, and living area makes it easy for everyone to be together. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very spacious and up to date. The laundry facilities (and even some bonus laundry soap and dryer sheets) were so nice so we could quickly wash whatever we needed to. The only reason for the 4 stars for cleanliness was because of some build up in the washer and spots on the couch. Nothing that made us feel the place wasn't well cared for. The pool and outside patio were perfect for some private outdoor time to read and enjoy the sun. The landscaping made us feel like we were in our own island paradise.
The icing on the cake was the location of this house. When they say that everything is within walking distance, they aren't kidding. We walked to countless stores and restaurants each day. Also, the quick walk to the beach every morning for the sunrise was so enjoyable. Finally, the added bonus of beach supplies (cart, wagon, chairs, umbrellas, toys) was so nice! It saved us quite a bit to be able to walk down with the stuff from the house, rather than renting on the beach.
Working with the owner was seamless and the check-in and check-out process was the easiest I have ever had, and I have stayed in many VRBO, HomeAway, and AirBNB properties. Thank you for an excellent home and stay in paradise!
