Great location! We enjoyed our stay at the Villa.

We enjoy staying here. Very clean, comfortable, and convenient. Plan to book again!!

Just right for two. Harbour Town is just a short bike ride away.

Great!

The property was exactly as described. The proximity to the wedding events was amazing! It is always nice to have room to spread out, not just a small hotel room. The condo complex was quiet and well maintained. The unit we stayed in could use some updating but that did not affect our stay.

My husband and I stayed here during the May long weekend, when we booked we wanted a clean place to stay that was close to where we were going. I think this condo was just want we needed, it was clean maybe a little out to date but we didn’t care about that! We loved that it came with a balcony so we could have our morning coffee on it, water pressure was good and it had everything you needed in that kitchen and we did think the bed was comfortable we thought it was nice that they had a king size bed!
We wouldn’t mind at all renting again in the same place! It was easy to get into when checking in and even though the property manager took a couple days to get back to us he answered our questions was very nice and always gave us the info we needed!
If your not looking for a fancy spot and just want somewhere cool and clean to stay while your out adventuring then I do recommend this place it has everything you need with that extra touch of home :)

Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, beautifully maintained, upstairs quiet condo within a very short distance from Harbour Town. We used the kitchen to cook breakfast and dinner so we could save on going out to eat. We visited the Hilton Head Distillery, the Coastal Discory Museum, and the Lighthouse Museum during our stay. Highly recommend!

Lived here for 6 months. Comfortable for two adults. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing cooking meals. Small deck overlooks alligator pond. Location perfect walk to Harbortown Marina, SeaPines shops, and SeaPines Coast beach. There’s a network of paved bike walking paths. Three miles to Harris Teeters or Publix. Found the unit to be quiet and peaceful.

Great place to stay as a couple. Good location.

Property was comfortable and fairly clean. Several items need fixing, curtain in living room, hole in bathroom, scratches on floor in living room. Generally needs to be updated. Good for the price. Bed very clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed our few days away from home , great location, walking distance to Harbor Town

Had a great stay! Close to Harbour Town. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location, close to everything. Has everything you need for a weekend stay. Thank you to David & his beautiful rental for taking the travel stress out of a fun wedding weekend.
4.7
Great location and super cozy. Just what we needed.
4.7
Stay was fine, but price isn’t worth it to stay one night due to cleaning fee and check-in after 4:00 PM and checkout before 10:00 AM. Would recommend if staying for 2+ days.

It was a great vacation we come every year. The place was great.
4.7
Very clean and comfortable. Just a great spot in Sea Pines. Only complaint is that some of the furniture and appliances are dated but everything works and it’s super clean!
4.7
The place was nice, clean and in a great location!

We enjoyed the location and walking to Harbor Town. The unit itself is outdated beginning with the lock on the front door. The door is tricky to lock and unlock. The bedding is old and the pull out couch was terrible. I would rent in this area again, but not this unit. It needs a serious refresh.
4.7
Great location and overall a nice place especially for the cost. A couple pieces of feedback: change the code on the door because we got there early by accident (on Saturday instead of Sunday) and we were able to go right in because we had the code. Leave more trash bags. Not all the outlets work and there was a small hole in the drywall in bathroom. Additionally there was a funny smell when we got there that smelled like they were covering up someone smoking. Otherwise a/c worked good, comfortable bed and a comfortable place.

We extended our stay for one night and landed in this condo. It was equipped well with a washer dryer and good kitchen. It was very clean. The deck view down to the pond is nice.
4.7
We stayed here for a wedding in Harbour Town and the location couldn’t have been more perfect! The condo was a little outdated and there was a large hole in the bathroom wall but other than that it was just what we needed and overall a good place to stay.
4.7
The condo was great. Very quiet and comfortable. We will stay here again! Highly recommended!

We rented this condo for a birthday present for our son. It was perfect! Beautiful condo overlooking a gorgeous pond. One bedroom but so very roomy…HUGE walk-in closet and amazing kitchen. Quiet community close to everything. We’ve rented a lot of places in Sea Pines and this one ranks in the top 1 or 2. The only negative is the complex doesn’t allow pets over 20 pounds.
4.7
We wanted something quick and affordable but still with that Sea Pines comfort and quality. This was it! Thanks so much!

A few items need attention such as light bulbs, toilet paper dispenser and sticking front and patio door, but the condo was clean and comfortable and worked well for us.
4.7
Wonderful place. Very clean and everything you need. Plenty of towels, soap, shampoo if needed. Walking distance to Harbour town which was a huge bonus for us because we could not find parking anywhere. If we had more time to stay we would have rented bikes. Beautiful and safe place to stay!
4.7
It was a decent place to stay for the money. We did have some questions during our stay that were not answered, unfortunately.
4.7
Location was great to walk to Harbor Town. Unit was exactly as described, we will come back again!
4.7
Nice location. Great for the two of us.

The location, one bedroom and the price was the prime reason for us selecting this VRBO. The pictures on VRBO were a bit deceiving in that the place was dark. In the pictures it seemed bright. Remember the price because if you are looking for something that has all the upgrades this is not your place. However, it met our needs for the week.

deck, great biking and hiking

Easy in and out for a short trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was a very comfortable retreat for two, it's best feature being the location - close to all the places we enjoy spending time; the Sea Pines Beach Club, golf courses, Harbor Town, the Salty Dog, restaurants, grocery stores and the Island Rec Centre.
Management responded quickly to any queries and was very pleasant to interact with.
This property is older and appears to be in the process of renovation. The fridge, dishwasher and stove were quite new as were some of the cookware and patio furniture. However attention is needed with respect to drywall repair, installation of a toilet tissue dispenser, removal of old, broken patio set, repair of warped sliding door track and significant adjustment to the front door which has to be slammed in-order to engage the lock mechanism. This is why despite a comfortable stay, I dropped my overall rating to four.
4.7
Unit was less money than similar condos with the biggest difference being older furnishings and overall lack of condo maintenance.
Needs drywall repair and paint to improve appearance. Remember you’re paying less based on current condos condition.

We departed a day late because our furnace failed when we were due to leave for H/H ... plus we arrived after dark. The steps up were slick due to rain & one of the safety lights was out (Regime issue) on the stairway. We had to be very careful carrying luggage up. Getting in was easy but we did need our flashlight to work the combination pad. The unit was very clean. It had a spacious feel even though it was one of the smaller units we've stayed in. However, an area rug in the living room would give a feeling of warmth to the room. Some lights were out in the kitchen; under the sink and one under the cabinet and both under the microwave. We called Steve & he was on it within 30 minutes. In a galley kitchen all lights need to work. Dining & living room had plenty of room for us. One recommendation; glass table tops are, in my opinion, trouble waiting to happen. The sliding glass door is extremely hard to pull/push open. We suggest cleaning the bottom rail with steel wool. Nice view of the water out the back. Short walk to Harbour Town & the absolutely gorgeous, new Quarterdeck bar/restaurant. The bedroom was spacious & the bed was surprisingly comfortable. We are very picky about sleeping comfort, but we had no complaints. We did bring our own pillows, however. Some of the coldest temps came just before Christmas & the weather was brisk, but the heating system worked very well. There were too many extra linens in the bedroom closet taking up a lot of shelf space & leaving no shelf space for guests. The light in the closet was very dim. Several beach chairs were available in the front closet. We recommend adding more cookware & silverware & remove the abundance of cups. Bathroom was large enough but the toilet is very low & flushes slowly. Like most older units there's never enough outlets. Please provide a brief instruction manual on how to turn on the cable and TV. Figuring it out wasn't fun & the cable provider is awful. Programs frequently went dark. Lastly, with all the lap top computer, cell phone chargers, hearing aid charging packs etc., etc there's never enough power outlets. We always carry a top notch power strip or two that has power plugs as well as USB connections. Attention to those little things helps a lot.

Very nice

The location was fantastic and this place had everything we needed. Quiet, clean and walk to Harbour Town or Sea Pines Center. Perfect for the two of us. One note is the stairs to the unit are steep so be sure you are OK with the climb.
4.7
This property was exactly as listed. While slightly dated (in a charming way) it was by far the cleanest property we’ve ever stayed at. In addition, the bed was super comfortable, which is priceless. We highly recommend staying here and will be back here when we return to HHI.

Nice place with good amenities
