My good! My room is so big! I love it A LOT. The room is so comfortable too! Everything I need is there!
During my last day, Nova is so helpful. He also smiles a lot! But not only him, everyone in this hotel is GREAT!!

The cleaners are also SUPERB! OMG! They help me to fold my pajamas too! Please, if the big boss of this hotel reads this, raise his salary! In fact, please raise all of their salary! Overall, I really enjoy it here! Will come back again if I have another business trip!
I don't mean to sound racist, since I'm also a Chinese. But why there are so many loud Chinese from China and Taiwan staying there? Not all of them are bad, but since most stay there, I feel they don't have respect for my country AT ALL! These guys come to Indonesia, stay in Indonesia and speak so loudly and please for God's sake! Use your earphones! China brands Bluetooth earphones are cheap you know. It's like 2 dollars, yet you can't afford it?? I even witnessed a mid-age Taiwanese sexually harass one of my fellow countrywomen. I rescued her and want to file a complained on that mid age company, but nobody told me his company is! Such a disgrace for these people.
During breakfast, two Taiwanese men wore hotel slippers (dude...) to eat there, and spoke so loudly. Please, don't disturb other with your mannerless behavior.
Again during breakfast, a Chinese from China (please don't say it's Taiwanese, I have lived in Taiwan for a long time, and I know the difference between accents and the manners) sat at my table without looking at my thing that I placed on the table. And that man said "where should I put my plate then?" Uh... I don't know? Maybe on your feet? Because you behave like a cow?
Another example also comes from Chinese from China, I was eating my delicious breakfast alone, I was in a good mood, and this Chinese walked to my table just to snatch the tissue from my table. I heard many people say Chinese from China are rude, but I don't know they have ZERO manners. You make us, Chinese who were born in other countries look bad!
Please respect others no matter where you are from!
Also, I know it's not the hotel's fault, but I don't want the hotel staff to apologize again and again because of some mannerless human shape's fault. It's not even the staff's fault!

Hotel przewyższa oczekiwania. Profesjonalna obsługa na najwyższym poziomie, bardzo chętna do każdej pomocy. Jeśli mają taką możliwość, starają się umożliwić wcześniejsze zameldowanie lub późniejsze wymeldowanie. Pokoje duże, czyste, komfortowe. Klimatyzacja łatwo sterowalna.
Śniadanie - to już osobny rozdział - jest naprawdę wyśmienite. Ogromny wybór, wszystko świeże i pyszne. Gorąco polecam!
W tym hałaśliwym, niespokojnym mieście ten hotel to prawdziwa oaza spokoju, komfortu i elegancji.

De kamers zijn toe aan grondige renovatie. De airco maakt heel veel geluidsoverlast. Alhoewel alles het naar behoren deed. De badkamer moet zeker vernieuwd worden.
De omgeving is zeer onveilig voornamelijk in de avonduren.
De oude badkamer en vooral de luidruchtige airconditioning heeft ons doen besluiten om zeker niet terug te gaan.

Les chambres spacieuses et confortables, la taille du lit, les nombreux équipements bien adaptés aux voyages versions baroudeurs (fer et tables à repasser, eau en bouteille, sèche cheveux...). Une mention particulière aussi pour la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel et la piscine. Enfin la qualité exceptionnelle des buffets du petit déjeuner. Un des meilleurs restaurants Chinois de Jakarta se trouve juste de l'autre coté de la rue.

This hotel is not only nice but indeed great value for money. Room was spacious, well equipped. Bathroom was clean. Beds comfortable. AC functional. Breakfast spread was huge & simply enjoyable. Rest bar food was excellent. Above all they have great well groomed staff who try their best to make us comfortable & welcome. Briefly I enjoyed my stay .

We are pure vegetarians and there was hardly anything for us at the buffet breakfast since most of the food items were non- vegetarian , anyway the staff was very helpful specially Jimmy who served us veg. club sandwiches and Samosas every day with great enthusiasm . we request you to add some optional vegetarian/vegan dishes in your menu.
Rika at the reception was very efficient and check-in and check-out seamless.
The Bar on the ground floor can be improved with better variety and options of drinks .

Well, the location is ideal. A lot of restaurants and malls are nearby. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The staff is very nice, kind, polite and helpful and having professional skills. The breakfast is too good with various options. Thanks to all

Frühstuck waren sehr gut und soviel Auswahl, Lage ist Strategie, Werktag, morgens und nachmittags auf die Straße stau und fordern viel Geduld, ansonst ist alles okay , Schwimmbad oben hat gute Ausblick. Kann man Sunset gut beobachtet usw.

The staff were so welcoming, always had a smile and willing to help if we needed it. the breakfast as simply amazing, I've stayed in a lot of hotel but the food here was just great, awesome choices. Two staff members stood out to me, Jimmy and Ardita, very kind and helpful. Myself and my partner will 100% be back to stay.
Nothing really to add here other than Vegan options for breakfast.

The rooms are very spacious and have everything you‘ll need. Wifi is great and fast. There is a small Mall attached to the Hotel, very convenient to grab food if you don‘t feel like going outside. Chinatown is within walking distance and everything else is accessible by Gojek or Grab.
The only negative is breakfast. It‘s okay but nothing special and way too many people.

За 3 дня не убирались в номере, даже не приносили новые расходники в ванной. Расположение отеля просто ужасное, на выходе из отеля вас ждет - ничего, кроме рынка и отсутствие тротуаров. Рум сервис - оставляет желать лучшего, пришлось 3 раза звонить чтобы заказать и все равно заказ оказался не верный.

There is a strong smell of sewage in the bathroom of room 2119, even after it has been cleaned. Seems like it is coming from the drain.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Premises and rooms are clean and spacious. They provided full bottles of Dove body wash, hand wash and body lotion which is excellent in paying attention to details to make guests stay as comfortable and seamless as possible. Anir (hope i got the name right) was pleasant, helpful and swift in arranging my request for the rooms on the same floor with my elderly aunt. They took note of my request for interconnecting room on the high floor with city view. We would certainly stay here when we are back in Jakarta in 2 years time.
Unable to do massage as the spa is closed. The housekeeping removed my shower cap as i was unable to find it. The pillows are very soft. There is no menu for room service available. It will be nice if the lounge on 22 floor has bar counter or even live singer over the weekend. Guests can order drink while enjoying the view. The breakfast can have more spreads such as pasta or local cuisine like soto betawi or ketoprak
