Very good

Comfortable and clean room. It was a nonsmoking room but I could smell smoke.

For a 2 night stay the location was not optimal. I would’ve been better off staying in Central or South Jakarta. Also being in a nonsmoking room very far away from smoking rooms.

Staff are good. Breakfast is fine, but less choices for international food.

Location is in front of the MRT construction, heavy trafic maybe for the next 1-2years. You just need to add 30mins ahead of your schedule and it will be fine.

Good for a short trip.

Beds were comfy. Breakfast was good, plenty of options as long as you went down early enough. Location was good and it seemed to be a pretty busy and popular hotel when we were there. We had 2 rooms and were able to get adjoining rooms, which was nice. They were able to accommodate our requests. The lighted mirrors in the bathroom was nice.

Everything was good. The check in lobby was on the 7th floor, which was a bit odd, but was okay. Sometimes we had to wait awhile for the elevators, especially as a family of 5. I didn't really care for provided the shampoo/soap but used it because it was better than nothing.

They didn't have a double bed available even they asked when booking what is the preferenced bed. Only one towel per person.

Clean modern hotel needing maintenance

Hotel is attached to a mall. So in desperate times, can easily get food. Modern design. Clean rooms. Walkable to National Monument and Istiqlal Mosque.

Took 30 minutes que to check in. After me there were 4 more guests on que. 1 staff to man 3 counters. Water shower not able to stand properly, hence you have to shower at a corner, the only direction the shower heads can stand properly. Water pressure not enough for water bidet use. No hand soap, need to take from shower soap. Shower soap dispenser was very hard to press, dispensing little to no soap. No tissue box in room, only available was toilet roll. for the price paid, I think hand soap and tissue box should be provided.

Great hotel but not in the best location.

The hotel is quite big with a lot of rooms. It is located on the upper level so you have to a take an elevator to get to the lobby. The room I stayed in was nice and modern with great views of the city. There's a pool and a really nice gym which I used everyday during my stay.

The location isn't the best. It's located on a big street but there's not much around the area that you can explore. I would suggest staying somewhere closer to one of the big shopping malls as it is more convenient.

the location and games area is some of my favourite

the sirculation, its taking to much time to checkin bcause the reception is ini different floor from the main lobby.
