Beautiful little place to stay, so close to the beach. Quiet and comfortable. The hosts were so accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

This is a fantastic stay for 1 or two people. One block from the beach. Amazing even on storming days, gas fire place makes it quite cozy.

This place was great! One minute walk to the beach, and I loved the gas fireplace. Everything was clean and well-stocked. I’ll be back, for sure!

Cute and cozy space, fully stocked kitchen and just excellent location. Right by beach (2 min walk) and fun stores and food/drink right around the corner. Will absolutely be back!

Was a cozy and comfortable getaway. The simplicity is exactly what we were looking for. Cute neighborhood and friendly people. Perfect getaway from a busy life. Beachcombing was amazing.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Nice peaceful area and a short walk to the beach. Also a short drive to Seabrook. The place itself was clean, aesthetic, and comfortable.

I wanted to love this place. The location was perfect and the cottage was spotless and well appointed, with everything that my pup and I could have needed for our 2-day stay. Unfortunately, we weren't told that the cottage a few feet away on the same property was being renovated. The whole reason I chose this particular spot was because I was looking to get out of the city and experience peace and quiet and the sound of the ocean. Sadly I got none of those. From 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. all I heard was hammers, saws, and drills. Not to mention really loud conversations from the construction crew. Mind you, these men are just doing their jobs so I have absolutely no beef with them. It's just completely NOT what I was looking for on this beach getaway. The deck is gorgeous. Perfect for sitting outside and sipping coffee and contemplating life. Unfortunately I could not do any of that. Likewise, the yard that goes around the entire property would have been lovely for my dog to explore. Sadly, one of the gates had been taken off to get the construction equipment in, so I could not even let him off leash. It makes me sad to write this review because again, the cottage itself is lovely and the location is great. But what I was looking for was a peaceful relaxing time away from the city noise. And that isn't what i got. If I had been told about the construction I could have chosen to stay somewhere else, but since it wasn't disclosed I ended up feeling frustrated and misled.

It was great! Fantastic stay and we got great weather. It was a little unfortunate with the construction on the rental next door, but I understand what you need to do.

This place was awesome. Short walk (about two minutes) across the block to the beach. House was nice. Bedroom is very small but comfortable. The town is quiet and was a great base for our daily treks into Olympic. Would stay again for sure.

This little cottage was very quiet had good airflow and a fan in the little closet was a nice touch. The book was a nice touch with the Wi-Fi password. It was a pleasant surprise to be able to see the ocean from the living room and from the deck, I liked the fact that the deck gates had clasps so they didn’t just swinging open. The unit was very clean and it was easy to access the door lock. There is a path not too far from the house that goes right to the beach. It’s easy to find and there’s a nice little coffee shop a block away. Everything is really close to this house and you can tell the owners take pride in it. It looks like it was freshly painted the fireplace Was great. It got a little chilly in the middle of the night so we put it on and it was beautiful. Local manager reached out to check on us. That was a nice touch that doesn’t always happen with big companies. It was sad to leave, but we will be back. It was a very cozy stay The only complaint I have was our stay was too short. Very comfortable, and there were extra blankets for the futon.

Comfy cabin on the coast. Perfect for 2 people. Kitchen was well equipped...just bring an egg pan and an ice cream scoop and you are set. Nice, sharp knives. Lots of towels, TP and dishsoap. WiFi was strong and worked all 7 days. Had problems with keypad lock not working, but Vacasa local staff jumped right on that (TY, Matthew!) Would definitely stay again. Ask for the code to dumpster when you arrive. It came too late for us to use.

Lots of charm and near the beach. We have come here for years. Fireplace even. Great TV easy to use. Now the kitchen equipment and draws have up graded and look clean. The Space is nicely organized. Love the fun sink in the bath.

This is nothing against the property which was great and served our needs perfectly. We were harassed by who can only assume is a local while visiting one of the nearby beaches. He waited for me to go to the restroom before starting to harass my wife over one of her bumper stickers. When I came out and confronted him he started speeding through the parking lot yelling obscenities at us. Just a warning for those visiting the area from the "big city" as he called it...

The cabin had everything we needed to stay for three days. It was about a 4 minute walk to the beach which was so beautiful and peaceful. We liked the deck as you could sit outside and see a peak of the ocean and it was fenced which worked very well for our dog.

We know the area well so always try to stay at the cottages there for the pups. This one was a little two small for the two of us and two dogs both small but still close to the beach and trail to it. We went in Oct so later than normal for us. Heavy rains at night, but not too bad in the day of our 3 nite stay. I did ask for a later check out, and didn't get it. Check in is 4 pm and check out at 10 am. so feel we pay too much for the hours there. Should do, At least a 3pm in and 11 am out. Otherwise would have rated it better. Other cottages were empty do to the time of off season so feel we should have gotten my request.. Jim and Bev.

Nice seaside cottage a walk from the beach! Only a mile away from a VERY nice coastal town called Seabrook with a market, shopping, and restaurants!

Nicely supplied clean cabin. Bed fine. Best thing - sitting on the front deck for breakfast eith waves visible and audible over the shore trees, smelling the lovely wild roses around the deck in the sun. Could have stayed another we

Cabin was great for location and overall usage setup, especially downtown and beach access. Bathroom was a little quirky given light and mirror were not over basin. Missed having a dishwasher (was stated clearly that there is none) given we cooked many meals in. Kitchen was well stocked. BBQ ignitors did not work for 2 out of the 3 burners. Parking spaces are split (we did not use the second one) and it should be stated that there are two keypads, one for owner and service access and one for the key lockbox. Overall it was a great place to stay, although some of fees and their amounts seemed excessive including:
- nightly rental fee x number of nights (expected)
- damage waiver fee (not refundable, why?), reasonable I guess
- cleaning fee (expected), reasonable amount
- booking fee (expected, but see below), kind of expensive
- service fee (not really expected or explained what this is), seemed excessive and higher than booking fee, especially with booking fee above
- taxes (3 individual line amounts) totaling much higher than expected

I enjoyed that coffee and the beach were close. What I didn't like was no advertised Internet, the blinds were broken and in bad repair. We didn't get our money worth in our stay. $300 plus a night is way to expensive for this low quality rental.

Cabin was very primitive, basic, no WiFi. Posted pictures are about 20+ years old. We booked for two, only stayed one. Decided it was time to move on.

We love staying here. Everything is always stocked and clean for us when we come in. This is our 4th time back!
The only issues we had was the internet. None of the wifi connections worked for us in periwinkle, bluefish, or sea perch :(
The only other complaint I have, is spider webs inside the top cabinets by the sink. Other than those two issues, wonderful!

I will not rate this house/stay. Which I could give it a zero. It was abysmal; unprofessional; dirty. In total, I would use the adjective being "a dump." I showed up and there were empty water bottles under the futon; old, expired food; pots and pans were filthy; kitchen needed to be cleaned; had to sleep on bed as sheets were dirty. In addition, 2 of the 3 screens that were there (more windows would not open) had holes in them. Blinds could not be raised or lowered.
I have been coming to Pacific Beach for over 20 years and stayed everywhere - including next door (Pacific Beach Inn; Sanddollar Inn) so I know what is acceptable. This is NOT acceptable - both in price and presentation.
Finally, I have tried to reach out to owner x5 and no response. STAY AWAY!!

We were not able to access our home at check-in as it was still being cleaned. We were told to come bank in 45 minutes. We were not irritated at the cleaning gal, but if we had overstayed our check out there would be a penalty…no compensation was granted upon our request. The additional reason we requested compensation was for the fact that we had no Internet until the evening of our second day. Internet is one of the amenities that we paid for. If it had been handled professionally we would’ve been OK with that. However we had incompetent assistance, by text only while we tried to explain that the modem was broken in this home. I finally had to call someone and she acknowledged there were tickets but nobody had done anything about them. Regarding the home itself, not too bad, although none of the blinds could be lifted, they were missing the strings and of the few windows that could open there were no screens. The kitchen utensils etc. are old as is the futon and really the place could just use a freshen up. The yard wasn’t mowed and the garage bins were overflowing all of the ground- pretty disgusting. We do love the location and the deck was useful. Our concerns were just never addressed in a timely or acceptable manner. Will not be visiting again.

This property has a peek-a-boo view of the ocean, but the sound of the waves is wonderfully constant. While an older cottage, the bed was super comfy and the kitchen had all the utensils and appliances needed for convenience. The electric fireplace was a nice touch as well. Unfortunately, while there was a tv and we were given the password, we were not able to connect to internet, even after resetting both the router and the modem. We tried calling the number for Vacasa as instructed if something wasn’t working, but we never received a response. The cottage needs some updating and cleaning (broken blinds, smudged paint, cobwebs in the bathroom, kind of dingy, rickety chairs, old dining table) but it was okay for a couple of days. The sea breeze , sounds of the ocean, deck for sitting, and the other positives still made it a restful place to stop and rest.

With a peekaboo view of the ocean, a lovely big deck sheltered from the north wind and quick, easy access to the beach, this little cabin was perfect for my husband and me. It was very clean, had the right kitchen set up and there were games and puzzles to play while you catch a movie or your favorite game on the the big TV. Loved it, we will be back!

Nice property. 6 separate rental units on a large lot. Close to beach. Kelper festival on Labor Day weekend was fun. Great sunset last day.
