I like here cause of how clean it is! All the comfort rooms and their shared kitchen. When your room smells bad u just have to tell the staffs and they’ll put an air freshener
They have a bad internet connection from 10pm-6am ☹️ or maybe it’s just because of the bad weather.

Marky, the guy who works in reception it’s really friendly and helpful.
Plug next to bed.
Comfortable beds.
AC works really good.
Locker.
Free water.
Gym at the back.
WiFi doesn’t work at the room.
Overpriced.

Value for money!! The place is simple but has big rooms. Both rooms had air-conditioning. I’m glad our triple room had its own bathroom. And super nice staff too!
Small parking space. Only best for motorcycles.

Not. One. Thing.
The staff never responded to any of my emails prior to my arrival. Once I arrived the apathetic female staff member behind the front desk was unable to answer any of my questions about the area - all of the responses were "I don't know". The advertised wi-fi was confined to the front desk area rather than the rooms. The room had a bad odor and the cement floor and walls made it feel like a prison. I paid $54 US dollars for the room, very overpriced for the cell I slept in. Stay away. Go to the Hillside Resort instead for an extra $40 just down the road. Trust me.

The staf was friendly and helped me with a tour.
It was dark in the room, and it had no small light next to bed.

Stayed 5 nights. Had a great time. Met a lot of nice people here and didn't want to leave. Great value for money and the staff are wonderful. Shoutout to Mark for being a legend.
No hot water in the shower, but that's no problem.

clean comfortable beds, well air conditioned dorms, access to plugs and privacy curtains. nice well maintained toilets and showers, free to use kitchen. helpful and friendly staff. best hostel we stayed in on the island.
WiFi didn’t teach dorms, not much space to put your stuff. otherwise perfect

this hostel was so comfortable and was very clean. the staff were so friendly and helpful with any questions I had.
the only negative I can say is that each bed didn’t have a lamp/light so once the main light in the room was off, you can’t see anything. also you will need to rent a bike since it isn’t on the main road.

you have curtains and towel and enough showers for everyone .
just looks really old but it’s okay if you’re staying here for a few nights

GOOD VALUE FOR THE MONEY:)
Tres islas hostel is located in General luna in the quiet area but everything here is very accessible through motorbike or tricycle. The room is very simple and clean, well maintained and fresh amenities. You can even cook with their shared guest kitchen.
Best hostel so far 💙 Highly recommended!!!

location
When we arrived staff informed us that we dont have a room as someone occupied it. Such an inconvenience. Why should you give our booking to another guest. They are not very organized un their bookings. So if guests will book this hotel, better make sure you really have a room with them eventhough you already paid. Staff are not properly trained. Front desk personnel should know how to properly handle guest’s concern. Inconvenient. Staff not friendly. Slow internet connection. There are other cheaper hotels that wont ruin your first day of stay in the island.
