About this cottage rental
Masia private exclusively for your group surrounded exclusively by our vineyards, consists of an outdoor area with a pool with a children's area or Jacuzzi, porch with barbecue and large table and garden area. We have offers during the week, contact me.
Inside we find on the first floor a large kitchen-dining room with fireplace, a living room with flat screen TV and another fireplace, a play area, a small library and documentation of the area., A full bathroom, a double room and a pantry where we find another fridge apart from the kitchen, washing machine, ironing board and high chairs for children, central heating throughout the house.
On the second floor there is a distributor that leads to 5 rooms all of them double, 3 of them double and two double. with the possibility of placing a crib or extra beds offered by us of large dimensions, wooden floors and warm high quality beds and Nordic covers and another full bathroom of 7 square meters.
On the third floor we have another full bathroom and an abhuardillada room for different uses.
The whole house is protected with mosquito nets and we have free wifi service and also free firewood for your barbecues. Welcome gift of our organic products according to teporada, orchard, oil and eggs of the day. Possibility of accommodating more people please consult we have extra beds for children and baby cot.

Our family of five including three adult children ages 23-27 really enjoyed this home. It perfectly represented the Spanish countryside and wine region. The host communicated very responsively. Everything worked in the house. We had a wonderful wine tasting and wine pairing dinner at a winery about ten minutes away. The only two downfalls would be the distance to Barcelona was about 50 minutes, and as an American, I’m used to having a bed sheet under my body and one on top. Only a bed spread was provided on top, but I think that’s how many places do their beds in Europe. It just felt dirty even though it probably wasn’t.

This home is absolutely stunning! We stayed here with my three grown children, my in-laws, and my parents. It was absolutely perfect for all of us. The single bedroom on the ground floor was perfect for my mother-in-law, who finds stairs to be difficult. It is far enough away from Barcelona to give you privacy and time out from the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough if you want to venture in for the day. There is a nice grocery store 10 minutes away from the home and a beautiful town square that is open for tapas and drinks anytime you wish. Some of the best vineyards in the country are just down the street. The home has everything you need. We used the pool every single day. The grounds are well kept and managed daily. Repsonse from the owner was very prompt and they made sure all of our needs or questions were taken care of immediately! Highly recommend for larger groups and families. Not one complaint! Highly recommend!

Our stay at this beautiful property was a joy from start to finish! Merche was very easy to communicate with, extremely helpful, and a delightful hostess. She was very accommodating to our needs and responded immediately. The home is spotless, just as the photos describe, and a wonderful retreat in the middle of gentl rolling hills and vineyards in the countryside near Barcelona. The finest cellars are nearby and easy to visit, and we loved taking several walks through the vineyard paths in the area. The home has a beautiful pool and outdoor kitchen and table, all very clean and well-stocked, and the inside of the home is also beautifully designed for groups to gather and yet have their own bedroom spaces. The bathrooms are nicely updated, and the home is well-equipped. The few days we spent there was like a rural paradise to our group and we all felt it was a special part of our trip to Spain.

Amazing time at Cal Salvet
We came here for a small family gathering. The villa is located at an amazing location, not far from Barcelona and supermarkets. The area is beautiful with lots of vineyards. We have visited two brilliant wineries nearby. The pool at the house is amazing with a jacuzzi. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need. The only issue was that there was only one tiny hairdryer. It’s not enough for this many guests especially if there are a lot of ladies. The bedrooms are lovely. The outside bbq area is great for outside dining. The hosts are great, very helpful and flexible. It’s a great place if you are coming with kids. Maybe aircon could be installed because the bedrooms get quiet hot. The place was clean. 100% recommended.

Fuimos un grupo de amigos el fin de semana y tenemos que reconocer que nos ha sabido a poco.
La casa es muy grande y las habitaciones tienen unas camas muy cómodas. La zona de abajo esta super bien porque es espaciosa y luminosa. En el jardín y la zona de piscina se esta super bien porque además no para de dar el sol.
Y como guinda del pastel, Merche, una propietaria super agradable y un emplazamiento de 10, en medio de un paisaje de viñedos y sin vecinos alrededor.

CASA PAR REPETIR
Casa rústica y moderna a la vez. Es increíble como tan cerca de Barcelona te puedes sentir en pleno campo rodeado de viñedos. La casa muy limpia y cuidando todos los detalles. Lástima del frío que no pudimos aprovecha la piscina.
Y para comprar el pueblo está muy cerca así que en pocos minutos puedes tener lo que necesites.
Estamos valorando la posibilidad de volver pronto.

Masía ideal para eventos grupales y familiares
Masía muy bonita y práctica ubicada en el corazón del Penedès. Muy bien comunicada y a la vez aislada para poder celebrar eventos sin molestar a los vecinos. Tiene piscina, barbacoa, jardín, cocina totalmente equipada, las habitaciones muy prácticas y baño en cada planta. Muy recomendable para eventos familiares y de amigos. En nuestro caso, éramos 14 personas y disfrutamos del fin de semana y aprovechamos todo lo que nos ofrecía la casa y el espectacular entorno, rodeado de viñedos.

Cal Salvet: Preciosa masía deal para grupos
Reservamos la casa para pasar el fin de semana entre amigos. Todo resultó fantástico: la casa cuidada hasta el detalle, el jardín con piscina y la zona de barbacoa son ideales para el verano y la ubicación es de libro, entre viñedos hasta donde alcanza la vista. La casa además está a pocos minutos en coche de Vilafranca y a unos 40 minutos en coche desde Barcelona.

A wonderful 9 days.
We were 14 people staying at Calsalvet and it was perfect. God location just 1 hour from Barcelona and Tarragona. The property was located right in the winedistrict near Vila Franca. It was nice and clean when we arrived and they were very helpful. The pool was great and deep enough even for grown ups. It was a nice and big outside kitchen whit a grill so we could eat outside both in the morning and in the evening.
I can recommend this to other that want a nice and relaxed getaway!

Una casa espectacular entre viñedos
Estuvimos alojados en Cal Salvet 3 noches por motivo de la pedals de clip. Una marcha de bici clásica que se hace en Sant Martí de Sarroca. La casa es comodísima para grupos ya que cuenta con una cocina super espaciosa y zonas comunes muy grandes. Además, no se oye nada entre habitaciones, por lo que ir con niños es también una opción perfecta. Sin duda, repetiremos en Cal Salvet!

Estuvimos con unos amigos con niños y genial.
La casa muy acogedora y con todo lo necesario para pasar una agradable estancia.
Los crios lo pasaron en grande en el jardín cuando hacía sol y dentro.
Para lo grande que es la casa la calefacción funcionaba correctamente por toda la estancia.
Nos facilitaron leña para la barbacoa.
Y no dejeis de provar el cava que venden esta fenomenal.
Merche muy encantadora y eso que no parábamos de preguntar cosas.

Hemos pasado el fin de semana de Reyes con mi familia y la casa es fantástica, no le falta detalle. Todo muy bien cuidado y muy limpio. Hemos estado el fin de semana de Reyes con mi familia y la estancia ha sido fantástica, a la casa no le faltaba de nada y Merche siempre tan atenta y amable con nosotros. Amazing peaceful place in the middle of vineyards
We (9 adults and 3 children) stayed at Cal Salvet for a week and the place could not have been any better. Merche has been great from the beginning a few month earlier, at the check-in and until we left. The host family is very warm and friendly. She even accepted to print some tickets that I needed to visit La Sagrada Familia in Barcelona.
The house is well appointed and spacious. Despite the lack of air conditioning, it stays cool during the day and bug screens on all windows make it easy to leave windows open at night, especially since there is no noise. The swimming pool and the barbecue area were winners (we did not eat a single time inside).
For runners, there are plentiful trails along patches of vineyards going in all directions and ready to be explored: some on rolling hills, some climbing. Early morning was the best for it when temperature was still low and the area was still covered with fog.
We will keep sweet memories of Cal Salvet and Merche and her family. Thank you for letting us use your property.

Perfect for families
We were there as 5 adults and 3 children aged 4y, 18m and 10 m. We found the house to be of a fantastic standard, with plenty of space. There was a large living room and dining area although we spent every evening in the covered BBQ area having food and local wine after the kids were asleep! The outdoor area is great, space for eating and a decent sized grassy area for kids to run around in. The raised flower bed sectioned it off nicely from the pool. The house is large and well maintained, there were actually eight double sizes rooms spread over three floors with three great bathrooms. lovely walk in power showers. A car is a must here as you are fairly rural, but there are two towns about ten minutes away. We all really enjoyed our stay and found the owners could not be more welcoming or helpful. A definite recommendation.

I highly recommend this beautiful country home for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in the heart of the vineyards.
The house itself was beautiful, spacious, meticulously clean and superbly decorated. It was also very well equipped in terms of crockery and and all other kitchen equipment.
We were a group of 12 adults and 3 children and found that the location was ideal for all activities ...beach (20 mins), barcelona (40 min), cycling around the countryside etc.
The owner was very friendly and made a good effort to speak english with us. She was very flexible and helpful in
providing information about the region and activites.
All in all an excellent experience.
Je recommende vivement cette magnifique maison et region pour passer des vacances en groupe d'amis/famille. Près de la mer et Barcelone elle est très bien placée et la maison même est très spacieuse et bien equipée.
La proprio est très serviable mais ne parle pas beaucoup francais..pas très grave on arrive on se fait comprendre avec un melange de espagnol/francais/anglais!!
