Maple View House underwent a major whole house renovation and addition. There is a large kitchen with a 10' island, and ample dining for everyone. Our house offers 5.5 bathrooms, 9 bedrooms, 4 living rooms, 3 fireplaces, 4 flat screen TVs, and a huge game room with a pool table, ping pong, air hockey, foosball, boss toss, darts and a poker table, as well as a sauna and bar area. Our fast wifi, walking treadmill, and a desk area are great for getting a little work done.

Great house to stay at with a large group. Lots of room to do everything and still room for alone time. The host is superb at follow up and keeping you informed. Over all just a great location to get anywhere in North Conway.

Easy access for all our actives. Trips to the Saco, Story land and all of what Zeb's and White Mountain Highway had to offer.
Kitchen/Great room:
If its not clear in the pictures this is a huge space! Easily entertained our large group dinners and lounging around. It's the most useable kitchen. Cabinets are labeled so you can find things in the kitchen. It has everything you'd need to cook. You DO NOT need to bring any kitchen ware with you. If you're really unsure contact Katie she'll let you know.
Basement
Tons of games, greatly overlooked how useful this space would be for late nights and on rainy days.
Beds/Bathrooms
There are so many beds and bathrooms in this house. With 13 adults and 3 kids with rooms of single occupants and we still had a bedroom left unused. I bet the plumbing in this house is wild!
Backyard
The deck is another large space to hang. Large grill in good working order. Made use good use of the large double picnic tables. Plenty of lawn chairs for the fire pit. Free firewood was a nice perk too.
Other spaces in the house
There are a few in between spaces, the chess table room and entry room are great if you need to break away from the larger group or find a place to read.
Clearly a lot of hard work and thinking went into this place as a holiday rental! Thanks for the stay!

This house was absolutely perfect for large family vacations. Nine bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a huge great room open to the kitchen; and the game room was the icing on the cake. The yard was large enough for our family of 15 to set up a volleyball/bad mitten net, a croquet set, and an area for lawn darts. And the boys were able to also play catch with the baseball and not interfere with the other activities. The fire pit was great with plenty of fire wood made available. The entire house was super clean upon our arrival; so much so we wanted to leave it just as clean. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking and feeding really large groups. Hostess Katie, was unbelievable in communicating with us and making sure we had everything we needed. Every text was answered immediately and she called if additional information was needed. Lastly, the location of the house was perfect for wither going into town to eat or shop or to go to any of the outdoor activities. Strongly recommend this rental for any large gatherings of family or friends, especially if you have any teens or preteens in the group.

I researched places to stay for a couple of weeks. I needed accommodations for 14 adults. This property looked perfect in the photos. I messaged Katie with questions and she responded quickly each time. The house was perfect. The large kitchen and sitting area was perfect for our large group. The beds were so comfortable. Our group of 14 loved it. We even took group photos of the house when we left. We can’t wait to come back next year.

The property was great for our group of friends/ family with young kids/toddlers. Hosts were great communicators and very gracious/ helpful with any questions! It was unseasonably warm so we didn't get to utilize the fireplaces, but they were beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable and it made our 10th annual ski ( and board game) weekend a lovely time.

We had a group of 11 for a long weekend winter vacation. The house couldn't have been better. Very clean and well stocked. The game room was lots of fun too. Katie and Tony were great hosts. I highly recommmend this house for a large group. Its highly likely we will stay here again.

I have been visiting the NH area for vacation for the past 20 years, and I must say that this rental experience was the best I've ever had. Everything about it, from the location and size to the layout and functionality, was exceptional. We have 15 people, everyone can find a comfortable room and we are never short of bathrooms(a very common issue for big groups, :) ). Our Christmas celebration was truly memorable in this wonderful vacation house. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. A heartfelt thank you to Katie for making it so incredibly special! I'm eagerly looking forward to the opportunity to visit again in the future!

Property location very convenient to North Conway. House was plenty of room for the 8 of us, each of us having our own bedroom (which is hard to find). House was stocked with everything we needed, and the host was amazing to work with (very responsive). Great stay, would do it again. Btw, back of house with amazing deck, firepit and spacious backyard was great, although because of rain we did not get to use it much.

We had a large family reunion with ten adults and ten children ranging in age from five to eighteen. The home was large enough to easily accommodate all. The game room in the basement was appreciated by all, but especially the kids. The host was fantastic and did all that she could to make our stay a vacation that we will always remember. We had the most amazing vacation at Katie & Tony's house for a week. There were 15 adults, four four year olds and two infants. Everybody had a wonderful time. The house is spacious enough that people could spread out if they wanted to but the kitchen, dining area, bonus room was big enough that we could all be together and not be crowded for meals.
The house is so comfy/cozy - nice furniture, all of it very comfortable, The nine bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms met all of our needs. Everyone said the beds were comfortable.
The gameroom in the basement kept everyone busy! We had tournaments of pingpong, pool, air hockey, cribbage - lots of fun and it gave us all a chance to hang out and spend time together.
We didn't have the best weather but we made the most of every minute! There are lots of nearby activities - Storyland was so fun, the North Conway Railroad was fun, Diana's Baths, and then parks and Downtown North Conway all kept us busy.
The yard at the house was great. There was a large deck, a large flat lawn for the kids to run around on and play games and a nice firepit. There was parking for nine vehicles which is what we needed.
We had an absolutely great stay and we are hoping to rent again (just need to find a date among the families).

A beautiful house that easily accommodates many guests with its multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, and places to hang out. The great room was wonderful for entertaining and dining. The game room allowed us to have so much fun and many memories were made full of laughter! A bit closer to a busy road and commercial garage than the pictures portray if you are looking for privacy. Easy access to many quaint stores, restaurants, and scenic views.

This place is awesome! There were 14 of us and you'd never know it. The house is gi-normous. Plenty of space to spread out. Game room was a blast (air hockey especially)! My husband and I hosted our children and grandchildren in North Conway for a long weekend get together. The house is enormous and had plenty of room for all 19 of us to spread out. The grandchildren loved the game room and the adults loved the spacious kitchen/dining room/ and sitting areas where they enjoyed card games, preparing meals and just catching up. The house is immaculate and has everything needed for a large family. We will definitely return!!

I cannot say enough about this home. It was everything and more than what my family needed. Katie has stocked and provided this home with more than you could imagine. Nothing was missing! We stayed four nights for a local wedding. Our group included 6 couples plus 5 kids. The bedrooms had a perfect combination of differently-sized beds for a large group. The basement “game room” was awesome. We loved the large kitchen and great room for the whole group to gather. We used the outdoor fire pit for s’mores. The communication with the host was great. Unequivocal 5-star rating. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the TV in the kitchen/dining area for something bigger, but it (and the other two on the main level) are good enough.

The property was conveniently located near swimming, shopping and hiking. With so many bedrooms and a smart layout, all of our families were very comfortable. The dining area is huge and great for large gatherings. The backyard had a charming fire pit and great outdoor dining on the large deck and two picnic tables. The basement was fun during downtime in the day for the kids and fun for the adults after the kids went to bed. The sauna was a nice perk as well. The owner was communicative, thoughtful and accommodating. I would recommend to anyone. Cheers!

Every year we have a work retreat where there are approx. 15 adults joining to do something fun for a short getaway. We were all very pleased with this house - not only the amount of space, but also the location and the outdoor yard area. We especially enjoyed having the game room as it did rain one night, and we were all able to still be physically active by playing pool, ping pong, air hockey and Boss Toss! We already want to book for next year!! Host was extremely responsive to everything before and during our trip. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed with this VRBO!! 5 stars!!!

Sprawling house with great access
We had lots of room for all our friends to gather. Far enough from North Conway to be scenic but close enough for dinners and groceries. Katie was great with communication and we'd love to stay here again.

Perfect house for large group
We could not have asked for a better house and location! Traveled with a large group of friends and family for Memorial Day weekend. This house was a dream come true! There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Basement game room was an added bonus. Our group ranged from infants, toddlers, teens and adults and everyone was pleased. The location was even better. Close to everything...Diana's bath, Echo Lake, Cathedral Ledge and the North Conway strip! (Bonus points for craft fair Memorial Day wekeend!)

Amazing house & game room
We had several people that are into gaming be it video, board, or arcade games and they were all super impressed with this game room. We also had 2 chefs with us and a family full of cooks who were amazed by the beautiful kitchen and all the cooking supplies available to them. We all loved our stay and will be going back for another visit!!!!

Fabulous rental!
This is our third time renting with Katie & Tony and second in this house. It is perfect for our group of ages 7-70. The game room is fabulous! We had poker tournaments and intense air hockey challenges! The house has everything you can need. The beds are comfortable. There are plenty of bathrooms for a group of 15 people. Can't say enough about the house and the owners. Such an amazing time with our whole family!

Great for large groups
Kate’s place has it all for large groups. We were a group of 10 adults and 4 kids. There was plenty of room to spread out and also come together. We really enjoyed the large game room and loved all the books sprinkled throughout the home. This home is also very close to town. Kate was great to communicate with. She was very responsive. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect multi family house
We recently rented this house with more than one family for a week. We skied during the day and just hung in at night. The house was very clean and had everything you may need for a family with children ages 1 year-11 years old. The kitchen was perfect for a large group to cook dinner and hang out at night. The game room a plus! We are looking forward to staying here again. The owners were super nice and easy to get ahold of.
