Location
Clogged bath, so showering with feet in dirty water
No lock on balcony door where my daughter was meant to sleep easy access from balconies on either side
Rooms need a massive makeover to clasify as a 4 star hotel
No hotel parking

It was very clean and the food was fresh
This shouldn't have an all inclusive option as it's hard to get a drink and the hotel isn't geared up for it.

The Manager, Christiana did her best to help us after the air conditioning would not work in our room. She gave us a choice of 3 other rooms.
The food was of a fairly good quality
The air conditioning was complicated to work with an outdated remote control. I had to keep getting up at night to put it back on every hour.
The electricity socket had a prong coming out of it, left by a previous guest. I got an electric shock trying to remove it, so I could use the socket myself.
The swimming pool had no steps into the shallow end, which was not marked out either. That is very dangerous for guests who can't swim.
There was a broken drain in front of the pool bar

Good location, clean room, nice pool, walking distance to old town and beach
Charged €9 for two smalls cokes at the pool. Waitress had a serious attitude too. Air con leaking in the room.

The location of the property is sweet if you want to go to old town or the new town, it’s clean and wasn’t overbooked when I went
Atmosphere was a bit dead, but can’t blame the hotel for that!

The staff was really nice and they had facilities
The studios didn’t come with anything useful for example no washing up liquid for the dishes. The bed was meant to be a double but was two singles pushed together which separated as they were on wheels. The place was not clean at all, the bathmat had silverfish (the bug) squished into it, the bathroom walls were slimy, and there was loads of mold. The utensils in the kitchen weren’t clean (probably because the person before me didn’t have washing up liquid to clean them).
When I put a “do not disturb” sign on the door because I was in a call, the doorbell rang twice and when I opened the door, the lady said she didn’t need me.

Breakfast was very good, good choice of food
Prior warning required of extensive building project opposite the hotel, work starting from 6.am in the morning until 10pm at night.
Gymnasium with aerobics instructor using amplification system from 7am. Doors open for ventilation all day during this time allowing annoying sound of excercise to be heard in bedrooms facing the Gymnasium opposite the hotel frontage.

The prices at the bar extremely expensive in comparison to the surrounding hotels and bars

Great breakfast, roomy accommodation
Rooms are very dated - nothing remotely fancy. Two star vibes.

Location great - easy to get to Old Town and New Town.
Pool very clean.
Room large, clean and airy.
Food excellent choice.
Drinks good.
Majority of staff very friendly and helpful.
The pool bar and lobby bar were very quiet. Not really any entertainment (Karoke and dancing for kids one night). Too formal. We stayed all inclusive but ended up spending one night in the Old Town and one night in the New Town - having to pay for drinks to enjoy the entertainment that you would expect on holiday.

the pool
the staff were not accommodating and unwilling to help out customers. the property is very old fashioned and the rooms need upgrading. This is Definitely not a 4 star.

it was good but housekeeping skip a day
the pool chairs most of them were broken, plus many people reserve it. it wasn’t fair at all. the buffet after a few days we felt it was the same food served. they change a couple of dishes but basically it is almost the same

The location was good close to supermarket and restaurants and shops ...air-conditioning was good also
Building work everywhere around it. People were allowed to put their towels down in sunloungers every morning as early as 6am and nothing ever said. So needless to say we never got a spot at pool in whole 5 days 😒 I don't go on holiday to get up early and rush out to put my towel down 🙄

Location
Lunch OK
Breakfast OK
The all inclusive drinks were served in plastic cups at the pool area which was fine as many hotels do this but to be served drinks in disposable plastic cups at the bar inside in the evenings was unacceptable. when we asked for an actual glass we were told the dishwasher was not working. This seemed to be the case for the whole two week stay which obviously isnt true.
Lack of toilet paper being supplied to our room
Towels not being changed even though they had a sign saying they should be changed three times per week. When we asked for new towels we were told there was a problem with the laundry services-again I don't believe this to be true.
As we had a 6 month old baby we needed a cot in our bedroom. our bedroom was so small that it couldn't fit the cot so it had to be put in the hallway. everyday we had to dismantle the cot to be able to get our pram through the front door. Also not ideal for our 6 month old baby to sleep in the hallway everynight. All other rooms of the same type had a larger bedroom, but we were given a room that jutted in - resulting in a significantly smaller bedroom. Why this particular version of this room, with a smaller bedroom, was provided to a couple with a request for a cot is beyond me and can only be put down to an atrocious management decision.
Hotel not buggy friendly with many steps throughout hotel, as well as into apartments. Lift broke on 2 occasions over two weeks, which made things worse
Pool wedged into U-shaped hotel, with half the loungers in shade at all times, due to hotel building blocking light as sun rises and blocking opposite light as sun sets. This also results in relatively early time for sun setting on the pool/lounger area.
Insufficient number of loungers resulting in a daily towel rush, which the staff did nothing about, despite signs that unused towels will be removed and that loungers can not be reserved / held.
Also most loungers broken in some capacity.

Nice hotel and not too over crowded. Staff were really friendly and happy to help and advise. Room was very spacious. We were worried it would be noisy as we had ground floor poolside but there were no issues at all. Hotel is really close to local amenities including a supermarket. Only 20 min walk to old town or the strip. Good value for money.
Choice of food at meal times was rather limited and repetitive unfortunately. I think if we had spent any longer than the 3 days there we would have ended up having to eat out a few times. Snack bar had limited choice of foods and they wouldn't let you get anything whilst lunch was taking place. So if you didn't want to go in for lunch you had to wait until afterwards to get a snack by the pool.
