About this house rental

This waterfront home is comfortable and clean, boasting 2 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a living area with queen Murphy bed for extra sleeping space with room for luggage and personal items. All linens and towels are new, fresh, and clean! The main level has a kitchen that is supplied with modern appliances, dishware, glassware, flatware & everything you need to cook a nice meal. A raised bar top in the kitchen affords extra seating. The adjacent living room offers comfortable furniture (including leather seating), plenty of space for a group to stretch out and relax after a long day on the slopes or hiking, a new Smart HDTV, equipped with Smart Apps and cable, and a Blue Ray player. The artwork and décor provide a relaxed, yet, well-appointed feel. There is also wireless internet, for your convenience. The dining area includes an extendable table. Flip on the 3-way gas fireplace for added warmth and charming ambiance. The deck expands off of the dining room and presents majestic views of Byers Peak; the deck and windows from the living area also overlook the fishing pond. The garage can store your gear and is attached to the home. You will also find the laundry closet and one large full bathroom on the main level of the home. Upstairs, you will find two master bedrooms, both with full bathrooms en suite. The main master offers a king sized bed with a new Tempurpedic mattress. There is also a twin size daybed with additional twin trundle. These can be separated for 2 twins or put together for an additional king size bed. This room comfortably accommodates 4 people. The mountain views from the main master window are breathtaking! The secondary master bedroom (bathroom en suite) includes a queen bed and a twin bed, a generous walk-in closet, and sleeps 3 people comfortably. There is a kid size cot and porta crib in the closet upstairs for extra sleeping options for little ones. Feel free to leave your car at the home, as you will be within walking distance to the free shuttle service (“The Lift”), which will drop you off at the base of Winter Park/Mary Jane Resort, or almost anywhere in the Fraser Valley (Winter Park) during ski season. The home is a short walk or drive to Safeway, various restaurants in Fraser, liquor stores, and additional shopping. During the summer months, enjoy fishing at the pond just below the Waterside West homes, exclusive to the Waterside West owners and their guests. There is a low-cost community recreation center in Fraser with an indoor climbing wall, exercise classes, basketball courts, weight equipment, and heated swimming pool with lazy river and large water slide. Don’t forget to make time to play at the Fraser Tubing Hill in the winter or enjoy the Bowling/Movie/Arcade theater close by! Fraser is located just 40 minutes away from Grand Lake and the Rocky Mountain National Park for all-season outdoor recreation, and conveniently located within close proximity to Devil’s Thumb Resort for cross country skiing. Laura's townhome provided us with everything we needed during our 2 week stay. The online listing is accurate and the location is great for accessing summer activities in the area and very close to local amenities. We were impressed with this property. Very accommodating, homey, and comfortable. A perfect fit for our family. We loved all the pillows, blankets, and the 3 bathrooms! Our kids loved the board games and the toys. Beautiful view of Byer's Peak. Kitchen equipped with everything! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Condo is located perfectly off the scenic Fraser River trail where you can ride bikes or take a walk down to Winterpark. In walking distance to great restaurants and grocery store. Views of the mountains are amazing from every window in condo. Fraser is beautiful! Condo was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked and owner has put a lot of little touches to make your stay great. What a great place to stay! The location was perfect and close to all of the attractions. The public transportation that was provided was also a very convenient way to get to Winter Park. The condo was clean, spacious, had everything you could possibly need and then some. The owner was responsive and was always available to answer questions. I HIGHLY recommend the property and would definitely consider staying here if we were ever in the area again.

We had a wonderful time on our family trip. The condo was very spacious and we loved the Christmas touches. Everyone had plenty of room and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The view was spectacular. The accessibility to the shuttle and grocery store was perfect. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here during our trip to Colorado. The condo was super clean and very inviting. We used the grill on the patio, and enjoyed the mountain view from the small patio deck. The master bedroom had a very comfortable bed. Everyone had plenty of room and bathrooms! Laura was wonderful to work with and very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here with our two teenage sons for a weekend getaway and had an absolute blast. The place was perfect and Laura has thought of even the smallest detail. We would highly recommend the condo - super clean, comfortable, and in a wonderful location! Excellent place to stay.

We had a great stay at this condo. It was so clean and very well decorated with nice furniture! The thing I was most impressed by was everything they had there.. kitchen was very well stocked with everything u would need to cook..there was shampoo and conditioner and body wash in all bathrooms...phone chargers..My kids had tons of games to play.. movies and toys to keep them busy! Also loved the beds! So comfortable. Thanks for having such a nice place to stay! We will definitely come back to stay at this condo.

Had a great time staying this Waterside West condo. We have stayed in multiple units at WW and this is by far one of the nicest. Extremely comfortable with lovely views of the mountains! Very nicely decorated and well stocked with everything you need to be comfortable. We choose to eat in and the kitchen had a great selection of pots and pans, utensils etc. My only suggestion would be to service the ceiling fan in the master bedroom as it is out of balance and a little noisy. We come to Winter park twice a year and will definitely rent again. Many thanks for a great week!

We really enjoyed the rental - it was clean and comfortable, had plenty of room for 7 or 8 people, and had great views of the sunset off the deck. the wifi worked well, the kitchen was nice, and the beds were comfortable. we will definitely go there again!

Spent Christmas here with the grandkids. Worked well as it is close to tubing, sking and Safeway! Unit is well equipped. 5 different remotes to run the TV though! Was fun. Nice entrance area for wet clothes & boots. Plenty of dishes and utensils. Beds were great. Garage parking for my car was great as we had 5-10" of snow over the weekend. Nice view out over deck. Would go back for sure.

We stayed in this condo with another family and had a blast (4 adults, 3 kids). The property is clean and cozy; has amazing views; and is in a great location. The layout is perfect for families; we especially loved the fireplace, balcony, and bunk beds. We had fun fishing in the lake and even saw otters swimming at dusk. The mountain views are truly stunning. We definitely recommend renting this property - no complaints - lots of great memories

The property was very clean, everything is up to date and in perfect working condition. So many amenities are on site and available for use! The views are incredible. Loved the pond right off the back of the unit. We brought our poles and my daughters each caught a fish. We will definitely be back!

The location was very convenient and easy access. The place was comfortable and clean. It was kind of weird how many beds were in each room, but if you have a large group that doesn't have any issues with sharing rooms it works.

We had a wonderful stay here! Everything was clean and we had anything we needed. The shuttle service is great but a bit farther away then expected when lugging ski gear etc. Would definitely stay here again though!
