Camera spaziosa, accogliente e pulita, servizio e cambio asciugamani quotidiano, letto matrimoniale king size molto comodo con doppio cuscino, grande finestra in camera (precisamente la numero 2501) con vista spettacolare su grattacieli e tramonto, cortesia e disponibilità del personale, posizione superlativa sulla Mid Town a due passi da Penn Station, Hudson Yards, Madison Square Garden, magazzini Macy's.

La colazione a buffet con poca varietà e ripetitiva, ci saremmo anche aspettati qualche piatto in più (ad esempio pancake oppure uova e bacon) e la disponibilità di più frutta, torte o biscotti.

Exceptionnel et inoubliable

La gentillesse du personnel. La vue sur la one tower et the edge. Merci à vous 🥰. La proximité de la station de métro. Le confort et la propreté de la chambre. Le grand choix du petit déjeuner.

Manque de rangement dans la chambre. Mais ce n’était qu’un détail.

Estada tranquila e simpática

A localização do hotel é excecional, temos a 5 min uma estação de metro e está a 10min da Times Square. O quarto embora pequeno era muito confortável e limpo. De realçar o bom isolamento sonoro do hotel. Embora não tenhamos usufruído o hotel oferece uma happy hour a todos os hóspedes, com descontos muito simpáticos nas bebidas.

O pequeno almoço. Embora já soubéssemos de antemão que o pequeno almoço nos Estados Unidos não é como na Europa, achei-o fraquinho e com muita pouca variedade.

Great location, happy hour and excellent service..

The location was perfect : close enough to Times Square and Broadway and within a walking distance of all the major attractions and the bus station. But at the same time far enough the 08th avenue to allow for peace and tranquility during the stay. The hotel provided an happy hour from 4-5 p.m EVERY day with free wine and beer. Cocktails were also available at the bar at a reasonable price for New York. There was even live musical performance on some days. Other facilities include a microwave oven in the room and a water fountain at every floor. Breakfast was quite complete (from 6:30 to 11 a.m) with free coffee available for an extra hour. They allow me to check-in before 4 p.m on my arrival (I arrived at 2 p.m). I really appreciated it. Some hotels are so uptight on the check-in hours. There was a desk for attractions but I did not use it.

The room was small, but I am not sure you can expect something larger in Manhattan. In the evening all the businesses on the street would put their trash in front of their doors for collection. That was a cultural shock for me (LOOL).

Excellent position close to Times Square, nice view on The Edge

Sometimes the wait at the lift takes several minutes. Breakfast room is crowded. The street in front of the hotel is quite dirty, although that's not hotel's fault, of course.

Ideal location if you want to be near uptown NYC. 2 mins to Maddison Square Garden/Penn Station. 15/20 min walk

Great location, hotel was perfectly comfortable, happy hour was a bonus (free drinks between 4-5pm).

Nothing really. I saw people complain about the lifts. They sometimes take a while but not really an issue. The gym is in the basement and not amazing but fine.

Very good value.

The hotel is very inviting, open lobby area, friendly staff. My room was onn the 27th floor and was clean and spacious for what I booked. The location was close to Times Square and penn station so it was very accessible for me.

The breakfast was a bit lacking in quality, albeit with a nice seating area. The elevators are to small to accomodate the size of the hotel. Every morning the elevators were packed and close to the maximum weight limit.

Great place, will stay again

Highly recommend for a short stay in NYC - the location is excellent and the room was very comfortable. Free breakfast is a bonus and there is plenty of food and beverage options. Wifi worked well.

Ligging, ontbijt, vriendelijkheid personeel en netheid kamer

Drukte bij het ontbijt, was zoeken naar een plek. Daarnaast hadden we een gezinskamer geboekt, maar dit was eigenlijk een twee persoonskamer met 4 bedden. Er was dus onvoldoende ruimte om kleding uit de koffers te halen en op te bergen.

Cerca de todo pero en una zona fea

La ubicación si bien es céntrica la zona no es de las mejores. He estado en hoteles a solo cinco cuadras de allí y la zona mejora considerablemente. Me gustó que nos dieran late check out. Me gustó el baño y la limpieza.

El desayuno es siempre lo mismo pero ese parece ser un problema general de los hoteles de NY. No me gusta que se demoren tanto en devolver el pago de la garantía.

Bardzo udany pobyt

Super obsługa na recepcji, w sumie rezerwowaliśmy 3 pokoje, dostaliśmy wszystkie na jednym piętrze. Na zdjęciu na stronie booking była widoczna w pokoju rozkładana sofa, niestety okazało się na miejscu, że rezerwowane pokoje nie mają sofy i w jednym z pokoi nie ma gdzie spać dziecko. Na drugi dzień bez dopłaty otrzymaliśmy pokój z dwoma dużymi łóżkami. Pokoje ładne, czyste, codziennie sprzątane. Śniadania jak na standardy amerykańskie nie są złe. Koleżanka zachorowała w ostatni dzień pobytu i nie było problemu, żeby przedłużyć pokój o godzinę. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - blisko Times Square, Hudson Yards.

Okolica nieciekawa, niestety, żeby dostać się do hotelu należy przejść obok bezdomnych śpiących na ulicy.

Muy bien situado. Hotel con mucho ambiente y nuevo. El l cuarto de baño muy nuevo y ducha muy cómoda. En la habitación teníamos secador de pelo, cafetera, microondas, nevera y plancha de la ropa. Personal muy amable. Las zonas comunes muy limpias.

Habitación muy pequeña. En seis noches solo la limpiaron una vez. Buffet del desayuno poco variado pero suficiente.

Great stay, will return!

Breakfast was very good with different hot items each day. Muffins were delicious! For the carb conscious, they had oatmeal with a nice variety of toppings, yogurt and eggs, meats, turkey/chicken patty, cold cuts. Beds were very comfortable and no noise issues. Location excellent, metro stop 34 Penn st was the closest, with 2 other stops close by! Easier to get to JFK(local train plus air train) vs LGA(local train plus bus- bus stop in a very congested area of Queens! We were out until 3 am Sat night and felt safe waking from hotel to Taco Bell on main Street.

Long wait for elevators during peak hours i.e. breakfast time, (I took the stairs on first day from floor 22 to lobby) and breakfast area was also packed especially on weekends. Luckily i was able to find an open table on all days.

Buena opción por la zona

Las instalaciones comunes son actuales, amplias y limpias. El personal fue amable y profesional en todo momento. La habitación estaba limpia, el servicio de limpieza pasaba a diario. Buenas vistas desde la habitación. La situación es buena, muy cerca del Madisson square garden y la linea azul de metro a una calle. El desayuno con alguna opción salada y alguna dulce.

Armario muy muy pequeño, inútil totalmente. La habitación que nos tocó era amplia pero no tenía percheros ni a penas donde colgar las toallas, solo para dos y éramos seis. Todo debe estar guardado en la maleta e ir sacando a diario porque no hay donde dejar la ropa. La cama doble era de 135cm máximo y estábamos con un niño en medio porque ellos no pagan. Es muy incomoda esa situación. El encontrar mesa en el desayuno era un poco caótico.

Lee chambres sont d’une taille correcte pour New York. Les lits sont des 140. Nous donnions sur l’arrière de l’hôtel donc très calme. Au 15eme étage donc un peu bas pour avoir une jolie vue. Nous donnions sur l’immeuble d’en face non habité donc pas de vis a vis. Nous n’avons jamais attendu l’ascenseur car le 15e est le premier étage desservi. Très bon accueil à l’arrivée comme au départ. Pas de taxe en plus mais une caution de 300$ qui n’a pas été prélevée. Nous n’avons jamais attendu pour le petit-déjeuner non plus. Ménage fait tous les jours. Proche du métro de Penn station.

Il serait bien d’apporter plus de variétés au petit déjeuner

Sauberes Hotel in zentraler Lage

Zentral gelegenes Hotel unweit des Time Squares. Zur Metro (Penn Station) als Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen ist es nicht weit. Wir haben im 25. Stockwerk gewohnt mit schöner Aussicht.

Direkt vor dem Hotel ist es nicht so schön. Frühstückssituation war schlecht, fast immer völlig überfüllter Raum, aber das wusste man durch vorherige Bewertungen. Es gab keinen Schrank im Zimmer und keine Garderobe.

Funcionários simpáticos, prestativos, alguns falando espanhol e todos com bastante paciência quanto ao idioma. Café da manhã muito bom, boas vindas no check-in, opção de guardar malas, perto de tudo. Quarto confortável, foi uma experiência incrível e que queremos voltar.

Pena que não aceitava Wise na forma de pagamento!

Das Hotel und deren Personal ist super! Nur das Frühstück leider nicht.

Lage, Personal, Sauberkeit der Zimmer

Wir sind abends mit dem Taxi gefahren, weil es doch viele komische Menschen in der Nähe gab. Das Frühstück beinhaltet jeden Tag das gleiche. Alles mit Pappgeschirr und morgens einen Platz zu finden glich einer echten Challenge. Das nächste Mal würde ich eine ähnliche Lage wählen aber ohne Frühstück. Und dann morgens einen Bagel (gibt es mehrere zur Auswahl in dem Viertel) frühstücken. Das Personal und die Sauberkeit der Zimmer überwogen aber.

Rundum empfehlenswertes Hotel - sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage - sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zimmer sind geräumig und die Betten sehr bequem.

Alles gut - es gibt keine Dinge - die uns nicht gefallen haben. Wir würden wieder dieses Hotel auswählen.
