Foncez ! Petit tips : louer un scooter, on peut même vous le livrer.

Nous avons aimé la chambre avec sa salle de bain privative, ainsi que les espaces en commun. Il y a un frigo, bouilloires, eau à disposition. Au top. Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant. La wifi fonctionne bien. Nous avons bien dormis et nous n’avons pas été gênés par les autres voisins. Si on retourne à Bohol sans hésiter on revient ici.

Oui, l’emplacement est un peu plus loin du centre mais on le savait et cela ne nous a pas gêné, nous étions au calme. Oui, la Clim peut faire un peu de bruit mais si on sait bien la régler c’est très bien. Oui, l’eau n’est pas chaude mais elle n’est pas non plus froide, c’est easy. Foncez !

A room in a budget plus our visitors can use their kitchen, they have stove pots and pans..Our visitors were happy. We will surely booked again next time we had a visitors to come in our church.

Big spacious and clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Scooter rental available. Location is close to the pier. Big good equipped kitchen, you can use the fridge as well. Free water refill.

The accomodation is not central but this is fine if you rent a scooter.

Great Value and Friendly Owner, but Limited Dining Options Nearby

Starting with the positives, I found that the price was very reasonable for what was offered, making it an excellent value for my budget. The owner was also very friendly and accommodating, which made my stay more enjoyable. Additionally, I appreciated that they provided free drinking water, which was a nice touch

However, there were a couple of drawbacks to my experience. Firstly, there weren't many dining options nearby, which made it difficult to find places to eat. This meant that I had to travel further to get food, which was inconvenient.

There is kitchen with dishes and equipment at the opened space, good and clean room, calm area. Very good and hospitable owner. Good price. It's definitely worth staying here.

AWESOME!

The house will really give you a home vibe. You can really rest well staying in this accommodation after a long adventure around Bohol. The place is also very clean and well maintained. They have a dining area with complete appliance, living room where you can hangout and just relax and a working table for those who brought their work with them in the trip. The owner is also very kind and accommodating. She even called me to thank me for my stay. Plus, she suggested a motorbike rental which was also a very nice man. It’s a total package. THANKS A LOT!

Good value for money.

It was good for my business calls as there was very good wifi connection (up to 80 mbps upload & download speed) and not a lot of noise (although barking dogs & construction noises from the neighboring house are sometimes on the background, it is manageable by a noise-cancelling microphone). Wilson & Ate Rose were quite helpful & provided me a working table where I could set up my laptops. I ended up extending my stay for 3 more days.

The location isn’t that far away from the city center but tricycle drivers ask for more than double the regular fare. So I recommend taking multi-cabs (a small public transport cab) as they only ask for the regular fare which is Php 15.

The host is very accommodating and kind. The house is new and very clean. You can cook and wash your clothes. The place is also accessible only 1 ride to the city proper.

Nice little place but very hard to find. A sign on the main road would be a massive help! Nice room and cheap moped hire. Kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge freezer and free water!

Good value for a low price !

Upper level is prepared as a SelfService Cafe /Cooking area + Laundry. Ideal place for Backpackers! Rooms are with 2 Single beds and own Bathroom, very clean! Kind Host !

It was bit difficult to find for the trycicle driver....JPS helps only a bit !

Great value for the money! Room was spacious and clean, all quite new. You can refill your water bottle in the common area/ kitchen. Ideal place to stay in Bohol if you have a scooter. Would definitely go back.
