Great apartment with great owners

Everything was great! Great location, the facility itself was perfect, contact with the owner was perfect... When I'll come back to Madrit I will definitely come back to this apartment!

İHTİYACINIZ OLAN HERŞEYE SAHİP OLAN BİR EV...

Konumu merkezi bir yerde olan, çok lüks olmayan, mütevazi eşyaları olan bu evde ihtiyacınız olan her şey mevcut, buzdolabı, çamaşır makinası, bulaşık makinası, fırın, kettle, kahve makinası, ekmek kızartma makinası, mikro dalga fırın, saç kurutma makinası, saç düzleştiricisi, ütü, tv ... Evin wifi'si güzel. Temizliği gayet iyiydi. Check-in saatinden önce bavullarımızı bırakıp, temizlik görevlisinden anahtarları aldık. Ev sahibi ilgili birisi. Extra nevresim ihtiyacımızı da karşıladı. standart normal bir ev. Tavsiye ederim..

Bu kısma sevmediğim bir şey yazmak yerine Ev sahibine birkaç tavsiye vermek isterim; :)Salona bir kanepe veya iki tane tekli koltuk daha eklersen daha kullanışlı olur. Ailecek salonda oturmak için koltuk eksik kalıyor. :)Duvarlara birkaç güzel iç açıcı tablo da çok yakışır.

Great location to explore Chueca/Malasana...but lots of street noise.

This was a great location for exploring Madrid. Close to lots of trendy bars/shops/market; but also easy walking to the more touristy spots like Sol/Plaza Mayor and the museums

The apartment is on the street side of the building and the neighborhood trash cans are just below the windows, so there was LOTS of street noise. The accommodations in the apartment were adequate, but nothing fancy.

- Great Location in a lively neighbourhood with nice restaurants and bars. - Walking distance to all the main sights and close to the Metro. - Clean, spacious and comfy apartment - Attentive host - Rooms face the street with general noise as expected in a city but this was not an issue for us. Overall a great stay and I would definitely recommend it.

Spacious ,Clean and fabulous location

location was fantastic right in middle of great little cafes and bars boutique shops supermarket 2 min walk away with gourmet food market and rooftop bar really spacious great to have large lounge couple tables to eat lift makes life easier after touring city metro round the corner but easy walking distance to multiple locations of interest

right above recycling bins which can get quite noisy early hours but vibe of place is good trade off neighbour has dog which can make lift hallway a bit smelly but not property fault

Old fashioned charm with a touch of modern quirkiness.

The apartment has a lot of old fashioned charm. It is warm (we visited in winter), clean and a haven to retreat to after a day exploring Madrid. The beds are comfortable and the main bedroom has generous storage space and the other bedroom has adequate floorspace for bags and belongings. Even though this is an older building there was a modern lift which made getting bags to and from the apartment easy.

I have come to the realisation that Spanish cleaners do not understand how reverse cycle air conditioners work. This is the third apartment in Spain we have stayed at where the filters on the air conditioners were completely blocked with dust. Once cleaned they worked perfectly. Also a lot of effort has gone in to blocking the sounds from the street which on the whole works well. Unfortunately nothing can completely block the noise of the restaurants dumping their empty bottles into the recycling bin in the street below our windows.

City center extended weekend, eat sleep drink and a little shopping.

I liked the location. Plenty of restarurants in the vicinity. The apartment it self is a bit old fashioned. Nothing to worry about if you don't require modern. Everything was working. The TV only had spanish speaking channels. Madrid is a bit expensive. You get more for your money in for instance Malaga. I missed a sea front. I knew where Madrid is located but I didn't expect to miss the sea as much as I did. We picked up the keys at a nearby bar. We never met the landlord in person we only communicated via WhatsApp, worked fine. A positive surprise. The taxis hade fixed price both from and to the airport, 30€ one way, good value. The apartment is located close to Plaza Chueca. Opposite one end of the square is a kind of shopping centre. There is a roof top restaurant. I strongly recommend it. Innovative food and pleasant atmosphere.

Location was perfect, close to everything. Apartment was quiet & clean with a fully stocked kitchen to cook if we wanted. Supermarket a couple doors up too.

Location is truly fantastic, in a lively area, but quiet enough. Lots of restaurants, terraces and supermarkets around. All sightseeing is al walking distance. The appartment is large and fully equipped. There is an elevator. Contact with the host via app was great.

The bathroom is a bit old and the shower is in the bath, which may be difficult for some people.

Location was very good, but not the best option for families. Chueca is VERY noisy.

Everything worked as described. Location was great. Beds were cosy.

Trash bins are located exactly at the front door. Even with double glass windows you can hear bars dumping empty bottles at any hour. Rooms were kind of small

Everything was fine. Very good location, the most important points of the city can be reached on foot, also there is a metro station nearby. What's more the apartment is large and very well equipped. The host is also very nice and helpful.
