Great apartment in the heart of Madrid

Wonderful location! The apartment is modern, nicely furnished. It has everything you need in the kitchen, also a washing machine and AC. Walking distance to many attractions, the neighborhood is really nice as well.

The check in process before hand is a bit unclear.

Close to the train, museums and parks. Quieter part of the city, but still plenty of bars and food around. Comfy bed.

Sehr schöner, angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Sehr schönes, gut gelegenes Appartement mit toller Sonnenterrasse. Metrostation in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Prado und Atocha sind um die Ecke. Es gibt im Quartier eine schöne Markthalle mit Gastronomie. Weitere kleine Lokale sind in der Nähe. Das Gepäck kann sowohl vor dem Check in als auch nach check out in hauseigenen Schließfächern gelagert werden. Weitere Schließfächer gibt es noch in der Calle Atocha um die Ecke vor dem „großen“ Alcampo Supermarkt in der Nähe der Metrostation Anton Martin. Nette Geste : 1Flasche Wasser, Tee, Kaffee , Milch und Zucker sowie kleine Grundausstattung (Spüli, Spülmschinentabs, Schwamm, Spül- und Geschirrtuch, Toilettenpapier) waren für den ersten Tag vorhanden. Im Bad gab es Seife, Duschgel und Schampoo sowie Handtücher.

Es fehlte eine Tasse m. Untertasse und ein Korkenzieher. Die Duschtrennwand im oberen Bad ist aus der Führung gesprungen.

Gostei da localizacao ...e do espaço dos quartos tambem

nao tinha ninguem na recepcao , nao tivemos servicos de limpeza , troca de toalhas etc , e tambem nao tivemos opcao de deixar a bagagem por um pequeno periodo apos o termino da reserva de forma gratuita tive que pagar 150 euros para deixar as malas das 10 hs da manha ate as 16 hs ... muito caro.

Se nos olvidó un peluche y nos llamaron inmediatamente para decirnoslo y buscaron la forma de devolvernoslo poniendo todas las facilidades para ello. Muchas gracias!

El baño en ocasiones olía adesague, y era bastante más pequeño de lo que aparece en booking.

Location was great with easy access to metro and walking distance to many of the attractions and restaurants. extremely easy to check in with secure location. the host and maintenance team were extremely helpful to respond to our queries extremely quickly.

although the team responded to our query regarding shower hot water, believe that 1) this could be better explained in the videos as the shower taps are not that intuitive and 2) it might be worthwhile checking how much hot water is available for both showers as we think the hot water ran out quite quickly.

The shower couldn’t be closed if the restroom door was closed as well. You need help from someone to close the door which is quiet uncomfortable

Poor customer service. We were not offered other apartments where the heating system works. We had to rent another hotel

The apartment is much smaller than in the photo. Poor quality materials and cheap furniture.

The heating system does not work in the apartment and in winter it is very cold in the apartment.

Great appartment, lovely and clean

The location was great and the appartment is lovely and clean and spacious, even with the sofa bed pulled out. We didn't need to fold it in during our 3 day stay.

Location is good, facility & all equipments were perfect!

If some additional information such as, ID for main entrance will be changed everyday, how often the room will be cleaned(frequency for the towel change, etc...) were given or shown in the room, it was better... But we had a really good time anyway!

A compact and practical accomodation in the heart of beautiful Madrid

Excellent location in central Madrid. Memorable attractions can be reached by foot - including the Prado and Reina Sofia museums, Plaza Mayor, the lovely Atocha and Chueca areas, Retiro park. Similarly, within 10-15mins walking distance you can find dozens of excellent places to have breakfast, lunch, brunch, dinner, drinks... The apartment itself was roomy, clean with good facilities.

The only thing we disliked was the occasional noise. Sound insulation was poor and the building is compact so we heard both outside noises and our neighbours well after midnight.

Nothing except that we were given the ground floor apartment, it was too grim to our liking and noisy at night in one particular room because of the nearby bars / street noise. Make sure you ask for high floor apartment while booking; unfortunately the pictures attached to the room we booked were for another floor.

Comfortable, central location.

Good location and great little tapas bar opposite. Very close to Atocha station and Reina Sofia museum. The apartment was very well equipped with appliances, cutlery and crockery.

I know it’s to keep the place as cool as possible but it was a bit dark in the apartment as the blinds opened only half way.

The apartment looked like the pictures. It was clean and comfortable. It is in a great location.

The electronic checkin didn't work, so we had to call someone to check us in and getting our keys. There wasn't enough toilet paper.

The location of the apartment was very good, it looked nice and was organized and clean when we arrived, the check in procedure was excellent. There was an homeless guy that slept right next to the entrance of the building and that wasn't so pleasant.
