Ban Resort is broken so they changed our accomodation to Ban Na - so this is reference to Ban Na.

The place on the beach is amazing. So calm a relaxing

The huts are almost broken. Full of holes, insect. They need to be renovated.

Great and relaxing

Got free upgrade to a beach front room! Right on beach, step onto the sand! Had a balcony so you can sit and look at beach while drinking your beer!

Perfect bungalow literally ON the beach, amazing waking up every morning seeing the ocean. Na was truly an amazing host making my stay even more enjoyable :) I was suppose to stay 3 nights but ended up 8.... Thank you so much for everything!

Great location and ambience on beachfront. Friendly staff. Rustic beachfront shack. Room #5 offered balcony Seaview. I was very happy. Great value for money.

Amazing island near-beach experience

Amazing location right on the beach.

The rooms are very sparse, small and simple with barely enough room for your stuff.

Book 2 nights; after sleep one night, I give up and go. Really not feel good.

Near the sea.

No soap. No shampoo. Originally no drinking water, i asked and the owner gave me a large bottle of drinking water. I cannot find out the switch to the heater of the shower. I asked and the owner removed the cover of the heater and the switch is inside. Very strange configuration. Seems that the owner didn't want to provide these two basic things (drinking water and hot shower). If you didn't ask, then will be no these things. But all above are not important. One critical thing is that the nearby restaurant broadcasts music which is very annoying. I like the sound of the sea wave and I like thinking while seeing the sea. But the meaningless bar music from the restaurant is really disturbing. I travelled 7 hours(from bangkok) in order to have a place which can let me get a peace of mind, but the restaurant music destroyed my mood. By the way, the sand is not white. The beach is just a normal ordinary beach. Koh Chang is exaggerated by the propaganda.

For the price, there's no better location on White Sand Beach.

We couldn't have been closer to the ocean! This is exactly what we wanted on our last days of vacation. The beach was undescribably beautiful. Next to the hotel were a couple other restaurants/bars that we enjoyed mingly around at night.

Structurally this hotel was a bit questionable, although the staff was very friendly and helpful. It's not luxury, but we had expected that.

Cozy stay at Ban_na

We were overwhelmed with the beauty of the location. Our hostess is the most warm and kind person and very flexible too, as we wished to stay for three additional days and she managed to book us another room! You need to walk for 300 meters on the beach between the resort and the main street. That makes it very peaceful place in the biggest beach on the island.

Lovely cozy guesthouse

Lovely cozy guesthouse. Host was great and very friendful. The place is like a paradise, you can literally step to the ocean from the guesthouse. Also massage was very good.

Staff specially Aunty who is super helping nature. And the sea view from the hotel. If you need peace and calm then highly recommended.
