Facilities need urgent attention

Nice roomy and airy flat in a good location. Generally very comfortable. Small outside courtyard for breakfast was good.

Facilities did not meet advertised expectations. We were without a working washing machine for our entire stay, despite the manager's best efforts. This was a major inconvenience, as we packed expecting it. Hair dryer didn't work and a bedroom air-conditioning unit dripped, which was annoying. One shower cubicle was VERY small. Check-in instructions could have been a bit clearer.

fabulous location lovely apartment

Prefect location Lovely clean rooms Very thing you needed for self-catering vacation bonus the small court yard of the kitchen In walking distant to see the sights of Lisbon a good choice of restaurants nearby

the single beds were a little small for my sons the shower cubicle in the double bedroom was small I used the shower over bath

Appartamento comodo per visitare Lisbona a piedi, posizione centrale

Posizione centrale, host accogliente e disponibile. Self checkin e deposito bagagli molto utile. Pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario ( stoviglie, detersivo, kit colazione the/capsule caffe). Comoda la presenza di due bagni e due camere.

Come consiglio eliminerei il tappeto nel soggiorno che risulta un po sporco. Riscaldamento insufficiente per la metratura dell’appartamento ( scaldasalviette non funzionante nel bagno con vasca e termosifone nella cameretta)

Excellent choice in Lisbon

The apartment is modern and very spacious. The kitchen is very well equipped. Location was excellent even though it was up on a hill, however it is impossible to avoid hills in Lisbon. We read a couple of negative reviews about the entrance location on stairs, but there were not many and the lift is right in side the door. We had many more stairs to our apartment in Porto. In fact the stairs proved to be asset as they provided easy access to downtown. There are bars and restaurants all around.

Noise outside, but good airconditioning means you can sleep with the windows closed.

Wonderful comfortable stay for four adults in great location by Rossio train station.

Host rep met us in small "office" and escorted us around the corner to apartment. We didn't realize apartment building was on long street of stairs which could have been a problem for an elder. Apartment was in great central location and very spacious for us, very clean and modern, bathroom clean and good shower pressure, washer worked once we figured out instructions, Associated with great restaurant across the street. Variety of other little restaurants down the street tool Host very responsive to our questions. Thank you Brigitta.

Just the long hilly street of stairs for us seniors to climb daily.

Muy bueno en casi todas las perspectivas. Cómodo, equipado con un alto nivel y una ubicación perfecta. Ideal para un grupo de 4.

La única crítica es la cabina de ducha en el dormitorio ensuite. Es tan pequeña que es prácticamente imposible de usar para una persona grande. Mido 1,88 metros y peso 92 kilos y me resultó muy difícil de usar.

Stayed for 5 days. Great area close to sites and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Great central location but quiet at night. Very spacious apartment with modern facilities and everything you could want during your stay. Brigida is also a super helpful host.

No complaints. Couldn’t have asked for more from this apartment.

Fabulous stay at this property, perfect for a family of four. Plenty of space and perfect location.

Good communications and instructions from the host. Emailed her when we arrived and she turned up straight away with the keys.

Would have been good to have two sets of keys.

The property is located in a central location with lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. It was very clean and comfortable for our 3 night stay in Lisbon. We would definitely stay again.

I felt it would have been helpful to have a rubbish bin in both bathrooms

It can be a bit noisy. People walking past just below the window not caring, which is not the apartment fault

Exceptional

Everything. We were 4 people and had a very nice stay. There are a lot of really good restaurants in the area but 2 of them stand oud. Cafe Buenos Aires and Oficina were the best places we ate our whole stay. Thank you Brigida, we'll be back!

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful host. Lovely spacious apartment, comfortable beds & sofas, good aircon. Street is noisy but great atmosphere around, and noise dies down, very quiet in early morning

Very few electric sockets, shower cubicle very cramped but decent shower, 2nd bathroom shower over bath, shower head falls down every time the shower was turned off

Superb central location to explore the delights of Lisbon.

It was a great central location. Accommodation was modern and comfortable. Lovely restaurant just outside.

It was difficult to find and it had not been made clear that access was via a lot of steps. Shower cubicle in en-suite was very small. Would have been useful to have a guide as to tourist info and location of supermarket etc. When opening the kitchen table it was clear that a previous coffee spillage had not been cleaned.

Good location but ...

Location was very good. The owner is very pleasant and was always responsive.

The bed sheets and towels were not clean. Overall the apartment needs proper cleaning everywhere.

nice, clean apartment in central Lisbon

nice and spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a kitchen and lounge. the outside space was not really usable - smelly, overlooked and in the footwell of all the other apartments. location very central (for us, a little too noisy - next door to a bar and above a restaurant) it was really clean, felt safe and close to all the key attractions in Lisbon.

quite difficult to find ( it’s on a series of steps) - the owner wasn’t able to meet us and the instructions could have been clearer. the air con didn’t work the first night (apparently previous guests had unplugged it) quite noisy given the location - guess should have picked this up from the other reviews.

we enjoyed our stay, very comfotable beds, complete kitchen facilites. I would suggest though that we were provides with

place was really clean, sheets and towels were fresh, location was perfect, close to transportation and dining, very spacious, host was friendly and accommodating

the only downside was the 2 bathrooms were not provided with trash cans

Very enjoyable in a great location within a lovely city

The apartment was excellent being spacious and having 2 bathrooms given that 2 couples went. the location was good for many of the key tourist attractions

It was on a very steep hill but we knew this before booking so we we were prepared for a hike!
