Wygodny, przestronny apartament w świetnej lokalizacji.

Przestronne i funkcjonalne mieszkanie na 1 piętrze.Budynek z windą.Dwie sypialnie i dwie łazienki.Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia i garderoba.Łóżka wygodne.Super lokalizacja ,blisko atrakcji turystycznych a także restauracji oraz sklepików.Tuż pod oknem przejeżdża tramwaj,w tym linia 28. Bezproblemowe check in oraz check out. W sypialniach i salonie klimatyzacja i rolety. Gospodarz oprócz informacji o obiekcie zamieścił również m.in. informację o atrakcjach Lisbony :)

Okna nie wyciszają hałasu z ulicy, co może być dla niektórych problemem. Brak miejsca w łazienkach umożliwiających wysuszenie ręczników. Przydałyby się kaloryfery/ drabinki w łazienkach.

Estancia maravilllosa

Un apartamento excelente, cómodo y bonito en pleno centro de Lisboa. Salón amplio, sofa-cama bastante cómodo, 2 habitaciones y 2 baños, cocina muy completa si quieres cocinar alli.

Pasa el tranvía justo por la puerta y eso hace que sea un poco molesto pero si no eres muy delicado para dormir no habrá problema.

Amazing apartment in a great location...It's a must stay!!!

The apartment and location was perfect! Great communication from our host, easy access to the apartment. Located on the tram line, and amazing coffee shop downstairs for breakfast. Would highly recommend staying here. Will be rebooking when we return to Lisbon.

Central location, bright apartment with lots of space. Toiletries and other necessary items were provided. Would highly recommend.

There is noise from trams, but it wasn't an issue. We had a problem with the shower drain, but on contacting the owner, it was fixed that same day.

Extremely mouldy place. Beware if you have asthma or allergies

The whole building is very mouldy. The host try to mask the smell with air freshener but the smell is overwhelming. I’ve got asthma and allergies to mold. The stay was horrible

great location with good potential, but some significant plumbing, mold and musty smell issues

Location was great! Great little cafe below the apartment. apartment was spacious. great to have a washer/dryer in the unit.

The day we were to check in we were told one of the two showers was not working and the dishwasher and garbage disposal was not working. There were 5 of us so this was very disappointing. The working shower had a major issue with water not draining. Within minutes of running the water, had to shut it off to let it drain for fear of it overflowing onto the bathroom floor. The kitchen sink also had issues and would not drain. The owner responded to my concerns but didn’t resolve anything. on our last day she said a plumber was coming, but he never arrived. it got so bad that my husband had to spend time unclogging the kitchen sink with a plunger and pulling clumps of hair from the shower drain so we could use it. we were extremely disappointed. The apartment also had a very musty smell to it, especially the bathroom with the broken shower. The other bathroom had visible black mold on the ceiling which I told the owner was a significant health concern. I would not stay here unless you are provided proof that these issues have been resolved. for us, they impacted our vacation.

Excellent apartment, exactly as described. A really central location for the old town, trams, metro and buses. Apartment is fully equipped with everything you need.

While you can't hear too much road noise, this is not the case when the trams pass - you can feel their vibration as they pass. We are light sleepers and the cafe/bistro below woke us every morning when the music was turned on

The apartment is huge, location is great. walkable to many sites and attractions in the area. we stayed as a couple and it was much larger than what we needed as we were not in the apartment much.

the second bathroom had a strange smell coming from it so we kept the door closed.

Perfect location in the middle of Chiado. Comfortable appartment, very well equiped. Two bathrooms. "Coming-home-feeling" after a busy day in Lissabon.

huge, clean, comfortable, modern, ludicrous amounts of storage space, stylish, good location...

Cleaners were still there when we arrived and stayed for about a further hour. But really, not a problem, it's just we were Q very tired and needed space after travelling

A comfortable and cool modern apartment in the heart of Lisbon

Loved staying in this beautifully modern, clean and spacious (really spacious) apartment in the heart of Lisbon! Walking distance to everything - landmarks, bars and restaurants, train station and bus stops. The apartment has everything you need - great wifi, washing machine, dishwasher even a great view of the world famous No28 tram roaring and rattling through the street. Excellent and helpful communication before, during and after our arrival. Highly recommend!
