You will experience instant relaxation when you set foot into this beautiful ocean view home. The main floor has 180 degree views of the Oregon Coastline and is an open design with the living room, dining room, and kitchen all comprising one great room with plenty of windows so you can enjoy the breathtaking views.
Whether it's a sunny summer weekend or a cold stormy winter day, this location on Netarts Bay offers a comfortable interior for relaxing at the coast. There's a spot for everyone in the living room to get warm in front of the wood burning fireplace, settle back and watch DVDs or cable on the flat screen TV, or just curl up with a good book. There is a queen size Murphy bed in the living room, so you'll have more sleeping options at night.
Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen that overlooks the dining and living room, so everyone can continue great conversation while the meal is being prepared. The kitchen has all the major appliances, including a dishwasher so you'll be able to clean up easily! In the morning, you'll have your choice of a Keurig or traditional coffeemaker to make waking up a bit easier so you can get out to the beach sooner. And for sit-down meals, there's plenty of glasses, plates, silverware, and bowls to set the table for your vacation feasts.
On sunny days, a large, private patio with chairs is just the spot to enjoy the weather or take in the gorgeous views.
When it's time to turn in after a day playing on the beach, head upstairs to the cozy bedrooms. Both bedrooms have comfortable queen size beds and flat screen TVs. There are 2 full bathrooms located on this upper level in between the 2 rooms. One has a walk-in shower and the other a shower/ tub combo. There is also the queen Murphy bed downstairs, so this house can comfortably sleep 6.
You'll be pleased to know that this townhouse is also dog friendly! So, you can take your furry family members on vacation too (though an additional pet fee will apply). Other amenities include a washer and dryer as well as WiFi access. You'll definitely have all the comforts of home here!

The Beachside Oasis was everything that our family needed to escape the Colorado heat this summer. We enjoyed the location, the quiet nature of the area and the easily accessible beach. Early mornings should find you looking for clams/shells just below! Highly recommend this property, beds are comfortable and kitchen is well stocked.

I typically stay at the motel down the street but ever since they went under new mgmt and raised their prices, I could no longer justify staying there. Luckily, we found the perfect place only steps away that feels like an oasis compared to where we used to stay. House was clean (which is hard to find), check in was easy, views were spectacular, and prop mgmt (Sarah) was responsive and great to work with! We will definitely be back! Thank you!!

We enjoyed the unit as the view is expansive. We stay in Netarts a few times a year but had not stayed in this unit before. We would stay again as the floor plan works very well for two couples. Fry pans are in need of replacing but good dishes and glasses.

Perfect location for a quiet getaway - beach was very accessible and the views from the condo were amazing - would come here again. Condo had all amenities listed - we had trouble starting the fireplace but reported it to the management team

The place was clean, the view and location were amazing. However, it’s pretty clear that this spot is minimally checked in on. The written instructions don’t match the listing. The offerings in the listing (having a coffee maker for example) aren’t actually there.
The instructions to start laundry say to only use powder soap but only liquid detergent is supplied.
The walls are super thin. We heard kids next store the entire time.
All in all, for a weekend this is great. But we won’t be staying here again.

Very nice property. Amazing views from balconies off the main floor and 2nd level main bathroom. Very clean property and well stocked with the basics we needed. Just a short walk to a market and a burger place. There were two options to head down the the beach. One was a little less steep but had some rocks at the bottom to navigate. The other was easier at the bottom but a bit more steep (but had a railing). Either way it was doable for this middle age mom and her teen age kids. This is a townhouse but I didn’t notice any noise from our neighbors on either side. Such a lovely place!

We had a great weekend hiking the Cape Lookout trails and clamming in the bay. Nice location with beautiful views.

Great views, property was clean and good communication. I would recommend. However I have very sensitive allergies and didn’t listen to the one other review that mentioned it. Whatever they use to clean with smells like gain detergent and the detergent as well smells like it. I had to leave the doors open all the time to air it out and also had to go buy new sheets pillows and towels for my stay because it was so horrible. I would only recommend this property if you don’t have allergies.

Excellent views, some nice updates (bathrooms, comfy bed/couch/tv) and walkable to the beach were the highlights. Cons - the cookware was very limited (rusting, peeling pans). If occupants in nearby units are noisy (i.e. children running & screaming or dogs barking) you will hear it and probably feel it.

This was the perfect location for a relaxing vacation. The sunsets were mesmerizing, the beach was beautiful. The only thing I would change was I wish we could have stayed longer.

Upon our arrival, we were immediately impressed with the cleanliness of the house and spacious layout. The 3-minute short hike to the beach was very convenient and the beach was private and never crowded. My kids enjoyed the beach toys that were provided and spent endless hours playing with them. Wonderful Memories!
Upon our arrival, we were immediately impressed with the cleanliness of the house and spacious layout. The 3-minute short hike to the beach was very convenient and the beach was private and never crowded. My kids enjoyed the beach toys that were provided and spent endless hours playing with them. great views and it all looked nice on both outside and inside. however, things were kinda' worn out ie carpet, master bed and not as clean as it could have been. there was also a noise at nite on our last nite that occured every 30-40 seconds heard from the Master bedrm, like a drip from a distance. had to move to the other bedrm.

We were very satisfied with this condo. It was clean and having 2.5 bathrooms was a plus. The beds were very comfortable and the spa tub was divine! We used the steps down to the beach and even I could manage it by using the railing and my walking stick (a senior with hip problems). At low tide, we walked almost to Oceanside on the beach. It's not a crowded beach, which was wonderful. We'd stay there again, and definitely with Shore Thing Rentals. Sarah was very responsive and helpful. My only suggestion is to add a few more plates and glasses to avoid doing dishes so often.

Cozy Condo Overlooks the Pacific
We were very satisfied with this condo. It was clean and having 2.5 bathrooms was a plus. The beds were very comfortable and the spa tub was divine!
