Due giorni a Firenze

La struttura si trova in zona Santa Maria Novella, comoda sia per raggiungere il centro che per il Forum Nelson Mandela (per un concerto, come nel ns. caso). La camera era spaziosa e luminosa, semplice ma carina. Buona la colazione con alcuni prodotti freschi e la possibilità di farla all’aperto nel giardino e veranda all’esterno (con una pace incredibile!). Fra l’altro lo spazio esterno si può usare anche di giorni per rilassarsi e leggere un libro. Comoda anche la cucina in comune e la possibilità di lasciare qualcosa in frigo! Libero accesso alla struttura durante giorno e la notte tramite codice per entrare.

Al mattino (verso le 7 nel ns. caso), non saprei se per consegnare la colazione o per accesso / uscita di clienti, si sente l’apertura e la chiusura dell’ingresso (composto da porta e cancelletto in ferro battuto) almeno 5/6 volte. Nulla di tragico, ma disturba un pó il sonno.

Best value for money

Fantastic spot. We had a really big room with the private bathroom. Property was located within a reasonable distance. Very well maintained and kept really clean. The back yard was really nice to chill as well. The hosts were really helpful and nice. Highly recommend this one

Ruime kamer, fijne buitenplaats, gezamenlijke keuken prettig (helaas geen warm water in keuken)

Het is een gehorig huis, dus je bent echt afhankelijk van je mede reizigers, ontbijt zeer eenvoudig, handdouche werd gemist, handdoeken te weinig (4 nachten met 2 handdoeken pp vonden we echt te weinig!)

Séjour mitigé.Rapport qualité/prix discutable

La petite cour intérieure, le petit déjeuner et la propreté de la chambre. Hôte nous a bien présenté les lieux et le fonctionnement.

La grande difficulté pour trouver un parking libre, rue étroite donc difficile de décharger les valises. La salle de bain était propre mais pas pratique, eau pas très chaude et ventilation bruyante. Lampes de chevet ne fonctionnaient pas, chambre assez sombre due aux petites fenêtres.

Entusiasta! Ci ritornerei volentieri!

La terrazza fantastica! Bagno pulito e letto matrimoniale molto confortevole. La colazione era ottima e la possibilità di avere una macchina non solo da caffè ma per qualsiasi tipo di bevanda da colazione era indescrivibile! A pochi metri c’è la fermata del pullman per raggiungere più velocemente il centro nonostante si poteva raggiungere a piedi in 15 min. Ci ritornerei volentieri!

Sul comodino era presente qualche capello, ma niente di che. Nel complesso la struttura è pulita e profumata, anche il bagno era pulito

Molto accogliente, pulita e c’era davvero un bel giardino.

Cuscini molto scomodi m, sembrava non averli. Ombrelloni nel giardino pieni di muffa non fanno bene alla location. Avrei voluto conoscere qualcuno del personale

En la habitación había mosquitos,nos acribillaban x las noches,el desayuno muy escandiros,un par de días no nos hicieron la cama y las toallas las cambian al cuarto día , t tienes q secar con ellas aún mojadas x q no secan de un día para otro

Un poco decepcionado

Limpio

La señora encargada. Me dejó esperando en la puerta aún sabiendo que estaba a punto de llegar mientras se echaba la siesta. Menos mal que salía alguien y pude esperar dentro porque llovía. Me cobró de más del impuesto municipal. Tampoco me gustó que entrarán en mi habitación si no hicieron la cama ni cambiaron toallas. Lo vi muy raro.

Value for money still.

The fresh croissants are superb. The location is alright, you can walk to the city centre.

The towels could be changed daily, ours were all wet for four days (they change it every 4 days). The slippers would help a lot, too.

La Petite Maison está mais para nossa casa de veraneio que para um hotel.

A localização do hotel é relativamente próxima dos principais pontos turísticos de Firenze e pode ser feito a pé. O café da manhã muito bom e a Sara, nossa anfitriã, nos recebeu muito bem e sempre solicita a tudo que perguntávamos. A hospedagem é uma grande casa, muito confortável e aconchegante que nos faz sentir acolhido como se estivéssemos na nossa própria casa. Super recomendo !!!

Ho prenotato Junior Suite. Nella descrizione è scritto che include soggiorno con letto grande e camera da letto separata con divano letto. In realtà si tratta di un solo locale con un letto grande e un letto singolo. Inoltre mancavano le lenzuola per il secondo letto.

La posizione ottima non in centro ma comoda per arrivare in centro, cortesia, disponibilità e accoglienza, paste fresche a colazione e la pulizia dei locali.

Mah tutto bene, forse l'unico aspetto riguarda la colazione aggiungendo qualcosa sul salato ma anche sul dolce con magari qualche torta o dolcetto in più, ma sono dettagli, va bene anche cosi. Forse l'aspetto un po' più negativo sono i parcheggi a pagamento ma ovviamente non dipende dal B&b

E' stata una gran bella vacanza!

Sono stata veramente bene. Ottima la posizione, in un attimo a piedi sei a Santa Maria del Fiore. Zona silenziosa che permette il giusto riposo dopo una pesante giornata da turista. Eccellente anche la cucina a disposizione degli ospiti.

Non ho nulla da segnalare. Solo come suggerimento... Alcuni musei aprono alle 8.15, quindi fissare l'inizio della colazione alle 7.30 anziché alle 8.00 potrebbe essere più comodo.

Comfortable and quiet hotel

Lovely little hotel, felt very homely. Comfortable beds and we were on the ground floor, so had easy access to the patio. Friendly, welcoming staff, who always responded very quickly to queries. Nice breakfast. Quiet location - which made for a good night's sleep and meant it wasn't too busy with tourists. (Though of course a bit of a walk to the centre, but we knew that when we booked.) Large supermarket just around the corner (as well as some smaller convenience stores). Would definitely stay here again.

Ottima posizione, struttura accogliente.

Struttura molto accogliente leggermente fuori dal centro storico di Firenze, ma comunque facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Teresa ci ha accolto calorosamente e fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie. La camera era ampia e con terrazzo. La sala colazioni piccolina e con una scelta limitata di cibo, ma comunque soddisfacente. La struttura presenta anche una cucinetta in cui poter cucinare pranzo e cena e conservare alimenti.

I comodini erano leggermente impolverati. Gli infissi sono vecchi quindi entrava l'aria fredda da fuori. Dalle camere si sente tutto quello che accade per le scale.

Smell was unbearable

Fresh pastries in the morning were great and shared patio is cozy.

Foul strong smell of presumably someones toilet in the room didn't let me sleep !

Breakfast was good, balcony off our room was good.

Mosquitoes were bad, on the deck. Screens would have been nice to have fresh air but not no bugs. I was bitten up very much.

Perfect place to relax, we really recommend this place for families and couples :)

We had very nice time in this place. Room was very spacious and clean with well working air conditioning. The host was very kind and helpful even if we arrived very late at 10 pm. Check out was very simple and contactless. Our room was on the top floor and we were allowed to keep kid trolley in the hall downstairs (very comfortable for us because there is no lift). Breakfast was enough to feel full - very delicious croissants :). They have also very charming garden where you can eat or just relax :). Really beautiful place and near Duomo (15 min walk).

bed was not comfortable enough for us (we felt springs in mattress) but definitely it's depend on what you prefer :).

Exceptional

The staff were really friendly and helpful about getting around in Florence. The flat was clean and cosy, the garden was wonderful. Every morning we got fresh pastry for breakfast. We had a very relaxing stay, the location is great on how close it is to the centre, and it is quiet in the evenings. There is a supermarket a street over and you have access to a kitchen.
