Superb property for a group of 4 or 5 to explore Florence.

Modern, clean, quiet, comfortable beds and good aircon. Well equipped kitchen and great showers. Superb location within walking distance of everything in central Naples. Host is very responsive.

Nothing. Minor detail but there is separate charge for bed linen and towels which is not same for any other properties we rented. However this charge is included in the booking conditions.

The best choice in Firenze!

The location is perfect! You can walk everywhere even from the train station. The apartment looks the same as in the photos, the beds are comfortable and everything is clean and nice. I loved ! The owner helped us at all times and was very friendly.

I have no complaints about this site.

Good but disappointed by the welcome

We did like the apartment, confortable, clean, very good position….once we could get inside

Modernisation and downloading is good when it work…we could open 1door,2doors but not the 3rd one…we rang the agency a man finally came, not a hello or sorry , and he couldn’t work it out either….he had to go back to the office to get «the keys »…after one hour sitting on the stairs with our luggage’s waiting , still no apology

Spacious, comfy beds, air conditioning, great location

Apartment could use a little maintenance. A shelf in the fridge was broken, shower doors in the washroom had a gap between the glass wall so would leak water onto the floor so we would be mopping up after every shower.

Very poor

The location is good.

The air conditioning in the main bedroom doesn’t work properly, it’s quite hot during the night, which affects the sleep. The bathroom in the main bedroom doesn’t have any air conditioning or the vent, to make things worse, the shower leaks terribly and results in wet floor. the beds are not comfortable, it is too soft and sinks in the middle, definitely needs to be replaced.

This is a great space in a wonderful location for a good price.

It is a great apartment with a great location.

The communication about door codes and check in was confusing and stressful in the days just before arrival. It could have been much clearer. Once we actually got the code and instructions it was good

The apartment needs a makeover, it is not really as shown on the pictures and is quite dark.

Bad shower cubicles, water did not drain, but flooded the bathroom floor each time.

Great location, comfortable and great space for up to family of six.

Very central to attractions, walking distance to boutiques cafes, grocery store few minutes walk. Two bathrooms with heated towel rails. well equipped kitchen hair dryer and straightener in ensuite bathroom in case you forgot yours!

Only 2 dishwasher capsules left out to use for our 6nights stay as family of six, dishwasher is best way to wash all dishes thoroughly. The throw rugs on the sofa bed need washing and I scrubbed the inside of the kettle as the water was very cloudy once boiled.

can not suggest to stay at this place before it’s renovated

location

it was not clean. it was not possible to take a shower as it was absolutely destroyed. We found trash on the floor. Host reacted on the claim only on the 3rd day, so it was too late to fix it. He said that he did not aware about the problem, but it was so obvious that it’s not possible to denial. in general apartments not so fresh as on the pictures and there were mold in the bathrooms.

A good stay in Florence

The location of the apartment is very good! the house was clean and comfortable for 5 ppl. the apartment had all the necessary facilities for a good stay.

There could have been some basic condiments for cooking like salt and pepper.

Great apartment

The location is near to the Duomo ( 8 min by foot). The apartment is perfect for 4 persons.

The air conditioner from 1 room doesn t work properly. The apartment it is in ZTL zone ( Zone with limited access), so if you are planning to go with the car or rent a car , the parking is from 30 euro / day . You can park the car outside area, but it is still expensive. 3 euro / hour ( 8 am -8pm) . In the night it’s free.

Should I visit Florence again, I would not hesitate to choose the Dreamy appartment once more

The flat is a decent size for two people, very clean, quiet and conveniently situated. The air condition was much appreciated.

The check-in in advance with the application "Keesy". How would one have to proceed if you do not own a smartphone??

Perfect place in a perfect location

The place was comfortable. Very clean. Located near everything you need to see in Florence. Very easy to access. It accommodated 6 of us very comfortably. We loved it. We had a wonderful stay.

Felt spacious and was clean. Great location.

Knives for cooking would have been useful and a clothes rack. The air conditioning in master bedroom needs a service, it’s just blowing hot air.

Great location of the apartment, clean and confortable, but missing equipement to reach expectation

The great location, in the middle of historical center, close to many sightseeing. The comfort and cleanliness of the apartment.

Apartment not well equipped: missing filter for the coffee machine and dishwashing liquid. And during our stay we ran out of toilet paper and shower soap (not enough quantity) The Keezy application is not user-friendly (complex subscription) Additional fees when you subscribe to the Keezy application (cleaning housework and guest taxes) Parking is not included. it is a private parking 200m away, that will be cheaper if you book by yourself.

Modern apartament. Great location.

Very comfortable apartment, in the center of Florencia. You can go anywhere in few minutes. Very modern flat with rooms, kitchen an toilets very clean.

Everything was OK. The check in at the beggining was a bit complicated with the app but later not problem at all, easy to handle it. Some details were not enough for 7 people (paper WC, serviettes,...) but you have supermarket near the house.
