We did not like the property at all. The room had roaches crawling everywhere. The bed had baby roaches under the covers. The were in the refrigerator. As a state employee working for the Health Department i so not see how this hotel passed inspection. It was horrible

Cleaners were nice to straighten up room every day.

Nice staff

Rooms could be cleaner. Dust, marks on wall and doors. If you want breakfast. Go out. Only thing good was waffles. Biscuits hard one morning. Sausage looked undone. Only one kind of muffins and bread looked stale.

The staff was kind and tried to resolve our issue and gave us a full refund when we decided not to stay.

The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but it smelled completely of smoke. The second room was the same, plus it was connected to another guest room that was too loud.

This is a decent hotel, but We were basically the only people there. We left early and asked for a refund because I saw and killed a cockroach in the bathroom.

We chose thus hotel for the location and price

Our first room, the toilet didn't flush. The second room had not been renovated. There were no USB charging ports.

Overall ok

Bed was comfortable.

Bathtub wouldn't drain. Took a shower at about 7pm and water was still standing in the tub the next day. Had some shady characters walking around outside the property. One man was weirdly walking around with his hands down his pants looking very inappropriate.

very sketchy hotel!!!!

There is a huge homeless population walking around and digging in the dumpster. There were people walking all around. I have never stayed in such a sketchy hotel in my life!!!!

I would stay there again if Q is there to greet me

I’ve stayed here before it was clean and comfortable. the staff in the past was very unpleasant and really arrogant and angry but my next time staying there was great all around my approach was ok just check in and go to your room but the front desk operator was different and she was GREAT! her name is Q I think but totally different approach put me at ease I was so happy great customer service great attitude approachable and appreciated thank you!
