Substandard unacceptable, gross

The room was filthy. The sheets had stains on them on both the beds. The comforter had Cheeto crumbs in between the sheet and the comforter. The shower enclosure was filthy. I had to wash it myself. They didn’t sweep the floors. They were dead bugs in the corner every single day that I was there, when I asked them for replacement sheets, the staff said they didn’t have access to the housekeepers closet until the next morning so I had to sleep with one sheet until the next day. This is substandard. I am surprised that Booking.com is advertising this hotel. I felt uncomfortable.

First all the air conditioning did not work no maintenance on duty. The bathtub need replace hard glue all in the tub.

Overall is it was ok. The beds were comfy and room are decorated nicely.

Bed was comfortable and room was decorated nicely. Could of been cleaned a Lil better.

Wifi was terrible. Bathroom needed to be cleaned way better. Looked as if there were just some clean towels put in there. Needed to be swept and moped. The shower curtain was falling off the wall. The hallway looked as if it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. There could be a better variety of breakfast food other than cereal toast and waffles or toast.

The place was horrible and gross. Food stains on the wall, dirty bathrooms, and vomit stains on the side of the bed.

I loved my stay here. Would definitely come back.

I enjoyed the comfort and space. Room was well kept. Bathroom stocked and as clean as ever. Bed was super soft and smelled great. Overall great stay. I’m always happy with Laquinta!

The elevator needed a sweep and wipe down. But everything else was pleasant and orderly.

The first room was dirty and still had thing in the icebox and no towels the second room didn't have towels and I ask for sum for both room and didn't get them tell 3 hours later after asking and being told they would bring them ended up have to go get them myself

The cost of the stay.

The room was not completely remodeled. They were in the process and there were things like painters tape on door frames and switch plate covers missing from broken outlets.

Besides them romideking outside the hotel. It’s in a Covent area not far from Mall of Louisiana. Beds were so comfortable. Hot shower. great & Friendly service. I’ll be back

Plenty of hot water. Good water pressure. Comfortable beds.

Was unable to control temperature in room. Cleanliness of breakfast area left MUCH to be desired. Need to have an employee help to keep it cleaner during breakfast time (I realize many guests can really be slobs -- do they live that way at home?)

Soon as you walked in it smelled like smoke. Went to the room hallways smelled like smoke. it was stank and dirty. wasn’t pleased at all.
